- Vehicle Mounted: The Superfang is designed to be mounted on walkers, gunships, tanks, or starships. This does prevent the recoil from affecting the gun too much, as it's mounting takes much of that recoil away, it doesn't completely prevent the recoil.
- Particle Blaster: Designed with the same philosophy as other Si Tech blasters, the Superfang fires anti-material level blaster bolts, that explode when they hit something they can't immediately pierce, causing a massive concussive wave through whatever it hits.
- Deployable Weapon: The Superfang also has a bipod mounted version, for static defensive positions.
- The Sound of The Angels: The Superfang fires at a rate that gives it not only a very distinct fire arc, but also a sound unlike anything else in the GADF arsenal. One could mistake the constant stream of particle bolts for a solid laser.
- Heating Element: The Superfang's massive output has the upside of sustained fire on armor will eventually burn through pretty much any material with enough time.
- Free Cooling: Due to the multiple barrel set up, the Superfang takes a lot longer to heat up than a normal blaster cannon.
- Heavy AF: The Superfang was never designed as a mobile infantry weapon. Unlike the Boar or Beak, it's massive recoil and heft make it massively unfeasible as a weapon for any form of single operator.
- The S Word: The Superfang is loud. If you think you can be stealthy with it, you're a special kind of crazy.
- Kicks Like a Mule: Given the amount of firepower, it's no wonder the Superfang has a heck of a lot of recoil to it. While this can be negated with the vehicle mount or bipod, it does cause sustained accurate fire on foot to be practically impossible.
Designed as a mounted weapon for GADF vehicles, the Superfang is a massively powerful blaster cannon designed off a rotating barrel cannon present during the Clone Wars. While this version was not designed for heavy infantry, but rather as a mounted weapon for starfighters, defensive positions, and heavy vehicles.
