Operation 'Hammer' [Sith Enslavement of Togorian Species]

The Sith had the advantage, she was well disciplined and was aware of her terrain, the Sith was impressive. Most impressive, however it was obvious her mind was completely focused on the Lightsaber, however Meta had simply been bidding his time, charging up the force, using his augments and force speed, he was a blur of motion as he used the force to propel the woman to the off the edge and down to Tracyn and the others.

Darth Vazela's anger intensified by her insolence, as the officer drew a weapon on him! How ludicrous! Lifting his left hand to spin his crimson beam in the path of the shot, he aimed for the bolt of energy to direct itself back towards the woman. If successful, the injury would be critical but none life threatening. That would come later.

Holding his Lightsaber ahead of him, in case his deflection was unsuccessful, he waited for the results of his counter to her attack.

That old bugger was too quick, and, how did he know she drew her gun. Karking Sith, never playing fair. He deflected back her shot at ridiculously close range. That red bolt defying physics and turning back ninety degrees on her. Impacting above her liver and out the other side. The pain was great, and the blood was already trickling out to stain her white clothing. Hawke stumbled backwards, falling to the pavement beneath her. It hurt so bad, she was passing out already. She couldn't just yet; not while she still had some strength left in her. "Evil just won't die so easily. Ha. I envy that Vazela. I do. But the next.. would be assassin... will just know they need something grander. *Pause*. The next try". Hawke laid her head down, not straining to move kept her awake a little longer, just to hear any words that Sith would say before she died.

Vilox Pazela pressed his thumb on the cylinder object in his hand, the crimson line retracting itself back inside it. He did not put away the Lightsaber yet, for he sensed that he was in danger. That wasn't hard for him to figure out. He wouldn't have needed the force to realize that he was in the middle of a battle, albeit a battle that the other side, whom were responsible for it's instigation, were always going to lose. He leaned his head to the left, studying the fallen figure. He was angry with her. Death wouldn't suffice.

She would pay for her insolence.

Turning his gaze to a nearby officer, he told them, "Save that woman's life... and when she is stable, have her kneel with the scum that she risked her life to try and save." He turned to watch Hawk again as the officer made arrangements. If he gave the order to execute the Togorians he had gathered, now in their hundreds of thousands, then he would pull her out to watch the genocide; and then she would accompany him to the Obscurity, where she would pay further.

"You there! Put your hands where I can see them!"
"What's a Mandalorian doing here on Togoria?"
"Doesn't matter, he goes with the rest of them."
"He's not putting his hands up."
"I said put your-"
A pivot, and a shot was the last thing that the stormtrooper who was ordering him to stand down felt, saw, and heard. Preliat's aim with his Mandalorian Disintegrator was deadly, and the recurring shots were also very spot-on. Preliat flicked on the safety, remaining coldly silent whilst executing the four Stormtroopers that approached him. He blew the smoke from his barrel, and flicked it back into the holster at his side."I put them up."He said coldly, taking the disintegrator out and twirling it around. Preliat had arrived on the battlefield a while ago, but had to remain hidden to do more damage. With the Light forces engaging the Sith, he could flank and cause havoc internally within their lines.

He smiled a grim and mischievous smile behind his helmet, and plotted his next move.

Krag eyed the Jedi, his anger rising like the fires of Hell. With a viscous growl, Krag raised his fist high into the air before bringing it down hard on the ground. Using the force, Krag sent a shockwave of force energy coursing through the surface of the planet that tore the ground asunder in a straight line straight towards his Jedi opponent. The shcokwave, if it hit its mark, would either send the Jedi flying or rip him in two...whichever came first.

Drayus scoffed under the shadow of his hood at the Padawan. A foolish move, but he was being taken care of nonetheless. He observed the form that Ordo took. Hmph, Teras Kasi. He definitely had combat experience. He would just have to trick him. He propelled the Force into his legs, and amassed the Force into his body as his yellow eyes drifted upon Ordo. He had bigger fish to fry. He spun his lightsaber around his body in a vicious swirl, before seemingly charging over at the Jedi Knight. At the last moment, however, Drayus pivoted on his heel to spin behind the Knight and slash his back with the red beam of crimson light instead. If all went well, he'd deliver quite the crippling blow to his back.

