“As we do not maintain influence over the region of space surrounding the Scintilla, that is no longer my decision to make.” Hanna began in response to the Empress. “If the Brotherhood or any other major power moves into The Deep system, the option of moving the Scintilla to a different location is always available. For now, we have no plans to relocate. However, if you decide to expand in our direction, we will remain independent.” The diminutive Qilin finished, her tone polite, yet firm in asserting the status of the Agents of Chaos.

Even now, amongst allies, the Aspect could not afford to show weakness.

“Rest assured, Broka, I believe that you will welcome the day that we return to obstruct the expansion of your criminal empire, for it will mean that the Brotherhood as a threat is no longer extant. Now, unfortunately, is not that day, and I do not foresee such a date arriving in the near future.”

The Aspect’s words were woven with two promises. The Agents of Chaos would not provoke hostilities with the Black Sun, so long as the Brotherhood of the Maw remained active as a major power. However, the promise that they would return to finish what they had started in waging war against the Black Sun and other criminal empires was also retained. While the threat of the Brotherhood was severe enough to warrant the cessation of the operations against such illicit organizations, Hanna had never intended to let them exist in peace after the existential enemy was defeated.

Ultimately, the war against the enemies of Discordia’s divine mission, waged in pursuit of a state of peaceful Chaos in the universe, was an eternal, constant struggle. Empires would always rise, but so too, would they fall.

Tobias wrote down the names of the two guards that had let Tristan Evore Tristan Evore into the meeting into a little book that he carried within a breast pocket of his shirt. As the meeting progressed he made a few more notes, more importantly on his area of expertise. And of course in regards to his position.

"We'll need to build up a case against these Rebels, either individually or as a whole. Turn foreign or domestic organizations that support and work for them equally accountible to their crimes. We already know who some of them are, and some of their leaders. We build the case on them, put them on trial, broadcast it, then the whole Galaxy can see them for what they are. And no amount of backpeddling would save them from punishment." Tobias' own family were involved, yet he wouldn't hesitate to act against them for choosing the wrong path.

The moment the Aries XIII passed through the no-fly zone area of Wulfngard, the ship's communication system began to ping and blare; alerting the pilot to an incoming transmission. A slow response to the transmission would result in the immediate swatting down of the fly. This installation was a military base, but it also served as the government headquarters of the Empire. Many important official patron of the Empire's government could be found here, most opting to live on the base permanently for security and safety reasons, while others moved about the galaxy without the fear of death, losing their position in the State from whispered words of rivals, or as some government officials balked as a derelict of duty due to absence from the daily trials found here in Wulfngard. Politics was a dangerous game, where the lines between predator and prey were blurred.

A
ries XIII was not an Empire ship, the signature readout blatantly obvious to the air controllers below. In fact, the ship had no real, authentic ship signature; like evolution itself, it was always changing. No doubt the boys on the ground where hovering shaky fingers over the buttons and switches to the laser turret systems. With her left index finger, she flicked the ship's communication switch speaking the special code given to her by the Empress herself. An immediate response was rifled back with the proper navigational coordinates to the STRATCOM's personal hanger bays.

Four armed soldiers greeted her the moment she disembarked from her ship. It was not tradition to have government officials assigned a military escort, unless one was a STRATCOM official. She despised, hated really, to be escorted anywhere. She required no bodyguards, and in fact these four men actually benefitted from being in her presence. Unlike her fellow comrades of the STRATCOM, she was more than just a military mind. She is a daughter of the Force's Darksided nature, a Sith Lady to be precise. She wasn't just the Overseer of the Scientific Development department, but a Knight of the Wardens of the Shroud. Whether it be a science lab, a secret mission, or masterminding her way through the fields of battle; she was a force of nature not to trifle with.

"Y
ou're dismissed from your duties," she said to the quartet hoping to shake their annoying presence. The soldiers were trained well, knowing if they followed her orders they faced harsh punishment from their superiors. And she knew that as well, hoping to have a little bit of fun at their expense. She wasn't hardline cruel, but she wasn't friendly either.

When she finally entered the meeting, she purposely walked past every other individual; ignoring their stares and whispers moving toward the Empress. She was far past the definition of late, and then again she had been missing for some time. Nobody, including the Empress herself, knew where she was or what became of the Overseer of Science and yet, like a ghost from beyond the grave, like in those horror novels; here she was. With a fist upon her heart and slight bow of her head, a gesture for the only individual to earn both her trust and respect she said, "My apologies, My Lord."

