  • SPAAG: The IAAT/AA is a dedicated anti-air platform, capable of engaging a variety of aircraft and spacecraft with its twin mass-driver cannons.
  • Heavy firepower: In addition to its twin mass-driver cannons, the IAAT/AA possesses a number of offensive weapon systems, such as laser cannons, FLAK turrets and energized projectile launchers.
  • Bullet hose: The twin mass-driver cannons boast an impressive rate of fire, allowing them to engage fast moving targets.
  • Suppressive fire: Though ostensibly an anti-aircraft platform, the IAAT/AA is quite effective against infantry and lightly armored vehicles.
  • Heavy armor: The IAAT/AA retains the same heavy armor as its predecessor, the AAT.
  • Battlewagon: The IAAT is capable of carrying up to six soldiers on the outside of its hull. Each passenger has completely unobstructed vision and is able to lend the firepower of whatever weapon they are carrying.
  • Upgrade package: To keep costs down on an otherwise incredibly expensive vehicle, the IAAT/AA uses existing AAT hulls from Mahporeem.
WEAKNESSES
  • Bullet hose: The impressive rate of fire of the IAAT/AA's mass-driver cannons can cause the vehicle to expend its physical ammunition rather rapidly.
  • Small storage: The IAAT/AA only holds a small amount of physical ammunition on board, necessitating frequent reloading of the vehicle's mass-driver cannons and energized projectile launchers.
  • No ground to air ordinance: The design of the IAAT/AA prevents the vehicle from using any type of surface to air missiles.

  • Unmaneuverable: Much like the base AAT, the IAAT/AA is a cumbersome vehicle, even with its repulsorlift system.
  • Battlewagon: Any passengers riding on the outside of the vehicle are completely exposed to the elements and enemy attack.
  • Facelift: The IAAT/AA was not built from the ground up, instead relying on pre existing AAT hulls. This means that the vehicle retains the same drive and propulsion systems, limiting overall performance.
DESCRIPTION

Although the Mahporeem Imperial Remnant is known to produce a bewildering array of different vehicles, it has been noted that significant gaps exist within their inventory, such as with the lack of a dedicated anti-aircraft vehicle. Though vehicles such as the TIE Crusher were able to compensate for this oversight, Mahporeem has dedicated to correct this issue by once again teaming with with N&Z Umbrella Corporation.

The resulting Imperial Armored Assault Tank/Anti-Air, or IAAT/AA for short, is the third example of the Imperial Remnant's IAAT line of vehicles. Unlike the previous two iterations of the Armored Assault Tank, the IAAT/AA is focused on engaging enemy aircraft and spacecraft, thanks to the installation of twin mass-driver cannons. N&Z has provided the tank with a host of other upgrades, such as an advanced sensor array and the capability to utilize FLAK turrets in place of the tank's standard laser cannons.

Such an upgrade package is now, for the first time, being offered not just to the Mahporeem Imperial Remnant but also to customers of N&Z Umbrella Corporation, who can now send antiquated AAT hulls to Mahporeem to be retrofitted into IAAT/AAs. Eventually, it is the sincere hope of the Mahporeem Imperial Remnant to offer all variants of its IAATs to customers of N&Z, as a series of upgrade packages.

  • Unmaneuverable: Much like the base AAT, the IAAT/R is a cumbersome vehicle, even with its repulsorlift system.
  • Charge up: Before the ER-1 Electrothermal Railgun is able to fire, it must first "charge up", limiting the weapon's fire rate.
  • Specialized: The ER-1 Electrothermal Railgun and Energized Projectile Launchers are best used at long range, and are difficult to properly utilize in close quarters fighting.
  • Limited traverse: The ER-1 Electrothermal Railgun is fixed in place, limiting its overall traverse. The entire tank must move in order to aim the railgun.

DESCRIPTION

Mahporeem's partnership with N&Z Umbrella Corporation has lead to the development of a number of interesting and unique vehicle variants, such as the Imperial Armored Assault Tank/Railgun, or IAAT/R. Utilizing a number of different N&Z components, Mahporeem has taken existing AAT hulls and upgraded them into formidable fighting vehicles.