Blessed are the peacemakers
There would be no stopping Krag's attack, that was for sure. But, there was more than one way to skin a bear. Tracyn spread out his legs again, and brought up his hands. The attack was not stopped, or even mildly resisted. It was simply redirected. And redirected towards an incoming, naive, incompetent Sith who thought that for one second Tracyn wasn't fully aware of what Drayus was up to. Pivoting on his heel at that angle and direction would yield not much fruit other than spinning, and Tracyn's armor was specially designed to both withstand slashes from lightsabers. Ori'ramikade Beskar'gam1. Best of the best. Tracyn had been selected for the service for a reason. He was very, very, very good at what he did.

He threw the shockwave to his side, and the dirt and the impact went with it. A large amount kicked up to his face, and he turned and spit towards Krag. Giving off a war cry, Tracyn ran at Krag, and then dropped low. He went for a flying armbar, hoping to bring the beast down with skill. There was an old saying that Tracyn liked to remember in times like these.

If your opponent proves more powerful, you must prove more skilled.

Hmph. So that's what was underneath his Jedi robing. Drayus wasn't too surprised, however. Beskar'gam would prove tough to cut through, but where his lightsaber would prove fruitless, the Force would provide a solution. As the Jedi Knight darted past him, Drayus took the opportunity to channel the Force into his hands, and allowed the energy to seep into his palms. Anger and hatred boiled in his veins, and fueled the Force in his actions. Soon afterwards, the Force came crackling off of his palms in the form of a Force lightning. With any luck, it'd be hot enough to singe his precious Beskar'gam into his skin. As he leapt towards Krag for the armbar, he unleashed a torrent of streaming lightning towards Tracyn Ordo's upper back, towards the neck.

"I will not lose.", escaped from Drayus' mouth in a mutter, concentrating heavily on the current of lightning streaming from his hands...

"Commander, your position please?", she asked through the comlink to the Spec Ops leader.

"We are at the location and waiting, there is one guard at the base of the ships loading ramp", he replied in brief.

Coci's eyes through the scope located the target, her weapon in ready and loaded with the redirection crystals in conjunction with the blast tube, the rifle butted against her shoulder she steadied her breathing. Once her breathing became shallow she felt for her heart beat, it is rapid, but she is able to use the beat for the shot. Her finger gently rested against the trigger and slowly she pulled back on it until she could just feel the moment to engage the shot. Her eye now on the weak point of the guards armour, between the helmet and the upper body chest piece. The blot will pierce this armour, and in so doing the crystal will be destroyed leaving no trace of it's presence, the only thing to remain as evidence will be a dead body.

Her heart beat slowed now with the training of her breathing, now the time was right and she pulled the trigger. The bolt engaged and flew through the air, in a deadly silence. Her eye did not leave the scope until the body of the guard dropped to the ground.

"May the force be with you", she said in the comlink to the Commander. And then she sighed.

No distractions Coci, she said to herself, but she had one, one that was playing with her mind now. From her position high above the city in the upper most window of a building, she looked for Vexander, down below. Initially she used her physical eye sight, but could not make out detail, only the moving figures of beings around the area. Most of them running away for their lives and disappearing into buildings hoping they would not be found by the Sith no doubt. Others engaged in fight or pulling the local peoples out to board ships. However, two had caught her attention on the ground, in the distance. Her turned her attention to them now, and used the scope for more clarity.

Coci found them, but she could not help .. she is to far away, her rifle out of range to give cover for Vexander. Her heart began to thump wildly against her chest now, he is only moments away from engaging the Sith they had shot. The Sith was dying .. and had nothing to loose now, however, Vexander had his duty and purpose of his own, that of a Jedi and that too was powerful. But she was not going to stay here and just watch. She quickly packed her rifle and left the building, she could keep on the move anyway to avoid being detected. That would not last forever, but it gave her the best chance to help him and the other members of the Army of Light.

