- Accessibility: Moderately difficult... while the asteroids are known as bases for various smugglers and thieves... the clearinghouse is meant to be a secret and kept quiet about. Various ships (smuggler and pirate vessels) act as the primary security and ground forces are the mercenaries on the station.
- Traffic: High: With a small handful of smuggler routes and blockade runners the clearing house is a haven of criminal activity all under the control of Jia Ren the Immortal pirate.. Smugglers, pirates and syndicates that want to try and have territory within the system are largely confined to the station and the asteroids.
- Description: Located at the edge of the Atrisian system and often considered abandoned. The asteroids are used as bases for various gangs and around the central clearing house... a hollowed out asteroid that is protected with turrets and Jia Ren's reputation within the system. Smugglers trying to bring things into the ystem go here, ones getting out with some of the resources from the worlds. Ren has united the various gangs under their authority and strength so that if there is an attack they can and will all respond to fight back be it from outsiders or the Atrisian military.
Clearinghouse Main Floor: A massive black market sales floor where pirates, smugglers, crime lords and others can sell or buy nearly anything.
Jia Rens Territory: Centralized in the clearing house and large in scale. With followed out sections of the asteroid the station was built into. Full of pirates and slaves as well as some of the more choice loot they have raided over the centuries.
Shadowport: Large and designed for smugglers and pirates with a shipyard to upgrade and repair for a price. Droids to crew and bays for slaves to be kept as needed.
Observation deck: Fashioned like the Nihil hall... a heavy shield agaisnt vacuum that allows others to attend and is used for meetings by Jia Ren when encountering many others.
SECURITY
High: Designed for security using raided components and equipment from Atrisian ships and smuggled components. The pirate vessels that are in the asteroids function as a fleet that defends the clearing house and the internal factions are there with the agreement that they will unite should an attack come as it would be best for business and profits.

Created during the era of the high Republic by Jia Ren, the clearing house was built into the remains of the asteroids of Nibia.... a region of the atrisian system suspected to have once upon a time been a tenth world... but something happened that destroyed it and left its moons and asteroids largely in a cluster. The pirates and smugglers that was being brought to the system to raid it... they fought them and as victories came to the dread pirate the crew and those under them grew. The clearing house became infamous as a shadowport that allowed within the core many to unload their ill begotten goods or upgrade their ship discreetly. Jia Ren being one of the more enigmatic and mysterious forces on the station as the crew functioned to raid and bring her a share of everything done... their reputation was one of the biggest things they were getting.
THe centuries of raids lasted until the plague and many of the other smaller wars.... Jia Ren led most of the pirates and attempted to keep many of them alive in the aftermath. As the Atrisian Commonwealth and various governments recovered through the galaxy they were able to bring their skills as a clearing house and pirates in the core. Before many of the wars came to unite the Atrisian people and start the Jishi era Ren in an effort to carve out a section was able to retrieve several ships that they would be able to use. With the new Jishi era coming and many changes to the Commonwealth which saw a boom in military and isolationist policy Jia Ren worked to try and secure the Nibia region as it were and make it maintain its importance. As one fo the biggest places in Atrisia for criminals and pirates it defends the system from attackers who mess with the profits of the group.