Shran had agreed with pretty much everything Tobias Larr Tobias Larr had just said. In fact, a part of him had kicked himself for having not been the one to suggest it first. Granted, it was not his field regardless. Shran was a military man, specifically the personification of where government and military converged. Tobias was the legal mind at the table and Shran was more than happy to not overstep by pretending to know more than he did. Frankly, if things had been up to him alone, he would skip the trials altogether and just publicly execute the criminals and be done with it.

"I, for one, con concur with...." Before he could finish his statement, the door to the room opened, and in strode a woman who Shran had not yet met before. He watched, his mouth gradually closing (having hung open slightly for a few moments after the door opened, a physical reminder he had been cut off mid-sentence) as she walked over towards the Empress.

Ty brushes a thumb against his lower jawbone Seeing if he was dreaming or that someone was stupid enough to barge in and guards didn't stop him. Turns out he wasn't dreaming shaking his head as he watched the new person enter the room and begin chatting it up. " Offer one hand, but arm the other. Wise, Hanna Hanna " Ty telepathically said with an approving nod in her direction before glancing up at the empress herself. "If I may my lord, I have been going over the finances lately and with the added funds from Hade's corp, I began work on a power armor system for the ghost Troopers as well as giving your current forces felt like you needed a more stealth-based recon core so I've taken the liberty of putting together a regime and training segments for said division of troops. With your approval, i could begin whenever you see fit the recon troops would be much more capable at remaining undetected than most other units and could scot out rebel camps or stronghold before sending in the ghost troopers in the new armor system."

Ty had hoped he hadn't overstepped in these ideas for the Eternal Empire, He was about tolower his head apoligeticly when his consciousness whispered to him dont break eye contact its a sign of weakness and they don't like weakness So instead of looking away he looked up proudly or as proud as a skeleton could look when speaking to the Empress of this Empire.

To tell the truth, Ingrid didn't even need a Force for telepathy anymore, because she was a telepath because of her species. In the meantime, of course, she listened and watched the others and analyzed them. In the case of the woman, it was a professional harm who once was an intelligence agent or a spy, it will remain; forever. All this was very true for her as well. Broka was the first to speak; it was good to hear that Hutt was also able or willing to compromise. All was really needed because of the threat of the Brotherhood. And though she didn't know what Broka was thinking, in fact Ingrid was ready to defend her allies, even from each other.

"All right, thanks Hanna, there will be no change. However, if you ever need help, let me know. We will help!"

Promised all this to the current head of the AoC, who performed this task. Yes, it would have been good to eliminate the threat of the Brotherhood as soon as possible. What will happen next? It was a great question, as was when it would all happen. Then turned in the direction of Tobias; it was always a pleasure to see loyal people in such a position, especially since the man was Lori’s grandfather, among others.

"Yes, our laws may be strict and dissuasive, but thanks to that, we have perhaps the greatest public safety in the Galaxy. For some reason, they firmly believe that we oppress people. It is only the rebels who forget that before us the First Order controlled this region, under greater oppression. We are heaven compared to them. Violations of the law will be treated in the same way as anyone. The Galaxy can also see that we are not hunting for revenge, but according to the laws. And at the same time, I think it’s time for an official Bounty List of known people as well…"

She would have continued, but at that moment the door opened and Mihaly arrived as well; the woman took her place.

"You are late. Once again, I will not tolerate this behavior." said coldly and militarily. Although her voice was not threatening, only emotionless, there was a hidden threat in it.

She then turned in Ty's direction when the man brought up what he had started working on. The red-haired woman liked the idea, but it even required chiss's consent and permission.

"You should discuss this primarily with Overseer Shran Shran , as he is the military Overseer. If the details have been worked out together, I am sure there will be no problem and I will be able to accept the concept and the proposal."

The issue of home affairs seemed to have arrived, and for that, every person who had to be here was here.

"Then home affairs. First of all, I would like to talk about the position of the Overlord. It is probably well known to everyone that, in theory, it would be my husband, General Lord Tubrok Ragal, who should have sat on the throne of Nelvaan earlier. He could only return to the Eternal Empire by relinquishing all his ranks and ever forming a claim to the throne. I repeal this earlier provision of Darth Tacitus and appoint General Ragal as the new Overlord of the Eternal Empire. The former temporary person, who was Admiral Shran's predecessor, is given a different task. Congratulations on your promotion, General."