But there is more, something in her had surfaced, something deep down that she could not explain even to herself. A feeling she had not felt before had wormed it's way into her very soul, undetected by her .. until now. As she moved through the streets avoiding all beings for now, she wondered at this, feeling she had. Without realising she is using the force, Coci is searching .. herself, looking inward until she found the answer. The answer made her stop in her tracks, and at the recognition of it, she smiled.

Onward she moved and took up a closer more effective position to help Vexander.

The Force. It was something she hadn't anticipated to be thrown at her. A cowardly act by a Jedi too scared to try his blade. She rotated her body as she fell, so that she could see where she was falling to. There. A canopy. It broke her fall when she hit it, but it broke too when she used the lightsaber to secure her purchase on it. However the second drop was much more controlled, and she landed on the floor in a light crouch.

Dust clung to her jumpsuit, yet she rose up to grin at Meta. She offered him a one fingered salute - a crude gesture she had picked up from a spacer a year prior to this encounter. She gave the lightsaber a slight twirl, and waited to see if it would be Tracyn or Meta that moved the self to engage her...

The raw power that the Sith possessed was amazing, a force to be reckoned and one that was indeed a threat to the Padawan, still; Vex was determined to handle the situation no matter what and to leave the fight... this time without wounds if possible.

At the moment both sabers clashed against one another Vexander's blue eyes met the burning and yet yellow eyes of the sith penetrated the Jedi's very being, like a piercing spear that aimed straight to his soul. Although such stare was indeed frightining, the padawan stood his ground. Although such gaze showed that he was determined into the fight, Vex noticed that he was not moving at all, and that there was a small hesitation... not at the fight... but somewhere else, like if his mind was drifting.

Taking the opportunity, he proceeded to break the clash, and turned to the left allowing the Sith to push forward at the empty place where Vex and his lightsaber were, inmediately, the young man aimed at his right hand with a Sun djem technique to destroy one of his lightsaber wrists... that would take some of the man's advantages into the fight and would probably slice the hand if the Ashborn does not move fast enough...

Without actually looking if his attack was fully successful, Vexander took the chance and attempted and move his lightsaber to the Sith's ribs and finally, Vex took a step back to protect himself against any counter attack... the moves were quick, and although the young mas was a Padawan, he hoped to be Knighted soon... still, his skill might have not been enough... but time would only tell...

The vengeful Thyrian watched as the man slipped to the side and managed a quick strike against his wrist. Speed had never been the Ashborn's strong suit, and so he was powerless to stop the ensuing blow to his wrist, which resulted in his left lightsaber being cleft in twain and fall to the ground. He did manage to withdraw his hand just as it was about to come off, and turned towards his opponent just as another blow against his ribs met him. Upon contact the slash pierced the titan's already worn and torn armour, leaving a scratch large enough to spill some of his bodily materia upon the ground. While the young Jedi might have expected blood or its counterpart, tiny pieces of ashes trailed down the open wound down to the ground; the hole made in his armour now displayed more of his "skin", as flames licked the wound from within. While physical pain was not an issue to the Ashborn, as his entire being was made up of ashes and brimstone, he did back off slightly upon realising he had been hit. The loss of his essence, coupled with the destroyed lightsaber of his, only increased his rage, and so he had to fight on using only the one.

Rather than doing the expected and strike against his foe as he waited for a counter-attack, the Ashborn lunged towards him with a loud roar. However, instead of issuing a blow using his saber, he deactivated it just as he closed in on his opponent, and proceeded to throw a heavy punch against him, aimed for his skull. The move would surely throw the Jedi off, yet at the same time he would be able to dodge the fist coming towards him. Should he not, the large fist of the Ashborn would leave a permanent dent into his forehead.

