• Description: Established in the wake of Sularen's forced removal from Power on Byss , the Imperial Volunteer Corps was formed by Anti-GA Imperial Partisans who became strongly opposed to what they saw as an Illegal Blockade and later an Illegal Occupation on their World by a Galactic Government that seemingly supported Planetary Sovereignty. Taking up arms against the Galactic Alliance they formed the Core of the Hand of Vengeance , a Clandestine Paramilitary Organization that began operating against the Alliance throughout the Deep Core with the ultimate goal of counteracting the Alliance's Influence in the Region

The affiliation: Is it with a Major Faction? Only a Major Faction has the resources necessary to role-play having a large fleet, army, etc. You'll need to adjust those numbers from the millions because that's a ridiculous amount.

You have two choices moving forward and that is to remake this into an army submission, where you can fulfill what you're trying to do but again - 40 million is a no-go without the support of a Major Faction. YOU are not a major faction.

If you want to keep the submission as is you need to reformat this properly into a unit. Also, there are several pieces of equipment that are listed in the submission that is of Minor Production - which means your submission cannot use it at the current size. So you need to remove them before even proceeding forward.
