Rorak 4 was once the site of the largest slave market in Hutt space. But with the Concord's battle against slavery and the Bryn'adul war machine to their east, business became all but profitable. That was why the planet's authorities, a bunch of crimelords and corrupt businessmen, decided to turn over a new leaf.
In an effort to appeal to the Concord, the large space station orbiting Rorak 4 was transformed into a safe haven for the millions of refugees who escaped the devastation of their worlds. Among them were refugees from Kintan to Yurb, carrying little more than they could grab before fleeing their homes. Only the lucky ones were still with their families. The people of Wild Space had lost it all to the Bryn'adul. And there was one obvious scapegoat on which to put the blame on. The one that promised them safety and protection. The Silver Jedi Concord.
The more militant refugee communities found a leader in one of the Morgukai warriors. A Nikto by the name of Atun Sounn. He stirred up hate for the Concord and encouraged violence and bloodlust in his followers. His words and influence spread like wildfire, and would cause the refugees to take up arms against those who had abandoned them.
Those who would stand against this movement, such as the unfortunate populations of Rorak 4 and Affavan, found their sector swiftly taken over by the refugees who were out for blood.
That was enough incentive for the Concord to step in. Three diplomats were sent to negotiate, and three severed heads returned. The message was clear. The only way to stop this madness, was by force.
Boss Fight - DM opposition
"Cut off the head, and the body will die."
We may have to use force, but we will not let millions die over mistaken ideals. If we apprehend Warlord Sounn and his inner circle, we can weaken their resolve and put an end to this madness. The Warlord and his confidants were last seen on Affavan. Find them, and arrest them in the name of the Concord.
Social - No opposition
"No person is completely wicked"
Not all refugees are as violent and militant as those following Warlord Sounn. To show that we are still on their side, the Concord has launched a relocation program. Several planets, like Mnemosyne, Phaseera and Makeb have offered to take in the refugees. All we have to do is earn the trust of the refugees, so we can convince them to relocate and rebuild their lives.
Stealth - PvE
"Secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places"
Our intelligence has picked up on some disturbing rumors. A shadow collective of senators, figureheads and external organizations is conspiring against the Concord. While these are just rumors, the Silver Assembly believes the threat to be real. We will take this chance to sneak into the Warlord's secret stronghold on the surface of Affavan, try to find evidence of this conspiracy in his personal quarters, and leave before they get a chance to erase their records.
