Albeit the Eternal Empire had already occupied the planet months ago and led it under the leadership of ZU. Only a few politicians and business leaders were arrested who would have sent civilians to fight against the Eternal Empire to keep their own money and security. The Empress never tolerated such cowardly and invertebrate behavior. Not in this place either.

The takeover was peaceful anyway, the locals could keep their former lives, property and influence. All that changed was that the military presence increased and the laws of the Eternal Empire had to be obeyed. Anyway, everything was as it used to be. And now especially because the leader of the planet has reappeared. He, Jaster Awaud Jaster Awaud , was the one who initiated this whole negotiation.

If anyone believed the rumors, of course. In any case, the leaders of the larger companies in the Eternal Empire were invited, or leaders. That’s why Alli Vern Alli Vern , Th'edar Kolbert Th'edar Kolbert and Tristan Evore Tristan Evore were also present in the room.

The meeting took place in one of the government buildings in the capital of the Conglomeration Prime. Participants were already here, sitting at a round table; there were some Wolfguards in the hall besides them to ensure the safety of the room and those present.

Ingrid, as usual in a uniform without an insignia, did not even have a rank on the armband on her left arm, only the coat of arms of the Eternal Empire. As soon as everyone arrived, she spoke first, her voice cold and military as usual.

"What was the purpose of the invitation, Mr. Awaud?"

- It was not the first time Conglomerate Prime was under the Rule of a larger nation, Jaster and the Government knew the routine. Imperialistic nations like the Empire was not their go to leadership, but they knew the rules and how to get around them. On paper, hundreds of different companies had businesses set up on the planet. However, in reality, they were all controlled one way or another by the United Trade Conglomerate which Jaster had complete control over. The company had suffered as up late due to the closure of some of their more profitable mining plants on Teth and Osseriton, as well as the disruption of their more secrete trading routes. It did not help that the new government needed distractions and they were forced to reorganize to keep the Imperials happy. All because he went to the edges of the galaxy looking for something that was still outside of his reach. He was back now, and he had to rebuild the portfolio and earnings of the company to allow for his more money hungry projects to continue going.

- Jaster was seated in the room with others from the Empire as well as the Empress of the Nation he had to keep happy. They were a little more demanding and hovering then the First Order and the Allied Warlords he use to deal with. However, with a few scapegoats and some backdoor murders and quite a bit of credits he was able to keep the Board Members from causing too much trouble. A Trade Empire that spanned the expanse of the galaxy often required delegating to the Board. He only wished they had negotiated the explosion of Unionist Businesses from his planet. Those Imperial Loyalist made it worrisome to do their more questionable research openly like they use to. Business across the galaxy often came to the UTC to transport their more questionable good in and around public opinion.

- Sitting with the group, the monstrously sized Cyborg Mandalorian wore one of his recently tailored suits for today. He looked more like a veteran warrior then a businessman with half his face being made of metal plating and the human part carrying a few healed over scares. However, he was here now, hopefully to make a deal that would benefit both the Empire and the UTC.

- Jaster leaned forward and nodded, "The reason I invited you all here is that I think there is something we could do for one another that could greatly increase the lifestyle of Imperial Citizens and bump the bottom line for all of our perspective organizations." The elderly modified man clasped his hands together and continued, "The UTC is willing to open some of our more profitable Hyperspace Lanes to the Empire and their approved businesses."

- The UTC had been in the business for a long time, many of the Hyperspace lanes of fallen nations and incorperated businesses were often kept secrete from others. It made doing business a whole lot easier when dealing with the ever changing borders of the nations in charge. Hell Jaster had been running the Transport business since the height of the One Sith controlling the Core Worlds. If there was a back door through any nation, Jaster already had the programable data to get through it.

The ZU had more or less taken over the planet. She had aggessivly started building infrastructure on the planet It was a gate way to a whole trade spine. They had nationalized several companies and thus everything had been going well. She pondered however, who this man that had invited everyone including the Empress was. It took some clout to get the people in this room in a room. She had searched all she could about the man and found that he seemed to have been the leader of the planet before the takeover and had been missing. That was a bit Ackward considering what had happened with the takeover. She weighed her options and decided to bite. "And what would you want for this information? I am sure there is a hefty price tag associated with this information. " Routes were a gold mine and hard to secure, it was intriguing that this man had some that were so connected. She pondered their validity honestly. Alli Vern had learned a thing or two and would have to test them before trusting any of them for legtimate businesss. This planet had been flooded with Zweihander Union Refugee's while they explored their new planet. Sure they were mostly holed up in a section of the planet for safety but it was land and not an artificial habitat. The downside to making all your core assets spacebound was that everything was artificial. She had started making more and more landbound investments with the Eternal Empire's backing. She had sold her soul to the government and wasn't about to stop now. She was going to have to expand her self though just in case it backfired. Create some branches in friendly governments perhaps. That was not now though, no instead she looked at the man, waiting for an answer.

Conglomarate Prime was dirty planet.

It did not reek of trash, violence, or even crime. Instead, it's problems stemmed from the engine running it: Corporations. Needless to say, the Anzati Baron of Bakura had not jumped at the chance to engage in negotiations with the United Trade Conglomerate. No, his interest here remained primarily in the interest of the Empire and Union alike, of which he was still technically a member.

