STEALTH SYSTEMS:

Strengths:
  • Overly Engineered: Designed by the Second Fleet as a cloaked boarding vessel using something from the Thrawn playbook. Mole miners that can attach to the hull and connect to an airlock deploying squads into the ship.
  • Heavy Fusion Cutter: Designed to attach itself on and then release a fusion cuter to compromise the airlock and connect a boarding tube.
  • Squad Deployment: Designed to hold a small handful of fireteams and squads. The lowwy boarding craft it beefy for this purpose taking aspects from the mole miners used at Sluis Van.
  • ON Board Systems: Designed with a handful of Sasori and Saotome systems to improve the performance of the ship and make it a more advanced fighter.
    Astromech Socket: Designed for a personal or military issue astromech to have it in the ship to handle small repairs and systems. Regulate the power or detect problems.
  • "Screamer" Active Jammer: Designed to disguise the ship and disrupt homing actions taken against the fighter. Countered by military grade scanners and sensor packages.
  • Vanish 2 military sensor masking system: Cheaper then an actual cloaking device and best used to conceal and mask the ship from sensors.
  • Executive Suite: Providing small scale repair systems for the astromech to work with and a containment shield within the fighter in case of breaches.
  • Saotome Advanced Tracking System: An advanced droid brain developed for tracking targets along a vector and allowing the ship to shadow after them.
  • Saotome Ember Scanner and Slicer Unit: Designed to hack into a ships systems when in range. The slicer unit searches for slave circuits to lock onto and cause sabotage like instances before the fighter attacks.
  • Saotome Nutaki System: An advanced navigational computer for shortening travel time and increasing the speed by which the pilots can reach an area being able to work with the tracker droid brain.

Weaknesses:
  • Overly Engineered: Designed to be a beast of a ship that jumps into position and sets up with a clear view of ship hangers. To better handle and clear a path or set up at chokepoints in asteroid fields. THe heavy weapons and armor slow the ship down compared to the others but it is also one that gets escorts and has the defenses to protect itself in a slug fest with other ships.
  • Stealthy In space: THe nightshadow hull works great in space but hovering outside of a planetside base exposes the ship. It larger profile also makes it visible to many more visual sensors and its weapons are easier to track back to their source.
  • Manpower Intensive: COmpared to other ships, a full crew is needed to fully utalize the Lowwy class, from someone to operate the weapons in case they are approaching under fire, to one to pilot and more to handle the cutting and docking procedures of the boarding craft.
  • Low Squadron: Designed with less is more, a single Inu fighter is usually brought for a squadron of them with one or two being given to a ship. Its size and armament just takes up what a group of snub fighters could.
  • Cannot Fire Cloaked: While the cloak is active the weapon systems are low energy and cannot be disabled.
Description: Designed by Saotome systems as a stealth boarding craft in the design of themole miners used at Sluis Van during the fall of the empire. With heavy modifications to it to make it more useful. Some weapon systems so it can protect itself,stealth systems themselves so that it would be able to approach better and most important it is made to be able to hold the squads. It is a slower design, manpower heavy and packed with as many people as it can get to better overtake a ship. The main downfalls is in its more heavy design. It is slower, less armed but packed with systems like a cloaking field that will allow it to get in closer and sensor jammers to keep it from being detected. The higher manpower needed and slow moving nature of the craft makes it dangerous, the additional space for soldiers means it cut down on extra weapons.
