Often the Mandalorians of the Enclave dealt in mysteries and speculations. Leads that went nowhere more often than not. But Darth Solipsis's message to the galaxy was clear: the Sith were resurgent, and striking for Tython. The Mandalorian Enclave had crossed blades with the Brotherhood of the Maw once before -- they'd sought to raze the Enclave's founding world of Roon and capture its Sith resources. But before, the Maw's attack had been an ambush on Enclave soil. This time they were striking at the heart of the Jedi. Some questioned what the Mandalorian response would be.

Their answer?

War.

Not since Panatha had the Enclave embarked on such an endeavor. And this would be on a much larger scale than Panatha. Contacts within the New Imperial Order and Galactic Alliance had confirmed that a military response would be guaranteed from the two galactic supergiants. It would be important that above all, the Mandalorians were prepared and coordinated to avoid their righteous crusade being swept away in the crossfire. But if there was anything that Mandalorians religiously knew, it was war. They had proved themselves against the Eternal Empire at Panatha. And they would do so again at Tython.

Mandalorians meet to discuss the plan of battle for Tython. The meeting will be led by the Quartermaster, who will give an overview of the Enclave's engagement tactics. Arrive here to coordinate fireteams or where you will be lending your blaster against the Sith of the Maw. Alternatively, use the facilities of the Kom'rk to hone your skills in preparation for meeting the Sith in battle. Akaan'alor Romul Saxon oversees Mandalorians training in preparation for the fight to come.

Hilal was eager to get some revenge after the Sith had razed Mandalore to the ground. Because of the fracking Sith Hilal would not see the glory and beauty that was the Mandalorian homeworld despite being born there. Hilal heard the stories of Mandalore by the storytellers the people who work hard to preserve the history of the Mandalorians. The Sith will pay for desecrating Mandalore, they would pay for killing billions of Mandalorians and wiping out many clans in the process. Yet there was one catch, one fracking catch the Enclave had to work with the stinking Jedi on Tython!

The young woman has grown weary seeing every damn thing in her life having a disclaimer attached to it. They get their hands on the Sith BUT they need to work with the Jedi. Un fracking believable. Still Hilal mass produced a Droid Army for her people to prepare for an event like this. She negotiated a deal with the Geonosians and they produced the new Droid series for the Mandalorians. Hilal hoped that The Quartermaster The Quartermaster would be proud of her. Not just for producing Droids for Enclave but also finding some success in her Bounty Hunter career, finishing her armor and overall becoming a stronger warrior. Hilal wanted to think that she was becoming more confident in herself, she was ready to take on the Sith.

Hilal sat having one leg over the other ready to listen to the Quartermaster: Her idol explain the plan of attack. Even though Hilal despised the Jedi, they didn't deserve to have their homeworld be taken away by the Sith. No one did. "But for frack's sake can we go back to hating the Jedi after this?!" She thought crossing her arms.

Zen-Bek had no interest in this war, although he was never one to shy away from a threat or a fight. Being new to the Enclave, only discovering it mere weeks ago, Zen-Bek once thought he was the only Mandalorian left in the Galaxy. Finding his kind rebuilding brought a calm to his once hate fueled heart. Regardless of his views of this war, he was bound by Creed to fight alongside his fellow Mandalorians.

Zen-Bek was currently exploring Kestri and in the process of purifying his armor and acquiring new upgrades and weapons, when he heard the announcement. Once his armor was purified with mostly beskar, he went to acquire more flame fuel, missiles and grenades, as well as a jetpack. He would also look into an assortment of rifles and procure an A350 blaster rifle.

He would then proceed to the Citadel of the Kom'rk to listen to the Quartermasters brief.

The Sith needed extinguished from the galaxy. They needed to be purged to extinction. No Sith, No Exceptions.

Gwyneira ascended the steps of the Citadel, ready to hear the plans of war. Tython was sacred Jedi ground. While Gwyn did not necessarily like the Jedi, she did develop some level of respect for... pretty much one. She was willing to defend them, especially against the abomination that was the existence of the Brotherhood of the Maw.

Entering the building, fully garbed in beskar'gam, she crossed her arms as she looked around for the Quartermaster and her speech. Gwyneira had been suffering for so long, trauma after trauma. Now, the ability to crush Sith would feel so, so good.

