HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Created by the remnants of the Imperial remnant when their fortress world joined the silver jedi. The Ghost Fleet was designed as a sort stealth force able to shadow the jedi worlds and operate to protect as the Silver Jedi developed. THey were largely forgotten with most of the grandmaters and eventually the assembly... instead retreating and developing their own base of operations where they continued to develop much of their ships and technology as well as developing the training that would go into their ship crews and soldiers. Mixing Imperial training which covered a large area of skill and information with more of a freedom of opportunity. It wasn't based on family or status as much as merit and skill. Sala'dine working with Sasori one of the better technology arms fo the jedi.
From that the second fleet grew as the Kenobi fleet grew and it became the Sasori funded and operated fleets shadow. Returnign to the Silver jedi and operation when Matsu was named the grandmaster of the order and dissolving the concord moved it. The second fleet remained highly loyal and began to operate more as it built up many of its ships into newer generation vessels. With The Silver jedi reorganizing themselves the fleets were altered... mostly because once it was dissolved many commanders left and their ships went with them. So Matsu started developing various vessels that could and would be used by the jedi. THey have developed many other aspects allowing the fleet to move under cover of stealth and assist other fleets or engage threats to worlds of the jedi.

- Description: Crafted from Imperial Remnants who were amenable to being allies, the second fleet is often regarded as one of the most regimented and effecient thanks to its Admiral. Mixing structure and educational needs that see its members become some of the more upstanding officers. That all fo the vessels are stealth based gives it a tactical edge over others but it also makes it a smaller fleet over all.
