Acier Moonbound, nicknamed Ace to few, was a Force-sensitive human male of Mandalorian descent, raised on the industrial world of Bonadan. Abandoned as an infant with only a lightsaber to his name, he grew up navigating the planet's undercity, relying on instinct, cunning, and survival skills. Introspective and emotionally guarded, Moonbound developed an intuitive connection to the Force, later revealed to be inherited from his father, Darth Metus.
Moonbound walked a path shaped by isolation, self-discovery, and reluctant power. Though he remained torn between legacy and self-determination - haunted by the question of who he truly was, and who he might become.

Orphaned Beginnings

From a young age, Acier clung to his lightsaber - his birthright, as a source of comfort, fantasising at all the possibilites of what his parents could have been. The overcrowding at the orphanage forced Acier to become more independent, he learned to navigate the labyrinthine alleys and underlevels of the city. He became adept at scavenging, pickpocketing, and running errands for local merchants and, occasionally, less savory individuals.
Life on the Streets

Then there was "Red", a smuggler who introduced Acier to the wider galaxy's complexities. Through Red, he learned about the Jedi, Sith and the broader implications of the Force. Hearing these stories made Acier realise he was Force-sensitive and that one of his parents was likely a Jedi, the orphan would keep this information to himself - unsure of who he could trust.
Around the age of thirteen, Acier would meet Tessk - a Trandoshan enforcer for a local but small crime syndicate. After impressing the Trandoshan with his cunning and other skills, the orphan was employed for small tasks which exposed Acier to the darker aspects of the galaxy.
Final Job and Leaving Home
By seventeen, the distant anomalies plaguing the galaxy had grown harder to ignore. The holonets reported unexplained gravitational shifts, and hyperlane maps were being updated weekly. Traders spoke in hushed tones about converging galaxies and strange flickers in deep space, things none of them truly understood. To Acier, it felt like the galaxy itself was on edge… and so was he.
His curiosity about his parents, his lightsaber, and his growing connection to the Force had finally become too much to ignore. The young man decided it was time to leave Bonadan and explore the galaxy he'd grown up hearing about from Red. In need of credits to book passage offworld, Acier agreed to work one last job for Tessk with the promise of enough pay to finally get off the rock.
Acier was tasked with delivering a sealed container to a contact at a remote docking bay. The job seemed straightforward, but Acier's instincts told him there was more beneath the surface.
Upon arrival, Acier discovered the contact was an undercover agent working against Tessk's syndicate. A confrontation ensued, leading to a skirmish that resulted in the usage of Acier's lightsaber and the accidental ignition of volatile materials stored nearby. The ensuing explosion engulfed the docking bay in flames. Amidst the chaos, Acier was able to use his latent Force sense to navigate the blaze, rescuing trapped workers and narrowly escaping with his life.
In the wake of the disaster, Tessk accused Acier of double-crossing him, claiming he had orchestrated the explosion to sabotage the syndicate. In retaliation, Tessk placed a bounty on his head - dead or alive.
With Bonadan no longer safe and no credits to his name, Acier stowed away on a cargo freighter bound for an unknown world, the stars shifting above him, both literally and figuratively.
Now on the run, Acier dedicates himself to three goals: finding someone who can teach him the ways of the Force, discovering who his parents were… and staying one step ahead of the ones hunting him.
P E R S O N A L I T Y
Acier Moonbound was defined by his introspective, guarded nature. Shaped by a solitary childhood in the industrial underworld of Bonadan, he relied heavily on caution, observation, and self-preservation. He was emotionally reserved, slow to trust, and pragmatic to a fault, preferring to survive in silence rather than make waves. Though inwardly curious and morally grounded, his behavior was often shaped by trauma, not ambition. A dry wit and analytical mindset made him sharp under pressure, but he lacked confidence in his potential and feared what his powers might one day reveal.
Following the beginning of his training, Acier had begun to shift. Now eighteen and several months into his Jedi training, he carried himself with a quiet but rising sense of identity. Discovering that he was the son of a powerful Sith Lord and of Mandalorian blood had subtly changed his self-perception. While he remained observant and pragmatic, a growing streak of boldness had emerged, sometimes bordering on reckless. He was more willing to speak his mind, take risks, and insert himself into danger, not out of impulsivity, but from a desire to validate his worth and test his limits.
His sarcasm persisted as both defense mechanism and personality trait, but glimpses of deeper emotional vulnerability showed themselves more frequently. Around those he trusted, particularly Pisti Caleida and Rheyla Tann, his walls lowered. Revealing a fiercely loyal and introspective soul still trying to reconcile his past with his future.
Haunted by the burden of inherited power, Acier struggled with the morality of violence. Though willing to defend himself, he recoiled from the idea of killing, and the moment he eventually crosses that line is set to define him. He remained emotionally conflicted, fascinated by his capacity for battle yet disturbed by what it might cost him.
At this stage in his journey, Acier Moonbound was no longer just a survivor. He was a Force-sensitive hybrid, a reluctant heir to legacy, and a young man caught between discipline and identity, walking a path uniquely his own, with the galaxy watching.

His skin is a warm, medium brown, subtly dotted with freckles across his cheeks and nose. His hair, a striking contrast of white against his complexion, styled into thick, shoulder-length dreadlocks. The unique coloration hinted at a unique heritage, setting him apart from his peers growing up.
At the age of seventeen, Acier Moonbound stood at approximately 1.73 meters, his physique notably lean due to prolonged malnourishment and stress endured during his upbringing on Bonadan. Following his departure from the planet and six months of Jedi training in a more stable and nutritionally supported environment, Moonbound experienced a measurable growth spurt.
When he returned to the galaxy at large, he stood at 1.79 metres. While it was speculated that early deprivation may have stunted his full genetic potential, his body began to reflect a wiry athleticism.
Acier's eyes are a deep, expressive brown, often reflecting a mix of curioisty and caution. Observant, they are frequently scanning Acier's surroundings - a habit ingrained from years of hyper vigilance.
His facial features are defined yet youthful, with high cheekbones and a symmetrical jawline softened by the freckles that adorn his face. A faint scar also runs along his left eyebrow, a remnant from a childhood mishap.