Walking up the Citidel steps, Vulcan had to wonder, were they going to know or tell him where Shai was? No one told him anything, so he's going to find out either way regardless of anyone's attempts to keep him away from it. Vulcan by nature is stubborn and will not let go once he has his mind set on something.

Stress was making his hair fall out in clumps, he kept that to himself, no one needed this added to the stress and concern levels. Everyone has enough on their plates with the worrying news trickling down the comms line. Tython was the Maw's target this time, they spread like a fungus, that destroys everything it touches.

The Quartermaster will be there, the powerful speeches will call any to arms. Squeezing past two people at the entrance, Vulcan found an empty spot to occupy, not too far away to not hear anything, but not too near to get trampled on. The tactics need to be well thought out as the Maw do not do anything predictable. From what he has heard, there has been a sighting of Shai, worryingly at their side. He needs to know this for himself.

It had been a long time since Thaddock had been on Kresti. His shockboxing career had taken off and took up a good deal of his time over the last couple years. Besides the bouts themselves there was training and travel. His trainer insisted that training took place on Coruscant where they had the most advanced equipment. Thaddock took advantage of small breaks to visit his adoptive family in Clan Fost, but those visits were too short.

As he climbed the steps of the Citadel he wondered what would have happened if he had not injured himself in his first attempt to fire a blaster. What would he have become? He certainly would not have dedicated so much of his training to hand to hand combat. That being the case, becoming a galactically recognized contender to the Shockboxing championship was also much less likely to have happened.

Smithing was always an option, but never really caught on with Thaddock. In later years he learned to take pride in keeping his weapons and armor in combat ready shape, but creating from scratch was just not his thing, maybe it didn’t quench the fires of his competitive juices. He wasn’t quite sure. Now there was a call to arms and his shockboxing schedule was put to the side to return home.

He entered the hall where the Quartermaster would give the details of the call to arms. He looked around to take in the others in attendance. Most were in their armor already. Thaddock thought he recognized one from more recent than a past friend of Clan Fost. The young girl was also not fully armored, and was wearing a hat so that Thaddock couldn’t be sure it was her. He kept the thoughts to himself for now, placed the bag that carried his weapons and armor and took a seat waiting for the briefing to begin.

THE SENTINEL

The Mando'ade.

It had been decades since Blitz had been among them properly. He had served alongside them, not as a Mando'ade, but as a Spectre of the Empire. Spectral duty brought Blitz to the Mandalorian homeworld at this moment in time as well - not his original heritage.

Yet, the armour he had donned for the occasion may be Imperial in technology, but the design was still reminiscent of who he was before his world and his family was lost and he had set out on a destructive path that led him to his position in Imperial ranks now.

The news across the Galaxy was troubling. The Maw had doubled their assault on the Galactic powers - doubled military movements. And then the Galactic transmission by the orchestrator of all the carnage - Darth Solipsis.

In the battle to come, it was paramount to amass as many able-bodied fighters as possible. And who better than those have war as a religion? So Blitz made his way to Wild Space to find out what the Mando'ade would bring to the table to help beat back the chaos and terror reigning in the Galaxy currently. The Emperor might think that he can let the Empire do it on its own, but Blitz knew better.

They have been at war for far too long. It never ceased. War-weary soldiers were not nearly as efficient as fresh reinforcements. They would need more to crush the Maw than the current veterans in the ranks. So the dark-armoured man made his way up the steps of the bustling Citadel. His armour would be unknown to all except Shai Maji Shai Maji and if COMPNOR reports were true, she was to be considered an enemy of the state.

He expected more from the pup. Taking her out won't be easy

Looking around, Blitz saw a lot of young Mando'ade. Youthful vigour could be an asset, but too green would just get everyone killed. Sparring in a pit is not the same as facing down an army of the dead.

How many more Mando'ade would have to lose their lives before the Sith and the Maw were brought to heel?

War was coming to
Tython.

The Jedi and soldiers of the Alliance were all preparing to defend this ancient homeworld of the Jedi, while Sith and other aggressors filled with malice readied themselves to strike deeper into the heart of this Galactic Superpower. The level of destruction they could cause was of such unseen magnitude that the Alliance knew they had to call on allies and anybody willing to fight against the Maw.

And what better force to bring back to the core than the
Mandalorians.

Valery knew them from her days in the past, when the Mandalorian Wars were still seen as fresh, and the tension between them and the Jedi was great. While much of that has changed, the warrior spirit of the Mandalorians had never faded. She had seen it for herself — the Alliance and the Enclave had worked together some time ago, and she was quite impressed with the Mandalorians there.