Unlike the base version of the AAT, the IAAT/R replaces the AAT's heavy laser cannon with an ER-1 Electrothermal Railgun, giving the tank unparalleled range and power against nearly all types of enemy targets. The IAAT/R also retains the AAT's 6 Hull Mounted Energized Projectile Launchers, which are capable of utilizing a variety of different N&Z munitions. This combination of weapons allows the IAAT/R to successfully engage and destroy most targets with ease.

While a potent weapon system, the IAAT/R does suffer from performance issues, due to the nature of the vehicle. Since the IAAT/R relies on pre existing AAT hulls, the IAAT/R does not benefit from any sort of upgraded propulsion systems or reactors, making it a slow moving and unmaneuverable repulsortank. That being said, the tank is designed to engage targets at long range, making its poor performance less important to the vehicle's overall role.

STRENGTHS
  • Heavily armored: The Imperial Armored Assault Tank, or IAAT, is heavily armored and able to withstand most forms of attack before it is destroyed.
  • Infantry killer: The IAAT/F's flame projector melts through most infantry with ease, and can inflict massive psychological trauma to anyone unfortunate enough to witness the weapon in action.
  • Demolisher: The IAAT/F is also quite effective against enemy fortifications as it can burn through a variety of different materials with ease. This also makes it useful for deforesting operations.
  • Bunker buster: The IAAT/F's energized projectile launchers can fire a variety of different munitions, allowing it to be rather effective against enemy infantry, armor and even structures.
  • Battlewagon: The IAAT/F is capable of carrying up to six soldiers on the outside of its hull. Each passenger has completely unobstructed vision and is able to lend the firepower of whatever weapon they are carrying.
  • Upgrade package: To keep costs down on an otherwise incredibly expensive vehicle, the IAAT/F uses existing AAT hulls from Mahporeem.
  • Repulsorlift: The repulsorlift system of the IAAT/F allows it to avoid low lying obstacles by simply hovering over them.
WEAKNESSES
  • Clunky: The IAAT/F is a slow and unmaneuverable vehicle, only capable of reaching up to 55 kilometers per hour.
  • Infantry killer: The removal of the IAAT/F's heavy laser cannon has made the vehicle far less effective against enemy armor.
  • Limited capacity: Each IAAT/F is only capable of holding a small number of projectiles for its energized projectile launchers, limiting the amount of damage it can inflict with this weapon system.
  • Battlewagon: Any passengers riding on the outside of the vehicle are completely exposed to the elements and enemy attack.
  • Facelift: The IAAT/F was not built from the ground up, instead relying on pre existing AAT hulls. This means that the vehicle retains the same drive and propulsion systems, limiting overall performance.
  • Repulsorlift: The IAAT/F's repulsorlift system is vulnerable to ION/EMP attacks and other countermeasures.
DESCRIPTION

Mahporeem's partnership with N&Z Umbrella Corporation has lead to the development of a number of interesting and unique vehicle variants, such as the Imperial Armored Assault Tank/Flamethrower, or IAAT/F. Utilizing a number of different N&Z components, Mahporeem has taken existing AAT hulls and upgraded them into formidable fighting vehicles.

The original IAAT was first developed on Mahporeem centuries ago for use by the Galactic Empire and its many allies. Today, this ancient design has been reinvigorated with the use of new components from N&Z, turning an already lethal tank modification into an even deadlier and more effective weapon's platform.

Of course, much like the original IAAT that this design is based off of, the IAAT/F is exceptionally effective against infantry and less so against armored vehicles and spacecraft. Of course, anything that gets too close to the IAAT/F's flamethrower is liable to be burn to a crisp, regardless of how heavily armored or protected against heat the IAAT/F's target truly is.

