STRENGTHS
  • Relief vessel: First and foremost a hospital vessel meant to treat the sick and injured on the go or rush them to someone who can, it contains some of the most advanced technology that can possibly be offered in the treatment of a civilian populace. It's heavy interior security makes it one of the most well defended Hospital vessels around, it's technology able to produce a wide variety of armors and weapons, and even food that passengers and other organic crew and people devastated by invasion might need in an emergency
  • Pacifist Run: The ship itself is equipped with purely non lethal weapons
  • Arrow: It's narrow profile makes it potentially difficult to hit if firing directly at its front, rear, or sides
  • Teleporter: It possesses a Path Engine allowing it to move along nonstandard hyperspace routes, a Microjump Drive to allow for extremely short range hyperspace jumps, and a sub-jump drive to move at near light speed relative to local space, allowing it to potentially quickly escape interdictor fields.
  • Torpedo Options: It's Ion Energy Torpedo System is stun only, with a stun effect so powerful it can possibly go through ship armor and shields, possibly rendering anyone in the blast radius potentially painlessly knocked out for hours and can temporarily knock out electronics for about that same length and has multiple firing options. Mode 1 Fires a simple fast moving torpedo that can be fired essentially as fast as it's gunner can pull the trigger. Mode 2 burst fires a set of 5, smaller, but much faster moving Energy Torpedos and need ten seconds between each firing to recharge. Mode 3 makes the system function like a gigantic shotgun firing a triangle pattern of three Energy Torpedoes moving at three fourths the speed of the semi auto mode but each individual torpedo is twice the size of the one in semi auto mode. Mode 4 fires one big, giant, massive Torpedo half the size of the Corvette itself, that moves at only a quarter the speed of the torpedo in semi auto mode but has the most power behind it
  • Why Won't You Die?: Heavy Shielding and Armor (The hulk is made of almost solid Turadium, which very resistant to lightsabers) make this craft potentially difficult to bring down via conventional means for most interceptors and even ships two to three times it's size may have trouble destroying it. It's Electronics are reinforced against Ion and EMP weapons, and capable of being restored quickly with minimal resources should this resistance be overwhelmed, and has Enhanced Ion Shielding in general
  • Fly Anywhere: It's hull is made to operate in immensely hostile conditions, such as naturally hot planets, ice worlds like Hoth, underwater, even highly acidic or high pressure, even highly radioactive atmospheres for extended periods. It's Gravitic defensive Shielding not only protects it from gravity based weapons, but also from the effects of a star's gravity to a certain degree (While it's radiation shielding allows it to withstand such intense radiation exposure), allowing it to get three times closer to one than normal corvettes could for a period of up to a week and escape the gravity even using very low speeds, and also potentially makes it slightly more difficult to hold in place with a tractor beam. It can even, in an emergency, dive into an operate in Magma, due to its starship grade heat resistor
  • Self Reliant: Much of the tech is derived from the House Io Corvette , which means it has Advanced Life support that includes a ship wide healing field Generator that can treat severe injuries in under several hours, enhanced Radiation scrubbers to cleanse severe radiation exposure , stasis pods, miniaturized versions of the Scion Solar Recovery System and Power Plant, and a Molecular Furnace to fabricate repair parts to ship components and weapons, means this ship can keep it's occupants alive through overwhelming odds, and the ship itself without need for refueling or dry dock for potentially years. It's power plant can keep the ship going with all systems running for a number of years, and can take conventional fuel if necessary, but mostly refuels on Solar Energy. Also has a large armory space. It also has a special universal assembler aboard and has a large amount of internal defenses
  • Brains Department: A non networked micro super computer, hardened against EMP and Ion damage, makes calculations for countering threats from enemy ships, space hazards, medical emergencies, and other dangers, as long as datatapes with the relevant information is fed into it. This computer can also store all ship logs and recordings and can be biometrically locked and is the exact same one used on the House Io Corvette
  • Sensitive: Highly sensitive scanners based on those from the House Io Corvette enable it to detect various spatial hazards and anomalies as well as threats at three times the range of a typical corvette
  • Ninja: Possesses a number of Electronic Countermeasure Systems such as jammers, an Adaptive Camouflage System on the hull, and an optical camouflage system to help obscure purely visual based targeting. It's gravity propulsion units are in place of typical ion engines and make it slightly more difficult to track thermal-wise for sensors and missile targeting systems, as well as a path engine for nonstandard hyperspace routes
  • Fixit: Onboard supply of repair drones can quickly restore ship to minimal function even if heavily damaged. As long as it has the proper resources...to repair to more than minimal function, the ship will need to dry dock...
  • Comfort barracks: it's quarters are all large, up to six, with three triple bunk beds in each welded to the floor, two refreshers, and a mini kitchen. Room exists for personal decoration, but each has a wall safe to store emergency funds, and a miniature Electro Sifter and Water Survey Device . Each barrack/quarters also contains an escape pod capable of holding up to six occupants, and fitted with stasis tech that can keep them alive up to a year and a half with an onboard distress beacon
WEAKNESSES
  • Desperation: You have to REALLLLLLLLLLLLLY be desperate to Dive into Magma. The chance of the heat resistor failing is never zero. Beyond that, you can only remained submerged in magma a full half hour
  • Short Range: It's stun cannons have only two thirds the range of other weapons in its size class
  • Charge up times: The tractor beams need five minutes to charge up, and can remain active only twenty
  • Underwater limits: While underwater only its energy torpedo can fire
  • Seismic: It's hull is vulnerable to seismic weapons
  • Snail: Built like a turtle and has the grace of one. Not very agile. Relies on high defenses and weapons
DESCRIPTION

The House Bloodscrawl Medical Corvette is one of the most advanced, heavily armed and defended hospital vessels in its size range. Built to set up Triage Facilities and treat extensive wounds with the most advanced medical tech available, the design was in an incomplete state when it was stolen by House Io defectors during the House Io Civil War. House Bloodscrawl immediately made it their private medical vessel, though occasionally they are willing to sell it anonymously.
