STANDARD FEATURES

ADVANCED SYSTEMS

STRENGTHS

  • One Ship Fleet: Unlike other Battlecruisers, the Liberator was designed as a single ship fleet. Equipped with enough frigate and corvettes to act on it's own, the Liberator is a ship designed with the intention of hiding it's true power behind it's stealth systems, before deploying a full compliment of ships.
  • Divine Justice: The two forward Ion Cannons are specialized with Force Light imbuements, designed to smash through ships created by or enhanced by the Dark Side. All the while, the two cannons still act as massively powerful Ion Cannons, designed to overwhelm even Star Destroyers with a full salvo.
  • Space Tiger: The ship's stealth systems are state of the art, designed to hide the massive ship on approach, before allowing it to slip away should the engagement turn against it's favor.
  • Divided Hangers: The ship is designed with three sets of hangers, as a way to divide up it's deployment capabilities. Two hangers house the starfighter accompaniment, one on each side, while a central hanger along the spine of the ship houses the support vessels, allowing them to launch straight into battle.
WEAKNESSES

  • Power Differential: The many systems of the ship require the generators to split focus between systems. While the ship is heavily armored, in order to use it's stealth systems, it needs to cut power to the shields.
  • Weak Points: Due to the construction of the ship, it's many sections led to attachment points acting as a weak point. Should a smaller ship focus fire on them, you could snap them off.

DESCRIPTION
The Wild Space Rebellion's fleet grew day by day with the call to rebellion sounded, and one of the first new ships was a new flagship to mark the true beginning of the Rebel Navy. Named "The Liberator", the ship was designed to act as a single ship navy, allowing it to sneak into a system, deploy it's support ships and starfighters, and quickly overwhelm enemy fleets before disappearing into the night.

While the design was bold, the construction took months before the ship could be called done. Si Tech's designer Rara was quoted as saying "The day this thing is done, the day the rebellion truly starts. One day, we'll see a ship twice it's size, surely. I'll be drinking that day."

Christened as the offensive flagship of the Dawn of Hope, the Liberator now sits as the most powerful ship in the Rebel navy, silently stalking the stars.