Vexander looked at the man who didn't spill blood out of his body, instead, he managed to see ashes coming from his side, where the cyan blade cut the armor and penetrated through. The armor had a state of decay that exceeded the worn out clothes of a farmer in Tatooine, but Vex didn't expect for it to contain such a singular being that was actually made of ashes... that was the only explanation afterall... a suitable name for a man born from fire: Ashborn...

The Sith was wounded... but through the Force, Vex could feel that such wounds were just fueling him and launching him into battle. The Padawan was not surprised when he managed to see the man launching an attack while he roared with a formidable voice that created disturbances in the air around them. Such shout just prepared Vexander and he took his lightsaber tight with both of his hands and placed it close to his right shoulder in defense... he was about to meet the lightsaber in another clash when the unexpected happened: the darksider shut his lightsaber down revealing a punch straight to the Jedi's face.

A surprise attack that he didn't expect, a bold move... and quite effective against the Jedi... knowing that dodging the attack was not an option now, he released the grip from his lightsaber and placed his left after arm while holding the weapon with his right hand... although he managed to block the attack, he felt the complete strenght of the Ashborn impact his own bones and the rest of the arm...

Vex knew pain, he got his foot cut off in the previous lightsaber battle he had... but now, the pain was different... he felt like if his arm was going numbed and how it went all the way to his left shoulder. Although he managed to contain the attack, he knew that his arm was almost unusable for the rest of the battle, or at least to the point where he couldn't place a lot of strenght to it.

His face showed the pain, but didn't scream at all or showed any other sign of weakness, instead, he took the proximity as a chance to strike again with the lightsaber in his right hand, and performed a Shiak attack at the left shoulder of the man, if Vex couldn't use his left arm the Sith wouldn't be able to do the same... or at least that was his intention.

In order to take some air and to assest the evaluation properly, Vex didn't wait for the attack to be successful or not, he jumped back and placed his lightsaber in front with his right had... gasping heavily for air as the pain in his left arm was exahusting.

Kaine considered this, and found Disciple's reasoning completely sound. He had been only thinking on a swarm of monsters than would wash over his enemies, but he had neglected to consider the possibilities on how to control such beasts. Simply altering the enslaved to fit certain tasks boded well with Kaine, and he would gladly begin to alter his plans to revolve around that idea. "You speak true, Disciple. In my hunger for an army I had neglected to consider the possibilities, and without your wisdom my schemes could have fallen apart." He looked away from Disciple for a moment, but only a short moment before fixating on the enigmatic Sith again. "I know that you are an Alchemist like me, Disciple. How would you feel of rejoining the Sith again to create these monsters with me to destroy the Jedi?"

It was a simple question, but the answer could completely tip the scales of everything Kaine had hoped to accomplish.

Her eyes no trained down the scope of her White Mouse, however, there is just to much movement to be sure of a clear shot. The injured Sith moving in and out of her sight. She could just as easily hit Vexander even though she is skilled, there is to much to chance in this. She is close now, but still not able to help. Coci can see they are both tiring and injured and neither of them will give up, she is not expect that to happen anyway. She sucked in a deep breath and placed the rifle over her shoulder. She needed to give Vexander aid and even for a moment a pause in the Sith .. something else for him to think about, and in that moment, Vexander might be able to complete the mission.

Coci walked out of her hiding place and walked toward them, she pulled the her blaster from it holster and aimed at the Sith, she can not pull the trigger yet, there is still that danger. "Hey!", she yelled out. "I am the second shooter, lets Tango". She said waiting for an opening to fire.