-Still In Training
Despite his talent, Acier is still an apprentice-level combatant and Force user. He lacks the finesse, consistency, and wisdom of a fully trained Jedi. Against experienced warriors or Force wielders, he is prone to being outmatched in technique, strategy, or discipline.
-Reckless Confidence
Recent revelations about his bloodline and early Jedi training have inflated Acier's confidence. He occasionally overestimates himself, rushing into danger without fully considering the consequences.
-Struggling With Restraint
Acier has begun to taste the thrill of combat. He enjoys fighting more than he admits, especially when anger or pride enters the equation. This can cause him to go too far, too fast, especially when emotionally charged.
-Fear of Legacy
Knowing his father is a powerful Sith Lord has left Acier fearful of the darkness within himself. Though he seeks to forge a new path, he carries the quiet anxiety that he may one day succumb to the same shadow.
-Trust & Intimacy Issues
Though more open than before, Acier remains cautious with his emotions. He fears dependency and vulnerability, making it hard for him to truly rely on others, even those he's come to care for.

Under the tutelage of Jedi Knight Pisti Caleida, Moonbound embarked on structured lightsaber training. Though still in the early stages of his instruction, he displayed a strong aptitude for adaptation, fusing his street-born instincts with the foundational teachings of the Jedi. He maintained his preference for a southpaw stance, often wielding his skeletal-hilt lightsaber in a reverse grip, especially in improvisational combat.
His fighting style remained agile and momentum-driven, utilizing fast footwork, sudden bursts of speed, and sharp evasive maneuvers. With growing control over his Force sensitivity, Acier began to weave intuitive reactions and terrain awareness into his combat rhythm. His style bore the beginnings of both Shii-Cho and Djem So, yet remained uniquely his - raw, reactive, and emotionally charged. While not yet a refined duelist, he could contend with more seasoned opponents through unpredictability and creative use of his surroundings.

Acier displayed an intuitive and evolving connection to the Force from a young age. While untrained for much of his early life, Moonbound experienced instinctive premonitions, heightened reflexes, and moments of unnatural clarity.
Acier's connection to the Force had matured considerably after months of dedicated training. His natural intuition remained intact, but was now supplemented by deliberate practice and guidance. Among his developing abilities, psychometry continued to stand out. No longer a purely involuntary phenomenon, he could intentionally draw echoes from touched objects, though intense impressions still left him momentarily shaken or disoriented.
His precognitive senses sharpened, manifesting as instinctual "gut feelings" and brief flashes of foresight, especially in combat. He showed growing proficiency with telekinesis, having refined his use of Force push and pull to the point where he could repel foes, call objects to hand, or disrupt opponents mid-strike. He also displayed a keen sensitivity to emotional and environmental disturbances through the Force, particularly in places marked by strong memory or pain.
Mobility was another emerging strength. Through training, Acier unlocked Force-assisted jumps and reflexive agility, allowing him to integrate parkour-like movement into his combat approach. Though not fully explored, his Force presence occasionally flickered in synchrony with others - suggesting latent potential for deeper, more intuitive connections.
Despite this progress, his abilities remained mostly reactive. His control was improving, but his power was still shaped more by instinct and emotion than formal mastery.

Raised on Bonadan, a corporate world plagued by corruption and poverty, Moonbound developed strong survival instincts. From childhood, he navigated the underworld by learning to fight, steal and adapt.
Acier's unrefined but effective combat style was rooted in brawling, grappling, and quick reflexes honed through necessity. Street fights, narrow escapes, and years of survival in the underlevels of Bonadan shaped him into a scrappy, instinct-driven fighter. Though lacking formal martial training, Acier's was a naturally talented fighter. This is likely attributed to latent instinct inherited from his heritage - suggesting that battle-readiness ran in his veins, even if discipline did not.
While not a trained gunslinger, he demonstrated functional competence with small blasters, particularly in high-stress situations. His ability to remain calm under fire, combined with sharp spatial awareness, allowed him to improvise effectively in hostile environments.
Acier also exhibited impressive physical coordination, capable of traversing complex environments at speed, often while under fire.
Moonbound's survival was shaped not by raw strength but by speed, cunning and tenacity. He relied on gut instinct and acute awareness of his surroundings to outmaneuver more powerful opponents.
In addition, Acier possessed significant technical aptitude, having been mentored by a former slicer named Mira during his formative years. He became proficient at bypassing security systems and manipulating digital infrastructure. He once brokered a deal with the Black Sun by offering to slice into a rival syndicate's systems.
Acier demonstrated skill in repairing and modifying starships, hyperdrives and other mechanical systems.
These skills combined with his Force-sensitivity made him a valuable asset in both underground dealings and ancient artifact recovery.

After receiving various visions in dreams. On the distant world of Peridea, Acier uncovered a Nightsister bone spindle bearing faded runes and an eerie resonance. Its purpose is still unknown.
In addition, Acier possessed a scavenged datapad from Denon, once belonging to a fallen gang courier. He rewired it for encrypted journaling, communications, and navigation, frequently using it for logging his training, slicing and personal research.
His attire reflected his hybrid background: a teal zip-up jumpsuit with black sleeves rolled down, paired with reinforced boots, a brown utility belt, and holstered compartments for his gear.