STRENGTHS
  • BOOM: The AT-MAP is capable of equipping a variety of different ordinance launchers, such as plasma cannons, mass-driver cannons and missile batteries.
  • Long range: The AT-MAP is designed to engage targets at great distances, allowing the vehicle to rain destruction onto the battlefield from afar.
  • Relatively lightweight: Compared to vehicles such as the Mobile Artillery Walker, the AT-MAP is slightly smaller and far less heavy, allowing it to be transported more easily across the battlefield.
  • Relatively cheap: Being less advanced that the Mobile Artillery Walker, the AT-MAP is correspondingly less expensive to produce and maintain.
  • Capacity: The AT-MAP can store a decent number of physical projectiles within its armored hull.
  • Droid brain: The AT-MAP is fully controlled by its integrated droid brain, only requiring external assistance when refilling the vehicle's ammunition. This saves on the vehicle's crew requirement and weight.
WEAKNESSES
  • No secondary armament: To save on credits and weight, the AT-MAP does not possess any secondary armament and must rely on other forces to protect it during battle, though it does possess a small number of smoke grenade launchers.
  • Lightly armored: The AT-MAP is relatively fragile and should not engage in any sort of frontline combat.
  • Slow: Much like the Mobile Artillery Walker, the AT-MAP is a rather slow moving vehicle, though it is slightly faster than the Mobile Artillery Walker, clocking in at a top speed of 60 kilometers per hour.
  • Stationary: The AT-MAP cannot move and fire at the same time.
  • Basic: The AT-MAP lacks many of the special features found on the Mobile Artillery Walker, being the "budget" version of the vehicle.
  • Droid Brain: Movement, aiming, firing and reloading of the vehicle is all performed by the integrated droid brain, bringing all the weaknesses of such a system with it.
DESCRIPTION

One of the few indigenous designs produced by the Mahporeem Imperial Remnant, the All Terrain Modular Artillery Platform, or AT-MAP, is not entirely without inspiration. Loosely based upon the design of the AT-AA, the AT-MAP has been selected as a sister vehicle for N&Z Umbrella Corporation's Mobile Artillery Walker. The AT-MAP offers a number of advantages and disadvantages when compared with the previous iteration of design.

The AT-MAP was designed to be as light and as small as possible for a vehicle of its role, while still retaining the necessary bulk needed to ensure that the vehicle was capable of carrying heavy ordinance. Compared to the Mobile Artillery Walker, the AT-MAP weights far less, allowing it to be transported across the battlefield more easily. The AT-MAP is also somewhat modular, being able to select three different weapons depending on its mission.

This, however, comes at a cost, as the AT-MAP is less heavily armored than its predecessor, while lacking any sort of secondary armament to defend itself from attack. The AT-MAP must rely on its smoke grenade launchers and friendly forces to keep it safe from attack, though such a weapon's platform should not be engaging in close quarters combat anyway.

The AT-MAP is also significantly cheaper than the Mobile Artillery Walker while also being far less advanced, losing access to many of the special systems and capabilities seen on its predecessor. The AT-MAP represents a good compromise between weight, power, and cost, and makes a fine addition to any military force, regardless of size or budget.

  • Compared to an AT-AT, the AT-AC is smaller and more difficult to hit.
WEAKNESSES
  • Incredibly slow and heavy, even with empty chemical tanks.
  • Much less stable than an AT-AT due to the vehicle's odd profile.
  • Relatively short ranged when compared to similarly sized vehicles.
  • Relatively weak hull armor, forcing the vehicle to rely on its deflector shields.
  • Quite likely to cause friendly fire with use of the vehicle's Heavy Acid Cannon.
  • If damaged or destroyed, has a high chance of leaking acid into friendly troop formations.
DESCRIPTION

When the Mahporeem Imperial Remnant was contacted by Admiral Squesha Squesha to create a vehicle for them, it was assumed that the vehicle in question would be some sort of starship. Much to their surprise, Admiral Squesha Squesha instead commissioned the Imperial Remnant to create a combat walker that fired acid as its primary means of offense.

The resulting All Terrain Acid Cannon, or AT-AC, fulfills this objective admirably, as its primary weapon is capable of expelling large amounts of the corrosive substance within a short period of time. Mechanical and organic targets alike are highly susceptible to being dissolved by the walker's Heavy Acid Cannon, or blasted to bits by the secondary set of six NZ LC-1 Laser Cannons.

