ADVANCED SYSTEMS
STRENGTHS
  • Advanced Armament: This cruiser is outfitted with an advanced array of considerable weaponry. Along with formidable long-range cannons and turbolasers, the ship is also outfitted with a large number of dorsal Laser Batteries. These batteries, while boasting a slow rate of fire, are designed to efficiently target capital ships and bring them down.
  • Hard Charger: The Iron Claw, unlike it's predecessors, is a ship that is capable of utilizing it's speed and maneuverability to take advantage of the slow-moving ships that it is pitted against. It works best when able to outflank it's target and assault undefended ships or their more critical target points.
  • Defensive Wall: A number of measures are set in place to allow this ship to take a considerable beating and subvert it's enemies. The Ultrachrome shielding was imbedded so that the ship could capably intake advanced firepower without being breached. The ultraconductive nature of the ship allows it to allocate energy-based damage across the entire hull, rather than a single focus point.
  • Sensor Dodging: The Bandorium coating consists of a thin coating of liquid metal. This coating allows the ship to become incredibly difficult to track with standard sensing kits.
  • ION Defense: Roble Manufacturing's Liquid-Aenite is a transparent compound that had been applied to the infrastructure of the ship's inner hull. This keeps the ship safe from ION/EMP weaponry that may be directed to play havoc with the ship's systems.
WEAKNESSES
  • Mass Failure: Ultrachrome has a singular failing point. When it has taken in too much energy to the point of compromising the metal's integrity than the damage will spread over the entirety of the ship. This means the ship can take a considerable energy assault at a single point, however the damage will be distributed over the entire hull, weakening it steadily and potentially causing ship-wide defensive failures.
  • Coating Fail: The Bandorium coating is only a thin metallic coating. Any damage done to the hull will result in the coating being destroyed, lowering the sensor-dodging abilities of the ship as a whole. The more coating that is destroyed, the easier it will be to track the ship via a sensor/scanner.
  • No Fighter Crews: This starship is not outfitted with any manner of support craft. It has no starfighter compliment to speak of and cannot host droid starfighter units.
  • Top Gun: The Cruiser is designed for head to head/dorsal firing combat. Therefore hull shielding is weakest at the ship's belly and assault from above. Additionally the ship has no top-mounted anti-starfighter craft.
DESCRIPTION
"Ladies. This is the first real ship you've ever laid eyes on." - Colonel Aniro Dontala
It had been years since The Confederacy openly fielded any Munificent Class Starship. They had been seen as relics of a begotten age, so much so that mass manufacturing rates of the ship were at an all time low. Under a surge of new government contracts the Munificent Starship found itself revived under Special Program: Claw. This program was designed to augment Confederate fleets with specialized warships, capable of serving as advanced support craft.

In the first stages, ten ships were designed for the program. Each of the ship's taking on a name with the handle "claw." These ships were set through a number of real-world naval trials to see how well they would handle open combat. Trials came and go, but all other ships failed the test of the Program Managers. Golden Claw, Obsidian Claw, Terror Claw, Wind Claw, all ships of different makes and models designed to compete for the place of victor.

In the end, the ship that stood over all others was The Iron Claw. The Iron Claw was designed closely on the Munificent-Class Frigates of old, however it was considerably larger and more capable. There are a number of specialized features on the ship, however the most unique would be the Assault Laser Batteries. These batteries are manned by droid firing crews, rather than automated targeting computers or remote firing officers. The batteries, while having a slow rate of fire, are extremely effective at penetrating enemy hulls.

Two Issues:

First is the hanger space. At 1000 Meters, it is actually Base and you have 1 fighter/support craft slot to put it in. Please put it in somewhere and change from None to base.

Second...

These are all closed market submissions, meaning you need permission to use them. Either contact them through their company page on the marketplace or contact them through Discord and get permission to use them. Then link them into the permissions above in the chat. Otherwise...they all have to be removed.

Let me know when you do these two things.