Hopefully, they would all be ready to bring that same firepower and spirit to Tython to beat back the Maw.

This is what ultimately brought her to Kestri — she wanted to personally request their assistance, and thank them for their help whilst showing the Jedi and Alliance would be fighting alongside them. The Mandalorians she knew appreciated the true strength of warriors, so she came to show that with her own weapon displayed on her belt, and her confidence visible in each step she took.

If they were coming to Tython to destroy the Maw's plans, she would make sure they knew that they weren't the only ones with fighting spirit on the battlefields there. On Tython, they would all stand together.

It felt as if everything had become one enormous mess. Their Alor was missing, presumed dead, yet there were no reports to confirm that. What made it more troubling was the fact that the Kel Dor could feel a sliver of her presence... and the reports he managed to find from a number of sources, most of them untrustworthy. No... they were trustworthy, he simply didn't want to believe it. He didn't want to believe that their Alor, the driving force behind all of their efforts to empower a clan once thought lost, had fallen.

To make matters worse, the clan still didn't have confirmation and he was too afraid to tell them why he stepped in and took control from Shai.

It was time to bring all of that to light, and to make sure the clan's resolve was strong when they turned their ships to Tython. To war.

With a cloak sheltering his armour, and his helmet beneath his arm, Jos Krayt gracefully marched up the steps of the Citadel and entered the great building. He could see familiar faces of their clan, as well as others as he looked around and took in the presence of each person in there. One stood out above the rest. A Jedi, powerful too. The Kel Dor came to a halt beside Valery Noble Valery Noble . "A pleasant surprise to meet a Jedi again. Jos Krayt, a pleasure to meet you, Master Jedi." He greeted with a calm voice and a slight bow as his head turned to look at her. Though his gaze quickly focused on another in the room, Ghalric Rau . His armour was odd, as well as his presence. "To give credit where it's due, the Maw has certainly managed to unite an entire galaxy for once in a very long time." He commented, still studying the man.

Shifting his gaze to Vulcan Krayt Vulcan Krayt and Gwyneira Vizsla Gwyneira Vizsla he remained silent for a few seconds. "I must warn you, Master Jedi, that not all on this planet will receive your word and presence here with kindness. Some hatchets aren't that easy to bury for our people." With that, he walked off and came to a halt behind the two children, a hand rested on their shoulders. "All will become clear soon." He reassured them calmly as he stood like a sentinel behind them.

Sergeant Omen

Arc Trooper Sergeant of the 41st Elite Corps

Crunch, crunch, crunch...The footfalls of Omen and his command staff would be heard by all as they moved across the snow-covered cobblestones or as his people liked calling him now, The Silent Sergeant. The nickname had been given to him by his people with his habit of surprising his people when they least expected it. No reading holo mags at their battlestations on his watch or otherwise risk getting the scare of your life as the little sergeant pounds on the back of your chair for you to wake up.

As he and his command staff made their way to the grand fire pit in the courtyard of the citadel, he wondered what this meeting was all about. The Quartermaster rarely left her ivory tower except for state visits so whatever the issue may be, it must be important. Seeing that nearly everyone was either busy talking to others or keeping to themselves. He was of course surprised to see Valery here. Why was she of all people here on Kestri? Maybe this was the announcement of some new partnership with her Jedi sect? Either way, he wasn't for him to guess. The Clone of course gave her a friendly wave before making his way to an open section of seats.

As the Clone sat down with his staff on a wooden bench and waited for the Quartermaster to speak to the diverse crowd. "What's your bet that this will be a mission to save the GA's behind from the Maw?" One of his younger assistants named Jing Saxon had echoed the words that had came straight into the Clones mind, making a chuckle pass his lips. "Whatever the reason is, I'm sure we will be well paid for it."

KESTRI, THE CITADEL
Valery Noble Valery Noble

The Hunter visited this newfound homeworld but once before, all in a bid to remain true to some vow made to an old man. He failed in that effort, of course, as Fett so often had failed at all times whenever it concerned someone other than himself and his own individual successes. The Mereel wished to see him return to the so-called roots and the culture of the Mando'ade, to become one of them in true, but not even the first obstacle had found itself cleared as he ran back into the credit-filled services of the Sith. He, at most, offered a crate of the bloodied beskar the Sith had stolen to Siv. It earned him an invitation to this at least, even if the motivation had been self-interested.

