STRENGTHS

• Like a juggernaut, there are few defenders ready to stop the men and women weaning this armor as they tear through defenders with heavy weaponry.

WEAKNESSES

• Since the Ossuary Breacher Plate heavily relies on system packages, it takes awhile to familiarize the use with it. Repairing the armor can also be a pain in the Amarrnth’s cramped tech bay.

DESCRIPTION
Space combat is inherently dangerous, even more so for the first few through the boarding tube. If there’s resistance, the natural bottleneck and unknown structure of the ship being attacked make it a natural kill zone, one an attacker has to break through as fast as possible. Wanting to keep his small crew alive though their raiding, Corvo invested heavily in the best equipment his crew could buy or steal to make these suits of armor for the team boarding and pacifying a target.

Suitable for combat in space and ships that have lost atmosphere, the Ossuary heavy armor is made of angled Seigurium for its excellent defensive and self-repairing abilities. Secondary materials shore up some of the armors weaknesses as well as adding comfort, while a stealth coating helps raiders hide before an ambush or from alerted security. A powered body glove worn under the armor provides strength enhancement while helping carry and disperse its weight. It also serves as a final line of protection against anything that gets past the armor and its shield.

A main feature of the Ossuary boarding armor is its ability to carry heavy weapons for the raiders, keeping them powered and close at hand along with their other personal weapons. Or, in a close quarters fight, allow them to use weapons on their gauntlets if reloading, disarmed, or otherwise caught with their other weapons unreadied. Some of these, like the plasma cutter or Kinetite Shockwave, can also serve to help the boarders tear through a defending ship’s hull or other bulkheads.
