APPEARANCE:
The tall Ralltiiri has a slender yet shapely athletic form. Ava's shoulder-length golden tresses are usually pulled back into a messy bun to fit under a flight helmet or a high ponytail. Behind the yellow-tinted visor of that helmet is a pair of steel-blue eyes that compliment her creamy skin tone and pale pink lips. She received a synflesh cybernetic replacement for her left forearm after losing it in an EVA during the battle for Corellia.
"Ava" was born and raised on Ralltiir. It is a Core World noted as a major financial center and marble mining planet located in the Shingali Shell along the Perleman Trade Route on the edge of the Colonies Region border. During her young lifetime, the Ralltiiri have been under the mantel of the Galactic Republic, the One Sith, and was a part of the Free Worlds Coalition until the Sith Empire crushed it as well. The free galaxy now was hanging on by a thin thread.
While the One Sith subjugated Ava's homeworld, the Ralltiiri Underground was reactivated as it was used during the First Galactic Civil War. Against her parent's wishes, who both were politically neutral and only interested in the financial stability of the planet and their investments as many Ralltiirians were, Ava joined the local resistance group; learning to fly and run ground interference operations.
When the One Sith was finally defeated by the Galactic Alliance at the Battle of Coruscant and Ralltiir became a free world once again, Ava attended the University of Ralltiir to obtain a business degree in accounting and finance. Working at her family's top 100 company, Cartwright Financial Corp - CFC on the stock indexes was boring as hell though paid very well, not that the heiress needed any more credits with a trust fund to fall back on. It was way too safe for Ava as she was born a rebel at heart; much to her parent's dismay. She was expected to marry well in their social class and carry on the family enterprises. Doing just that from the pilot couch of a starfighter was definitely not what Daniel and Margret Cartwright had in mind for their daughter. The pressure was on to end her nonsense, which pushed Ava to make her next move.
Upon hearing through old contacts in the dispersed local underground that a new group was forming another resistance movement on a galactic level to take the fight against the Axis of Evil, this news piqued Ava's curiosity and she acted quickly in defiance of her parents. "Goldilocks" joined the Resistance for a short time, then was recruited directly into the Galactic Alliance Military becoming a member of the infamous Rogue Squadron.
After the Galactic Alliance fell in the traitorous Endgame perpetrated by the Sith Lord called Lady of Secrets, Ava joined other Alliance survivors in ORC territory to help form the Alliance-in-Exile.
Out of all the bad that went down, something good did come from it. Ava found love in the Corellian Naval Officer Dracken Pryce; the Captain of the ANS Starchild at the time. It took Goldie nearly dying during the New Republic's Battle for Corellia for the two officers to admit their true feelings to each other finally. They decided to throw caution and military protocol to the wind, making a home together on Corellia in New Coronet. They had hope again and something to live for in each other.
Soon though Dracken would be pulled back into duty as he took a position with the Republic Navy which came with a promotion to Admiral. While he served that faction, Ava hooked up with a coalition of Rebels and Jedi to take the fight back to the Sith and their minions rebel-style... Even though they were physically apart much during this time, their hearts remained as one, often stealing time to be together back on Corellia when they could.
But the war would soon be upon Corellia, and those who called it home were preparing for the worst to come. When Ava was approached by Admiral Nova to help the Corellian Federation, she couldn't refuse and joined their Starfighter Corps.
As years passed, Goldilocks was promoted to Colonel, still with the CDF, and Dracken retired from the Navy with the rank of High Admiral. Retirement wasn't for him though as yet another type of duty pulled at his heartstrings; taking on the honored role of Senator of Corellia. Being a politician wasn't a natural fit for the military man breed through and through, but he was the right man at the right time to represent his homeworld in the Galactic Alliance Senate that was ever-growing with new worlds from the Core to the Unknown Regions. Corellia definitely needed a reasoned voice and so did the Alliance leading them. Later, Dracken was nominated to become Vice-Chancellor and accepted. Ava couldn't be prouder of her husband's achievement and stood staunchly behind him in his endeavors even if it meant furthering themselves from each other as time and space continued to plague their endearing relationship.
She still had the children to fuss over, but they too were growing up. Gabe being found Force-sensitive as as a young teen chose the path of the Jedi, and Gabby, well... she was still deciding though eyeing a possible CorSec career. Time would only tell how the Pryce family's futures would evolve going forward with yet another galactic war brewing... May the Force be with us all.