He valued some connections as much as credits as of late.

Before the Citadel itself, the Mandalorian stood there in a few moments of sombre silence. It seemed familiar, he noted, a flash of distant memories came to mind as the soft snowfall touched his armorued frame and the wind blew the side-cloak with ease. His avoidance of them had reason to it, and the remembrance of Sundari came to mind. It was with a forceful blink that he evicted the memories, and ascended the mountain of stairs beside others in armour so similar to his own - absent the weathered and worn status to it, routine maintenance was rarely, if ever, afforded to him elsewhere. But no matter the move to cast the intrusive thoughts aside, the bloodied and ashen dais remained.

Fett arrived at the true entrance and motioned between the two cumbersome doors, the notion in mind to remain towards the rear. Few visors swivelled across to meet his own, as if to ask 'who' to themselves or another remark that read closer to that of an insult. He was a name, and that armour was his face - turned out his 'face' seemed so similar to others once more. But he shifted his attention across to the lone Jedi, the unmistakable face of Jedi Master Noble. He made mention of the belief more Jedi were to come for him, it was true.

"You're far from home," he snidely remarked in passing.

Vulcan tensed for a second before relaxing, Jos had arrived, and the relief of seeing a familiar face was palpable. But still, he had this ball of unease inside him, he was eager to defend his home with the same ferocity as he took out the mountain and stood his ground against a Force User but at the same time, it was going to be a huge fight that he may not come back from. But he also promised Shai he will come back again and again and not give up. A promise that got him through Roon without any injuries.
Now, that was just out of character pessimism, that's been going on for a while now and it has been affecting his business. He hasn't baked in a while, and he can't seem to want to get started. Jos was a new leader and Vulcan was open to new people and Jos was a calming influence, a capable warrior and good at the Mandalorian ways.
Vulcan looked up a Jos, the question that got him so many pitying looks. If anyone knows or can confirm the rumours it is the Kel-Dor or at least that is what the youngster hoped. He was afraid of the implications, but he needed to know. Even if he feared the answers, or what answers could be given.
"Jos, is it true Shai is with the Maw?" Vulcan asked quietly, voice laced with concern.

The assembled Mando'ade looked to her for guidance, but if only the Quartermaster felt herself the reassurance she sought to give her people. As many as they were, they were still a fraction of the numbers she remembered from the days of Mandalore's past. Even after a decade and a half of rebuilding, they were still so pitifully few.

And yet that was why a decisive strike against the Sith was crucial. The Brotherhood of the Maw predicted that their attack on Tython would see them rise to dominance. The Mandalorian Enclave would ensure it would be their downfall.

"Mando'ade," she began, addressing the crowd gathered around the large, low-lying rectangular bonfire that provided a courtesy warmth against Kestri's biting cold. "What I ask of you today, I do not ask lightly. I am no Mand'alor. According to our ancient customs, I have no divine right to order you into battle. If you choose to fight with us, you do so out of loyalty to your brethren and to your people. You fight to avenge our fallen ancestors and preserve our future. If that is too much to ask, then I would suggest you leave, now."

She gave a moment for anyone to exit who felt inclined to do so, before continuing. "Now, for the task ahead of us: our sources within the Galactic Alliance and the New Imperial Order have confirmed one thing: that the fleets of the Sith are converging on the Deep Core world of Tython. Our agents embedded in Wild Space have affirmed this. From there, they seek to topple the Galactic Alliance and establish Sith dominance over the galaxy. How we do not yet know, but we do not intend to sit around and find out."

The Quartermaster cleared her throat, pausing, and then resumed speaking. "In terms of numbers, we do not have them. Even if every Mandalorian on Kestri and every droid we have were to be deployed, the forces of the Maw would easily overwhelm us. Dominating them on the battlefield will not be our concern; the forces of the Galactic Alliance and New Imperial Order will be doing that." Under her helmet, her eyes flicked towards the Jedi Master that was present, though she had yet to formally acknowledge her arrival. The Quartermaster did not know whether or not the Jedi would appreciate such sentiments, but that was not her concern.

"We are organizing two general strike forces. Agents report that the Maw's Avatar of War dreadnought is present among the fleets en route to Tython. Akaan'alor Romul Saxon will command forces responsible for destroying their warship. On the ground, individual teams will have assignments for eliminating Sith commanders. You will fight under your standard chain of command, but Al'verde Kranak Vizsla will be coordinating operations and relaying communications with Enclave command."

