- Naval Academy: With ample space for docking and housing training ships, simulators, educational facilities, and logistical support, the Rostu is a significant upgrade from the previous terrestrial campus of the Arkanis Naval Academy.
- Non-Military: The Rostu-class has no armament whatsoever, which could prove detrimental if attacked for some reason by an opposing force.
- Station, not Ship: The Rostu-class has a poor thruster design that only allows for the Orbital Facility to be able to stabilize its position in orbit, nothing more.
Named after the late War Marshal of the Confederacy Armed Forces, the RMST-NA3 Rostu-class Orbital Facility is Roble Manufacturing's fulfillment of a contract given by the Arkanis Naval Academy alongside the Naval Command branch of the Confederacy Armed Forces to upgrade the facilities and campus of the Arkanis Naval Academy. A large station over twenty-five thousand meters in width and almost ten thousand meters in length, the Rostu is able to dock a variety of training ships to be used by cadets, hosts a wide range of facilities for naval training of every kind, and has more than enough facilities to adequately and comfortably house its staff, students, hold large lecture halls and physical archives as well as dining and logistical support while still maintaining large space for training and simulation of the Confederacy's next pilots and naval officers. Altogether, the Rostu-class is a significant improvement on the campus of the famed Arkanis Naval Academy and will be the proving ground for generations of naval officers to come.