"Yes" He spoke immediately after All Vern, ignoring any potential response from the corporate overlord. Icy blue eyes would catch the attention of Mr. Awaud, seemingly endless in their cold, dead stare.

"Please enlighten us on the cost of such an arduous task"

Kolbert came to the meeting wearing one of his best suit, very fines clothes, dark as the space with golden lining. He was in a similar situation as others sitting in this room, part of the Eternal Empire and member of the Zweihander Union, but had his own organization. K Corp was always somewhat independent, a true megacorporation, and Kolby played on this strength. However he was also very flexible with governments. K Corp follows every letter of the law, everywhere in the galaxy, makes deals and trades with everyone, while having his own currency, army, and territory back at home. He and the conglomerate saw empires come and go, still, business and commerce is eternal and everyone is happy if the private sector is doing good and the authorities are happy if they have some megacorps in their state. Kolbert was thinking about that, the speciality of his situation, when the meeting started. Hyperlanes and trade routes seemed very precious treasures, it caught his interest. He was the last one to speak, others were more dominant in this meeting.
"This seems like an extremely profitable idea."
He voiced his opinion then let their host enlighten them. K Corp loves profits, the CFO would jump to that idea.

Ingrid listened intently to the unknown man, examining him. Since they hadn’t met before, she tried to read as many things as possible from him. Who can be, what his real intentions might be. The Empress was not only a ruler, but also the CEO of HPI Consortium and a member of the IGBC Board of Directors. So this meeting was interesting to her in every way.

"In what directions do the UTC Hyperspace Lanes lead? Which areas of the Galaxy are affected?"

She knew that this part would have interested even Broka the Hutt Broka the Hutt , since so far this kind of trade has taken place through Black Sun. So, in fact, even they would have been interested in this. It would have been good to know the directions and routes, as the Galactic Alliance was still embargoed on the Eternal Empire, and the relationship with the NIO has not been pleasant since Generix. Thanks to Rurik Fel, who broke the agreement between the two states.

Next was Miss Vern, who spoke; yes, one of the best issues is the price. Because nothing was free, the red-haired woman knew exactly that. Both the Baron and Mr. Kolbert saw the benefits of such a business. There were so many, that could not be denied. Indeed, price was what was in question, and in the present case, that question arose in twice meaning.

"I would like to extend the other's question, Mr. Awaud. What would be the price of all this for the government and the companies. I guess you would expect compensation from both for the Hyperspace Lanes."

- Jaster looked around the table, it was not his first time being in front of a group of powerful people, in fact he had lost count. He conveyed little emotion or thought to everyone around him. Even through the force he was controlled and emotionally devoid of the crowed of people looking at him hungerly. He had heard through the grapevine that the EE was looking for new trade routes and lanes large enough to carry their warships. As such Jaster had such very lanes when he was serving as a Governor within the First Order. Nothing super secrete stuff, but special stuff that he could profit from. Such items would find the light of day eventually, but that is why he brought them.

- The Old Mandalorian had made his trillions on the rise and fall nations. When nations failed, they left things behind that others forgot. Jaster was a different beast altogether, he paid small amounts for bits and pieces allowing him to put it all together to sell for a larger sum.

- The Elderly man sat completely still listening to what the others were questioning of him. It was an excellent question, what was his price. "Well the offer is a little more complicated then I originally suggested," Jaster interlaced his fingers and placed them on the table, "The three Hyperlanes lead Galactic North, East, and South,"

- Jaster opened his hands to reveal a small Holoprojector that was hidden between them. When it was placed on the table a Holographic map of the galaxy. Three lines light up on the map, however they ran through Brotherhood of the Maw, Galactic Alliance, and First Order. Lables came up on the Trade Lanes, they were the Rausgeber Stretch, The Blood Trail, and the Crusader's Way. He knew there was a chance that these individuals knew about thee trade lanes, but they could not use them properly.

- He leaned back in his chair leaving the Holoprojector running, "The three I am offering are pretty much blocked to the Empire by various reasons, but they are not to the UTC." He reached into his suit and brought out a data pad, leaving it on the table. "I can either hand over the Trade Routes to the Empire for monetary gain of which I will give a discount as a loyal subject of the Empire," He pushed the datapad over to the center of the table, "or the UTC can fulfil the any needs of the Empire in respect for resources and transport of trade goods and with your various allies and friends." It was the first time Jaster cracked a slight smile.

- The old business man had many contracts and means to get through hundreds of red tap and some of what he did could be considered smuggling. In this day and age, some businesses were considered above the law. Many things could not get done without them. For his business, that meant feeding citizens and companies, and that was the life blood of nations.

- Jaster leaned forward and looked at each of them individually, "As for price, the Hyperlanes will cost a One Hundred Trillion Credits each, price for the whole route as these lanes will not be useless forever." He pointed at the contract, "For relying on the UTC to supply the demands of the Empire and we will need to be an Unincorporated Territory of the Eternal Empire and out from under the Zweihander Union to process the large supply and demand as well as more room," He looked over to the ZU Officials, "The UTC works better on our own."

- He did not like other business looking over his shoulder, as they worked on very interesting projects. There was of course his less then illegal business but that was of little interest. What really mattered now was that the UTC would bring in trillions of income in taxes to the Empire. He was betting that the Empress did not trust the massive conglomerate, so better to keep a close eye on Jasters comes and go.