As she finished, the silence that fell over the surrounding Mandalorians was deafening. She tried to ignore it. "What we are about to embark on is bigger than anything before. But guided by the Spirit of the Manda, we will be victorious, and if not, we will die in glory."

"If you have questions, direct them to your superiors. Otherwise, I suggest you begin your preparations now. Hone your blades. Polish your armor. Make peace with your soul."

Sergeant Omen

Arc Trooper Sergeant of the 41st Elite Corps

"You're far from home" Koda's sign of disrespect was noted by the out-of-time Clone. He had seen the bounty hunter's facemask and armor plastered over every wanted poster in GA space. If he wasn't a fellow Mando, the man would have been probably dogpiled and be put in shackles by now. For now though he got to be an annoying prick in everyone's backsides.

Should he step in and say something before the real verbal abuse happened and pushed Three Stripes on the defense? Or would he just make it worse for the Jedi out of water? Oh what the heck, why not stand up for Valery. She was a friend after all. "And you're still far from being anything but tolerated so leave our guest alone and take a seat before you get put there." Hopefully, it would do enough to deflate the Bounty Hunter's ego and make sure he never acted passive-aggressively again. For right now at least.

As the Quartermaster took to the stage, it seemed like an angel had just shown her presence, the entire room of armored warriors quieting in a moment to hear her words. And her words were straight and to the point. They would aid the Galatic Alliance and Empire to victory at Typhon or die trying.

The Venator Captain gestured for his small command staff to stay when she asked for anyone not wanting to go along with the plan to leave. He and by extension, they would hear her out to the end. If any of his staff wanted to back out afterward, he would put the officer in quarantine to make sure they would not spread the information to the enemy till after the attack was done.

Despite the Quartermaster's bravado and zeal within her words, Omen had a sinking feeling in his stomach. This battle would be a massive one and one that many a brother and sister would not come out of. And for what, a galaxy without Sith or the Maw? Fat chance that was going to happen. There always were destroyers in this life. They now just called themselves Sith and had for a millennium. The entire race of Mandos couldn't change a fact of life for this galaxy even if they tried to whip out every decisive strike in their arsenal. The enemy would just come back in another form, stronger than ever and ready to fight back just as hard. There was no winning this war.

"Dominating them on the battlefield will not be our concern; the forces of the Galactic Alliance and New Imperial Order will be doing that." The Clone's internal thoughts drifted to why they were going at all. Are we just going to be armored cheerleaders? Cheerleaders that can be shot were more like it. The force using Clone only hope to whatever god that was out there that this battle would be used as justification for getting better trade terms out of Aerarii Tithe Aerarii Tithe 's firm grasp. Otherwise, there really wasn't a point to fighting this battle other than the usual humanitarian efforts and obeying the terms of the "We both shoot at people with red lightsabers pact" the GA and Enclave had together. The galaxies' major powers were taking advantage of them again to fight their wars. Eventually, they would be nothing more than their lapdog.

The only hint of a smile under the Clone's helmet came when he heard that Romul Saxon would be in charge of all space forces. The dark-skinned man seemed like a good fleet commander on the surface at least but then again he didn't know the man all too well, all he could do is hope for the best. He cringed however when the Quartermaster announced the name of the ground commander. While he of course liked Kranak Vizsla Kranak Vizsla as a friend, he wasn't sure if he should command this invasion. The emotional roller coaster he had suffered recently did not give Omen confidence and his morphine addiction was still stuck in the back of his mind. He had even seen the Vizula hold a gun to his head before breaking down and sobbing through a set-up camera across from the squad commander's window just in case he really did go through with it and he had to call the paramedics to at least attempt to save him if it wasn't already too late. And with Shai gone now too... Well, he didn't even want to think where Kranak's mind was at this moment. Pulling a datapad out at the end of their larger-than-life leader's speech, he turned on the camera into Kranak's small world he called a bedroom, hoping that the giant had just overslept this meeting and not chosen the final option today. He did not need to see more blood and guts than he was destined to see during the coming battle. At least he would be mentally prepared for losing his men but his friends and everything he loved? Those he would never be prepared to be ripped from his heart prematurely.

