- Highly Automated and Symbiotic Linked: The Allegiance IV is highly automated thanks to its N&Z systems, but similar to the ships before it, Karl opted for less automation in the bridge. Using the FAE/S-07 Symbiotic Ghost Link allows its bridge crews to truly multitask. Due to the "Brain Strain" that this system creates, there are two bridge crews, typically a morning and a night crew. This counts up to just below a normal bridge crew, but a reduced number on the bridge at one time allows for swapping if one bridge crew member is injured.
- Enlarged Reactor: Like the original Allegiance Battlecruiser/Heavy Star Destroyer, the Allegiance IV features a larger than average reactor. It is able to do this because the vessel is not equipped with a standard ventral hangar. Therefore, more space was allocated to the reactor room, and therefore, more power is sent to its weapons systems and shields. This allows the Allegiance IV to be a bruiser and slug it out better than other ships in her weight class.
- Turning Heads: While she is slow, she can turn fast and on a dime better than other battlecruisers in her weight class.
- Highly Automated and Symbiotic Linked: If the internal AI were to be compromised, the low personnel count would make it hard to counteract this imbalance causing the functionality of the ship to decrease significantly. Additionally, while there are two different bridge crews, if one station were to have both its members injured, the station would be unfulfilled making the ship's overall function decrease.
- Rear and Ventral Vulnerabilities: The Allegiance IV only has a handful of turbolasers and laser cannons protecting the aft and ventral sides of this vessel.
- No Complement: The Allegiance IV has no fighter complements at its disposal, additionally, its small hangar is only built to accommodate support craft like dropships or shuttles.

The Naval Corps of Engineering Model 601-1.0, otherwise known as the Allegiance IV-Class Battlecruiser, was designed as a passion project of Karl's. He has always liked the design of the Allegiance, and its role as a heavy star destroyer, a powerful escort or patrol vessel, and command ship. The fourth generation of the Allegiance is designed for the modern era of warfare, blending advanced technology with the classic design ethos of the Empire, with Karl Von Strauss' usual design motifs along with newer N&Z additions.
Equipped with an array of N&Z turbolaser batteries, ion cannons, and quad laser turrets, the Allegiance IV-Class delivers devastating firepower capable of overwhelming enemy starships and ground installations. Its wedge shape provides a significant tactical advantage in direct confrontations, allowing it to bring most of its higher caliber weapons to bear on a single target if needed. It's wedge shape also allows for it to split its barrage of weapons in up to three different directions. Utilizing cutting-edge shield technology in the form of the N&Z SSP-SIXTUS/A, the Allegiance IV-Class can withstand prolonged assaults while maintaining operational readiness. Its sextuple-layered shields offer enhanced protection against both energy-based and projectile weaponry, and the flexability of choosing what each shield is adding to its functionality.
With state-of-the-art FAE, N&Z, and HPI sensor arrays, communication systems and other advanced technology, the Allegiance IV can serve as a command ship for fleet operations. Its bridge is equipped with holographic solid state displays and tactical planning consoles, providing commanders with a comprehensive view of the battlefield. Its addition of the FAE/S-07 Symbiotic Ghost Link allows for the bridge to be ran by, what other ships in her weight class would call, a skeleton crew while keeping a secondary crew in reserve adding to the ships overall functionality. Like the original Allegiance and unlike some of its contemporaries, the Allegiance IV-Class does not carry its own fighter complement, just support craft and shuttles. Instead, it relies on the support of dedicated carrier ships to deploy starfighters during operations, maintaining a focus on heavy bombardment and capital ship engagements.
The Allegiance IV-Class Battlecruiser stands as a testament to the Empire of the Lost's strategic prowess in modern warfare. With its impressive armament of turbolasers and ion cannons, and advanced shielding systems, it is well-equipped to dominate the battlefield. While it does not carry its own starfighters, it effectively integrates with carrier ships to ensure comprehensive fleet support. Designed for operational efficiency, the Allegiance IV serves as a vital command vessel, reinforcing the Empire's resolve to maintain order and security throughout the galaxy.