Such a weapon's system is, of course, not without flaw. Though the Heavy Acid Cannon is exceptionally destructive, it is still a relatively short ranged weapon, and the amount of acid that passes through the cannon every second can cause excess liquid to splash around in unexpected ways, potentially hitting friendly or unintended targets. Should the walker's hull be pierced, it will start leaking acid all over the battlefield, making it as much a liability as an asset.

That being said, it is likely that the AT-AC is especially effective against Sithspawn, though it may struggle to hit fast moving, airborne targets. Nonetheless, it is a weapon's system that must be used appropriately to maximize its full potential.

DESCRIPTION

The MGV-300 represents a radical design departure from most examples of Mahporeem Imperial Remnant weaponry. Whereas most of the weapons in use by the Imperial Remnant are designed to be produced as quickly and inexpensively as possible, the MGV-300 is the stark opposite, costing a tremendous amount of time and credits to create. That being said, most examples of the weapon are of high quality construction and are superbly reliable, thanks to the materials utilized by N&Z Umbrella Corporation.

Although it is a slugthrower, the MGV-300 possesses a tremendous ammunition capacity, due mainly to its 177 and 275 round magazines. This, coupled with the weapon's high rate of fire and low caliber but high velocity cartridges allows the MGV-300 to effectively deal with a variety or armored and unarmored threats.

The main draw of the weapon, however, is its small and compact size. When the grip assembly and stock is removed from the weapon, the MGV-300 can be easily stowed and potentially fired from most standard sized briefcases, such as through the Mahporeem Operational Briefcase System, or M.O.B.S, for short.

DESCRIPTION

Though the Mahporeem Imperial Remnant is well known for many things, being stealthy is most certainly not one of them. That being said, the Imperial Remnant does understand the tactical importance of being able to execute stealth operations, which is why it has partnered with N&Z Umbrella Corporation to create the Mahporeem Operational Briefcase System, or M.O.B.S, for short.

Most concealable weapons and hold-out blasters suffer from a lack of power and poor ammunition capacity, limiting their overall usefulness in many situations. Mahporeem's solution to these problems was to dispense with attempts to hide the weapons on their user, instead concealing them within a small, handheld briefcase. As these briefcases are constructed out of Ersteel 1333 and are often covered in Baffleweave, it makes detection of the weapon inside them quite difficult for most scanners and thermal imagers.

The weapon chosen for this system is the MGV-300, a small caliber but high ammunition capacity slugthrower. The use of such a small caliber weapon minimizes the chance that others might notice the "irregularities" on the M.O.B.S system while ensuring the user has access to a large reserve of ammunition, 177 rounds in total.

Of course, the M.O.B.S system is neither a foolproof nor perfect system, as simply opening the briefcase will reveal the contents inside. The M.O.B.S system also only contains enough storage for a single magazine. after the which the user must manually reload the weapon by opening the briefcase. Nonetheless, the M.O.B.S system allows its users to carry a potent weapon in a small and concealable package, making it an excellent choice for VIP security detail, undercover work and asset protection.

  • Obvious: When the 40/T Planetary Defense Carriage fires its turbolaser, everyone within its vicinity will be aware of it, negating any possibility of stealth.
  • Fixed: The 40/T Planetary Defense Carriage can only move alongside its rail system, forcing it onto predictable routes. This also leaves its rail system vulnerable to sabotage.
  • Vulnerable: The 40/T Planetary Defense Carriage is highly vulnerable against fast moving targets, as it possesses no real way to defend itself from more agile threats.
  • Umaneuverable: As it is fixed to its rail system, the 40/T Planetary Defense Carriage is rather umaneuverable, and is prone to falling over should it move around a corner too quickly.
  • Clunky: Even with its onboard A.I system, the 40/T Planetary Defense Carriage can be difficult to aim properly.
  • Expensive: Though the 40/T Planetary Defense Carriage costs less than comparable defense systems, it is still an expensive and time consuming vehicle to make, especially when factoring in the creation of rail systems.
DESCRIPTION

Mahporeem's reintegration into Galactic Society has brought with it a number of newfound enemies, such as the Galactic Empire and the Sith Order. Though the Imperial Confederation is sworn to protect Mahporeem from any potential attack, the Mahporeem Imperial Remnant nonetheless wishes to retain the ability to defend itself from any sort of outside aggression. As such, Mahporeem has once again teamed up with N&Z Umbrella Corporation to create a planetary defense system capable of engaging and destroying enemy capital ships: the 40/T Planetary Defense Carriage.