She knew coming here was going to give mixed feelings to the Mandalorians — some were likely open to her being here, or perhaps even respected her if they had fought alongside her. But some were going to be opposed to it as well, and she would simply have to accept that. The first signs of this became clear very quickly when Jos Krayt Jos Krayt approached to introduce himself and also warn her at the same time.

"Master Valery Noble; a pleasure to meet you as well," she said before looking at some of the others who had gathered, "I figured some weren't going to be happy with me being here, but that's quite alright. I'm here because it's necessary, not to cause trouble and some less friendly stares won't hurt my feelings," she said with a smirk before she allowed him to leave.

Orange eyes continued to scan the room, but that's also when another familiar face popped up, albeit one she had met under less friendly conditions. Staring at Koda Fett Koda Fett when he made his comment in passing, Valery didn't say anything and just met his gaze with her own. Sergeant Omen Sergeant Omen did decide to defend her, which was appreciated, but not really all that necessary. This wasn't the right place or time to deal with the Bounty Hunter, so they'd both have to behave.

Thinking about it though, Coruscant wasn't exactly a good time for her to be fighting either...

Finally, she looked at The Quartermaster The Quartermaster as the briefing began, and remained quiet while their plan was being explained. She only offered a nod to acknowledge the plan when the woman turned her gaze to Valery, and then looked back at Sergeant Omen Sergeant Omen as he questioned the importance of the Mandalorians in this upcoming battle.

"You might not be fighting on the frontlines in great numbers, but the targets you're after are some of the toughest the Maw has to offer. Which is exactly why you, as Mandalorians, are the ideal force to bring them down. The Alliance, the Jedi — they are fighting on their own world, and have the resources and quick access to ready the fields of battle to work in their favor. That's why they will be bringing their numbers to the battlefields."

lLcXg5L.png

Jos' visor and apparatus hid his face, but the emotion behind it was still clear as day. He gave Vulcan's shoulder a gentle squeeze. It was time, the rumours couldn't continue to float around like this. People needed confirmation about her whereabouts, the clan needed to know what they could expect. He was about to speak, when the Quartermaster's voice echoed around the room and he turned his attention to her.

Emotions were running high in the room. Koda, Omen and Valery seemed to have something going on between them. He didn't doubt that it was over Koda's involvement in the Senate attack, but all of that was irrelevant in the face of such a dark adversary moving into the Core of the galaxy. The Kel Dor had his own personal reason for fighting the Maw, not just the matter of the Maw deserving it. His homeworld was at risk, his family. He might be Mandalorian, but he still had family on Dorin.

Are we just going to be armored cheerleaders?

"Calm your soul, Omen." He spoke with a gentle voice as he glanced at the Clone. "The Manda will watch over all of us. We do not have the means to fight the Maw head on. We do not have the numbers of the Galactic Alliance or the waves of armour like the New Imperial Order. However, our role in this war is no less crucial than anyone else's. Like Master Noble said, we have an important role to fill in bringing down the Sith." He took a deep breath. "It is my duty, and that of all Mandokarla, to make sure you all return home safely... however, no matter what happens, we better make sure the Maw receives a welcome from the Mando'ade they will not soon forget." He spoke with determination. As Mandokarla, they had a duty to their vode, especially in times like this. He glanced at Gwyn and Vulcan, then at the rest. "Our fleet will move out with the Akaan'alor, clan Krayt will fly. However, there is one aspect that remains unsolved. A disgusting rumour that has been floating around that needs to be addressed." He stepped forward with a squared back, his visor scanning every single soul in the room.

"Alor Shai Krayt is fighting alongside the Maw, by her own volition. Reports indicate her having clashed with Jedi on Empress Teta. In light of her... descent... I shall take control of the fleet and act as Alor of clan Krayt until this matter is resolved." He proclaimed, hating every word he spoke in front of the crowd. In front of all her friends and family. Gwyn, Vulcan, Kranak, all of them were close to the Wardog.

Helmet tucked under his left arm, the lily white snow crunched beneath the Alor’s[1] boots as he slowly made his way through the courtyard, headed towards the briefing room; taking a one last, hefty drag of his rolled cigarra, the the giant flicked the cigarra bud into a dustbin as he walked past one. Slipping on his Executioner Pattern buy’ce,[2] the giant quickened his pace, briskly walking towards the blast doors leading out of the courtyard and into the eastern wing of the base. The briefing was to commence in the next five minutes.