His fist smashed into the man's blocking arm, crushing it beneath his great yet fleeting strength. He knew he had to use it up as soon as possible to have a chance at defeating his opponent, otherwise he would succumb to the ensuing fatigue. The Jedi then responded by striking against his shoulder, something the Ashborn was powerless to stop with his lightsaber deactivated. It was impossible for him to ignite it in time to parry the blow, and so the Jedi saber cut deep into his left shoulder, going all the way through to the other side, its cyan shine drowning in the fiery inferno of his ashen flesh devouring it as it penetrated him. The attack had stunned the Ashborn, as he gazed into the eyes of the Jedi with a malevolent stare. A moment later, just as his blade ignited itself, the Jedi pulled out and backed away from him. Remaining in stood in place, Thyrian remarked upon the recent wound, glancing down to his left side as flames licked the edges of his armour which had covered his shoulder up to this point, just as pieces of molten rock slowly dripped out of it. He said nothing, and his face grew more melancholic at the sight of it, almost taking on a saddened look. His legs started to buckle, forcing him to take a moment to lean against the wall. Tilting his head towards the murky skies above, his flames had begun to take on a more bluish look, like a candle about to go out. Gazing upwards, he managed a few words in between breaths. "FORGIVE ME... MY QUEEN. I'LL ALWAYS LOVE YOU..." With that said he made a final, desperate lunge towards the awaiting Jedi, yet his move was clumsy and misdirected because of his exhaustion, easily allowing the man to merely step to the side should he wish it, thus rendering him helpless against any further counter-attacks, or bullets for that matter.

The strenght of the Sith was failing him, his life force was faiding away... the wind blew and it was taking the ashes from his body and returning dust to dust, ashes to ashes, his words since the beginning of the battle were some sort of prophesy, an omen of his fate...

Nevertheless, even at the brink of his defeat, the man didn't let go his ideals, his desire nor his determination. The Padawan could relate to that... Jedi were often driven by similar feelings, but their goals and means to reach them were usually different.

Remembering the one he loved, the one that was in his mind until the last moment, the Sith attempted one last attack at the Jedi... Vex saw him approaching in slow motion... and the effect was not due to the adrenaline in his veins, but actually because the Ashborn was now exhausted and heavily wounded.

Decided to end his pain, the young man dodged to his right... and moved his lightsaber to land in the chest of the man, a last Shiak attack to end the struggle they were having... but something happened: the scream of @[member="Coci Sinopi"], a taunt at the Sith to follow her caught Vexander's attention, she was not supposed to be here, she was supposed to be running away...

The combined distraction of Coci and his lack of movement in his left arm caused the red blade to scratch Vex's shoulder, screaming in pain as the blade of pure energy glowed, it burned skin and tissue... eventhough the cyan blade landed in the chest of @[member="Thyrian Ashborn"] , he performed his last act of defiance at the Jedi, he did a unrepairable wound that would leave a scar for the reminder of Vexander's life.

Disengaging his lightsaber, he moved completely out of the way and kneeled while he grabbed his left arm... pain and sweat through his body... although the combat was brief, the mental burden and intensity got the best of him... still, it seemed that it was now over. Looking at the fallen enemy, he waited gasping for air and waiting to see if he was really dead...

Darth Vazela clipped his Lightsaber to his belt. After, he raised the cowl back over his head, concealing his features from the Togoria sun. As he lowered his hands to the side, he activated the chrono on his wrist and read the time. He murmured, "And their one hour is... up." Folding his hands into his sleeves, he began to move among the crowd of Togorians, the hem of his darkened robe even touching them a little as he moved through the crowd. His destination was the Sigma-class transport ahead. He was done with Togoria. He would leave the Sith to fight their battle, sacrificing the efficiency of his plan for their own personal vendettas and schemes. "Fools, the lot of them," he murmured, as he finished walking among the kneeling slaves to the shuttle ahead.

He came to a stop at the ramp and turned his gaze to the nearby Officer. Captain, by the tell of his placards. He summoned him to his side and said, "Execute them. All of them."
"All of them, my Lord?" asked the Captain, giving away his shock by the Sith Lords order.
"That is what I said Captain. Kill them all." Darth Vazela turned on the ramp as the Captain moved away to give the order to the Stormtroopers. The sun was shining over him, giving more definition to his black robe. He presumed that he looked like a floating, dark scepter of sorts in the illuminating light.