The woman's words were still cold, as if she were talking to a stranger, not to her husband and the father of one of her children. Let’s say they were publicly distant, they always kept the official noble distance when they attended any official event; they behaved as expected, showing nothing of privacy. Tubrok was surprised for a moment at his wife's words, but after that he also put on the expected "mask."

"You honour me, my Lord! I will do my task to the best of my abilities." The man bowed his head after the salute.

"I have no doubt about that, General! The next point on the agenda, which is strictly confidential for the time being, is that you cannot leave the room. I would like to introduce two new auxiliary units of the Eternal Empire’s Army and Navy, the Project Einherjar and the Project Dísir."

Pressing a few buttons on the panel in front of her, images and data from the two undead groups appeared in a holographic image in the centre of the room.

The respond of Hanna was, to be honest, somewhat expected. It was good enough for him though, he took another sip relatively appeased. It was a shame she was so stubborn, but it seems that one was devoted to the idea of a mostly false assumption being true. No matter, they would not be bothering him, in the open at least, during this arrangement. He possibly could use this allotted time to build up strength to fend them off once the fabled day of them returning to pester him comes. As another late comer came, Broka did not care much, instead he listened to the next speakers.

As the topic of the rebels was brought up before he could make a returning remark to Hanna, he held his tongue on that. He was sure the opportunity to make it will come later. The topic of the rebellion was something Broka seemed to be a secret third party on. Sure, Black Sun operates like underworld privateers for the Eternal Empire, but at the same time losing the largest and most consistent reason for the Eternal Empire to purchase goods from Black Sun will prove interesting. Who would not be unopposed to such lucrative issues to be resolved. The wars of expansion are lucrative enough, but those were more of investments than actual profiteering. Part of him wanted the rebellion to continue so he could continue raking in the credits, but he would not let these others know of that at all. Best he could do is just sell things to the Imperials and just see how things pay out. It would not go well if the rebels made purchases under his observation. Too risky, and not that worthy of an investment seeing how they appeared to be on their last legs. Though, who knows what could happen. The efforts to crush them could succeed, and hopefully Broka would be able to find a new source of profiteering. Or, the rebels could come back stronger and Broka can keep raking in the credits from loyalist purchases.

The promotion was nice, even slightly amusing to the colossal Hutt. Broka quietly chuckled in the deep guttural Hutt laugh as he joined the cordial applause. Classic of the imperials to put family in high positions. Though, the man was probably qualified. Whether he was successful would not touch Broka's operations much. Though, Broka thought that it was of the shorter lived and faster breeding species to do such maneuvers in comparison to his people where one covered all for the family affairs. Running an empire in two different fields it seemed; though all empires were a family business Broka then thought. However, that new project shown on the projectors peaked some interest. He observed it keenly. It was hard to gather much form the distance he was at, though the images were clear to see.
"<If you do not mind me asking, what are these advances specifically? These appear to be almost exactly like the ultranuats I have been seeing for years now working with the Eternal Empire. What is different about these? I cannot see much of the details from this distance, and the holographic distortion.>"

I did read the submission details, though who better to obnoxiously ask for a clarification on things that were bound to be explained momentarily than Broka.

A bounty list of the known members of the Eclipse Rebellion was, Tobias supposed, a good idea. However he had hoped that the Rebels would be taken care of in house, as it were, instead of hiring from the outside. To deal with the matter internaly showed the Eternal Empire to be in a position of strength and fully capable of dealing with pestering fleas. Yet outside of Eternal Empire territory, it might be wise to have bounty hunters on the lookout. No asteroid would be missed, no cantina or spaceport unchecked. The Rebels would have nowhere in the Galaxy to hide. That was more than likely the reasoning behind Ingrid L'lerim Ingrid L'lerim 's order, and by duty he would obey and compile the list.

Tobias' attention turned to Tubrok and his promotion. He inclined his head to the man; another of which he would be taking orders from. It would take a bit of time until they all learned of what kind of a leader he would turn out to be.

His eyes then focused on the next item on the agenda, that being the auxillery units. Tobias studied the holoprojections of them with a keen interest. If it was one thing that the Eternal Empire was always good at, it was their military prowess.

Their enemies won't know what hit them.