<”Hey, big guy!”> A familiar voice shouted from behind him just as he reached the blast doors; parting with a mechanical hum, the automated door retracted to their housing, allowing the Alor access. Looking over his shoulder, the giant would crack a heartfelt smile under the helmet’s faceplate at the sight of a fellow comrade, Hank, sprinting to catch up with him.

<”Hank!”> the giant shouted, joyed to see his friend. Slowing down a few feet before Kranak, the man in equal strength and stature as the giant, firmly grasped the Vizsla’s extending right hand; their helmets crashed with a metallic thud as they exchanged an armored greeting, the Mandalorian way. <”Been a while since I last saw you,”> The giant remarked as they stepped inside together. The last time he had seen him was a few months after Panatha. <”How’s the Unknown Regions?”> The Vizsla added as they began to make their way to the briefing. <”The usual. You know how it is,”> the Alor’ad[3] said. He and his squad, alongside several others, were tasked with undertaking covert operations within Maw space. <”What about you?”> he asked the Vizsla in return.

The giant softly chuckled at the question. Following a muffled sigh, the Vizsla answered.
<”Seen better days, that’s for sure.”> The Si’kahya[4] Alor’ad nodded his buy’ce in silence. He too had read the recent developments. He was aware that the Vizsla’s former second in command, his long time comrade since the days of the Union, had been found amongst the ranks of the damnable Maw, several months after her disappearance during the violent incursion launched by the Maw on Roon. There was nothing concrete as to whether she willingly betrayed the Mando’ade, or was simply under something’s -or someone’s- influence, fighting for the Maw against her will. Further data and intel was required to assess her cooperation with the Maw, be it she cooperated with them willingly or not.

<”What do you make of it?”> Hank asked, inquiring further about what the giant thought of the situation regarding the Wardog. A muffled sigh wafted through the giant’s helmet annunciator in response. Pondering silently for a few moments as they briskly walked the spacious and well lit corridors of the Kom’rk, the giant would speak.
<”I’m uncertain,”> he murmured. <”But I highly doubt she’d… willingly side with those chakaare.[5] We have to get her out of there.”> The giant remarked. He had gotten to know her well for quite over a decade; vice versa. He hadn’t entertained the idea she had deserted. No. Not even for a second. Although lacking the details to support such a lowly acqusation, some speculated she had, while some believed she was somehow incapacitated and captured during the violent clashes on Roon. The former theory had his blood boiling whenever such gossip reached his ears.

The intel report regarding the Maw’s hardly concealable movement of their fleet and armed forces towards Tython, however, had given him hope to shine light upon this matter. More than likely, she would be there. You could never hold the old girl back from a fight. And this one, would be talked about for the decades to come. Maybe, they would cross paths with one another, on the blood soaked fields of Tython; but alas, as foes, this time.

<”Whatever is the case, I think all will be made clear, soon.”> The giant said. He wasn’t sure of the results of an encounter with her. They both were seasoned warriors, having participated in hundreds upon hundreds of missions over the course of their lifetimes, respectively; and survived, one way or the other. Both their experiences were matched only with a handful of other fellow vode and aruetii soldiers in the galaxy.

Only the Manda truly knew how a clash between the two would end; and so it would be none other than Manda itself to reveal the victor of their fight.

One thing was for certain, though; he did not have it in him to kill her. He had slain many over his lifetime; men, beasts, traitors and daemons alike. But his best friend?

<”Yeah… But,”> Hank’s pace slowed down, stopping a few feet behind the Vizsla Alor. Sensing the change of pace in his friend’s motion, feeling Hank was falling behind, the giant came to a halt, and turned around. <”Are you… ready, to face the fact that she…”> the Bralor fell silent, trying to choose his words carefully, trying not to step on the Vizsla’s nerves. Like others that were close to him, he knew what the Wardog meant to him, and how he did not take the accusations made against her well.

<”What, are you implying?”> The Vizsla Alor frowned slightly underneath his white glowing visor. He easily understood what he meant, yet pushed him to speak up nonetheless. The Bralor heaved a sigh; his broad chestplate rose and fell as he decided to speak up his mind after a moment passed in silence from the both of them, having found a little less straight forward way of speaking his mind. <”What if, she’s no longer the vod[6] you once knew?”>

A brief moment passed in silent contemplation from the giant as the glowing white visor looked at the helmet faceplate before it. That was one thing he had entertained in his head, yet brushed it away every time, without dwelling much on it. No, refusing to dwell much on it.

