  • EMP/Ion - The Parabrite/Alardite alloy paired with the Kirishima Cap Drains makes this vessel highly resistant to the effects of either energy, allowing it to shrug off attempts to shut down systems inside the ship and even transferring the energy to shield power.
  • Stealth Polymer - During the process of construction, the materials were doped with HPI's stealth polymer, and while the surface of the ship is still highly reflective, run of the mill scanners notably have difficulty picking up these ships at times.
  • Hull Integrity - The Ossis II framework gives the ship an incredible amount of integrity in regard to kinetic resistance such as ramming or even direct kinetic hits.

  • Variables - While the ship benefits from the VOId systems, in combat situations a direct strike to the engines will potentially damage the adjustable systems and either lock them into that system, or disable the unit.
  • Not Impossible - While the stealth polymer helps to avoid being found by passive scans or run of mill scanning systems, higher end scanner systems are able to find the ship with ease.
  • Built In - While the Ossis II frame provides many benefits, in field repairs are highly difficult due to the complexity of the internal framework.
  • Limited Weapons - The ship does have some offensive weapons on board, but it was designed around anti-starfighter and anti-ordinance protocols and has limited capabilities in a fight especially due to its diminutive size.

The Sirocco is a 100-meter-long Naboo-themed gunboat, built for precision anti-starfighter defense and close-range missile interdiction. Gracefully shaped yet bristling with understated firepower, the ship’s iridescent silver hull is adorned with warm gold filigree and subtle royal red accent lines—an unmistakable signature of Naboo’s noble aesthetic to add to the High Republics repertoire of peace keeping vessels.

Despite its refined appearance, the Sirocco class is engineered for purpose: fast tracking light turbolasers paired with light ion cannons, quad point-defense laser cannons, and a compact flak missile grid form the ship’s core arsenal, enabling it to form a protective screen around larger capital vessels or escort high-value convoys. However, its limited hull reinforcement and absence of significant heavy ordnance make it ill-suited for prolonged engagements with capital ships.

The Sirocco represents the intersection of artful design and disciplined military function as a quick, agile, and unwavering implement to shield the fleet from smaller, faster threats.