Unlike most planetary defense turbolasers, the 40/T Planetary Defense Carriage is a fully mobile system, capable of relocating to a new firing position after each and every shot it takes. For its primary armament, the 40/T Planetary Defense Carriage is armed with a single T-50 Planetary Defense Turret Turbolaser, taken directly from Mahporeem's stock of spare barrels. Should production of the 40/T Planetary Defense Carriage ramp up in the future, it is likely that N&Z Umbrella Corporation will take over production of additional turbolaser barrels. Secondary armament consists of a pair of twin NZ LC-2A Laser Cannons, for engaging "close in" threats that the planetary turbolaser would not be able to hit.

That being said, the 40/T Planetary Defense Carriage's greatest aspect is its high speed and its ability to "shoot-and-scoot" after firing, though the fact that it is fixed to a rail system mitigates this advantage somewhat. Despite this weakness, however, the 40/T Planetary Defense Carriage remains an affordable and effective planetary defense system, one that can be placed into optimal firing positions even during the heat of battle.

PRODUCTION INFORMATION
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
SPECIAL FEATURES
STRENGTHS
  • Ship killer: The TIE Walker is specifically designed to engage aerial threats such as starfighters, gunships and droids.
  • Fast (for a walker): The TIE Walker is a relatively fast moving platform, especially as far as walkers are concerned.
  • Clear: The Transparisteel viewport of the TIE Walker gives its pilot a clear line of sight to engage threats with.
  • Cheap: TIE Walkers are relatively inexpensive to manufacture thanks to their use of pre-existing parts.
  • Jammer: The TIE Walker can jam enemy missile guidance systems, reducing their overall effectiveness.
WEAKNESSES
  • Fragile: Compared to many other walkers, the TIE Walker is a relatively fragile system, as it possesses only light amor and no deflector shields.
  • Exposed: The Transparisteel viewport of the TIE Walker is a notable weak point in the vehicle's design.
  • Maintenance heavy: The use of multiple vehicle parts on the TIE Walker can make maintaining it difficult.
  • Prototype: Because it was rushed into service, the TIE Walker does not take advantage of the superior materials offered by N&Z Umbrella Corporation.
  • Jammer: The TIE Walker can inadvertently jam friendly missile guidance systems that are not properly calibrated against it.
DESCRIPTION

With the Galactic Empire's invasion of Atrisia imminent, both the Mahporeem Imperial Remnant and the Imperial Confederation have declared their support for the Galactic Alliance, sending them troops and material to aid them in the defense of their planets. As Mahporeem continues to support the war effort against the Galactic Empire, it has begun to rush the development of certain prototype weapons.

The TIE Walker is one such prototype. Developed by combining the cockpit of a TIE Fighter with the propulsion system of an AT-ST, the TIE Walker was developed as a counterpart to the AT-AAW. Whereas the AT-AAW is effective against armored targets, the TIE Walker is more geared toward engaging aerial threats, being especially effective against starfighters, gunships and droids.

The original intention of the Mahporeem Imperial Remnant was to recreate this design with the proprietary parts and systems created by the N&Z Umbrella Corporation, though time constraints has prevented Mahporeem from doing so. As such, nearly all of the examples heading to Atrisia utilize original parts, though some examples have been equipped with AFT- 14.4000B FLAK Turrets and NZ SAP-2A Sensor Systems Arrays.

Eventually, the TIE Walker will be offered directly from N&Z Umbrella Corporation with N&Z approved materials and weapons, increasing the effectiveness of an already potent anti-air system. That being said, the TIE Walker is rather fragile by most standards, and should try to avoid direct combat wherever possible.