<”I will cross that bridge when I get there.”> the giant said, in firm conviction. Although such speculations were more reasonable than the aforementioned gossip of her ‘desertion’ resulting from the lack of intel as to what went down on Roon, resulting in her disappearance, the giant refused to think that maybe was the case. She couldn’t’ve.

Or so he hoped.

<”Now come on,”> Turning away from the Bralor, the giant continued to walk at a fast pace towards the briefing room. <”We have a briefing to attend to, ner vod.”> The briefing was about to commence.

The briefing had just begun, as the Quartermaster, the uncrowned queen of their people, walked to the stage to deliver her speech to the Mandalorians that had gathered in the large room. The two giants leaned their backs against a wall, nearby the entrance to the large room, and listened to the briefing in silence. As he listened to the briefing, the giant would occasionally shift his gaze from Buir to those faces and silhouettes familiar to him, underneath the glowing visor firmly fixated on the former as she spoke.

The base was busier than the usual outside the room while the meeting went underway, as munitions, gear, and other vital materials of war was being transported to be used in the upcoming incursion on Tython.

<”Hm!”> The giant beside the Vizsla Alor chimed into his helmet comms as a momentary silence ensued after her announcement regarding the strike force.; his helmet annunciator turned off as to not disrupt the meeting while he spoke to his friend. <”Looks like someone’s climbing up the ranks.”> the Alor’ad said as he nudged him. The giant softly chuckled in response, answering him over the private net between him and the Bralor; his annunciator too was turned off. <”Yeah, looks like it,”> the giant said, his attention unwavering from the Quartermaster. He was somewhat surprised by this development, but he welcomed it nonetheless. He had the tools, training and experience necessary to take on this task.

His arms crossed over his broad chestplate, the Vizsla Alor remained silent even after the Buir’s speech, listening to vode and representatives alike such as Omen, Master Noble and Jos Krayt speak their minds.

Zen-Bek stood there and watched as many others came in. He wouldn't pay them much mind, although he would continue to keep his eyes peeled. He may be Mandalorian, but he was still quite new to Kestri and The Enclave. He noticed how many of the others knew each other and had brief conversations. One person in particular stood out to him, however. A woman carrying a laser sword on her, Valery Noble Valery Noble
. "A Jedi perhaps?" Zen-Bek thought to himself. "The enemy of my enemy still isn't my friend." He continued to think to himself. For now, though he would wait and listen to the speech.

"What I ask of you today, I do not ask lightly. I am no Mand'alor"
"Then who is? Do they even have a Mand'alor?"
"If you choose to fight with us, you do so out of loyalty to your brethren and to your people."

"Is this for our people? Or is it for the GA and NIO? After all it isn't the Mandalorians that are at war. It's the rest of the Galaxy, this isn't our war."
"You fight to avenge our fallen ancestors and preserve our future."
"Though I do not agree, these words speak true. It is the way of the Mandalorians to protect our own. If the GA and the NIO get consumed then who is next."
"If that is too much to ask, then I would suggest you leave, now."
Zen-Bek pondered on this statement. He would look around the courtyard. "There is no way I am leaving; I have to stay to preserve our way of life."
"In terms of numbers, we do not have them. Even if every Mandalorian on Kestri and every droid we have were to be deployed, the forces of the Maw would easily overwhelm us. Dominating them on the battlefield will not be our concern; the forces of the Galactic Alliance and New Imperial Order will be doing that.
"
"We don't need numbers! We are Mandalorians! We are Warriors! Still better to sacrifice others, rather than our own, we are already so few."
"Akaan'alor Romul Saxon will command forces responsible for destroying their warship."
"Sounds like the majority of this fight is going to be in our hands. I do have a ship but I rather not die fighting their monstrosity."
"On the ground, individual teams will have assignments for eliminating Sith commanders. You will fight under your standard chain of command, but Al'verde Kranak Vizsla will be coordinating operations and relaying communications with Enclave command."
"I'm much better suited for fighting on the ground. I guess I should report to
Kranak Vizsla Kranak Vizsla ."

The young 23-year-old, Zen-Bek made his way to Kranak. "Sir, I'd be honored to join you in the ground assault. I may be inexperienced in fighting conventionally, nonetheless I can hold my own in a fight. My ship is available for use and my weapons stand ready to fight. Any orders?"
