Designed for the head of the librarians assembly and made to be fitted into the role. The librarians robes were altered to largely provide the same benefits while also giving the chief an acute awareness boost to the environment around themselves. From being able to sense people to energy fields from electronics and potential threats that could be coming in. Their general assignment to oversee the Jedi Repository on Ahch-To as well as assign or work in the different library locations that have been made off world on planets or ships gives them a direct purpose and the role is largely filled by only the most dedicated to the position.
