- Description: Formed as part of the power base of Darth Arcanix after her establishment on the new Dark Council of the Sith Imperium, Cybergene Alchemists are specially trained and cybernetically augmented Enigma Adepts (Sith Knights) that are involved in the research and field deployment of various technobeast Sithspawn and cybernetic experiments. In recent weeks, several have further augmented and mutated themselves with the Elesh Nanospore.

- The alchemists that form the core of the Cybergene Alchemists are focused on the continued research and development of newer technobeasts and technoviruses, dark-side enhanced cybernetics and the progression of cybernetic technology in general, and continued study into how the mechu-deru ability can be adapted and evolved. Many of these alchemists believe that through cybernetic augmentation, the Sith can eventually create a force that the Jedi and other enemies of the Sith will be unable to fight against and can eventually subsume towards their way of thinking.
- With the recent development of the Elesh and Gitaxias Nanospores, they have in turn subjected themselves to controlled transformations into partial technobeasts themselves. These mutations, along with their cybernetic augmentations, have shifted the group's beliefs towards more of the idea of a Greater Synthesis for the galaxy. The theory they are developing involves introducing and controlling the transformations of the technoviruses onto others, both willing and non-willing subjects, to create a greater galactic consensus towards Sith domination, although this belief system is still within its infancy in regard to doctrines and how it fits into the philosophies of the larger Sith Imperium.

- Cybergene Alchemists are fully trained Sith Knights, with Darth Arcanix and other Sith Masters within her power base training them in techniques that compliment mechu-deru and their research into technoviruses, technobeasts, and cybernetic technologies.
- Due to their specializations, they have extensive knowledge in the scientific fields of cybernetics, droid technologies, computer technologies, and programming.
- Cybergene Alchemists, while fully trained Sith, are not intended to be frontline Sith leading armies and fleets into combat. If engaged in battle without support, most are likely to fall rather easily to even a trained Jedi Knight. They are first and foremost researchers.
- Because of their unique philosophy, along with both the extensive specialized Force training and cybernetic procedures to even be considered eligible for inclusion within this subsect of alchemists, it is extremely hard to replace any of these alchemists that may be killed.
The group of alchemists that would eventually become known as Cybergene Alchemists were first established during the period of time Taeli Raaf, their Sith Master also known as Darth Arcanix, was infiltrated among the Jedi of the first Galactic Alliance. As part of the then-Order of Shadows, they predominately operated out of the Aurora Industries' facility on Nar Shaddaa that was dedicated to highly questionable cybernetic and droid research, and the creation of a new version of the technobeast, working closely with Hyson Whita and Doctor Votoc.
As the years have passed, the group have experimented upon and developed unique cybernetic augmentations for themselves, along with a more unique philosophy of how the Sith can gain dominance over the rest of the galaxy. The development of these creations has also offered them peculiar insights into the nature of the technobeast Sithspawn pioneered by Belia Darzu and other more modern Sith, resulting in the creation of several new technoviruses and assistance in Aurora Industries' cybernetics division. Many of these creations are still in the prototype stage, awaiting approval from Darth Arcanix before entering production for the new Sith Imperium, and of course, for her own personal power base as well. To this end, several of the alchemists have relocated to the planet Jutrand to oversee the beginnings of a possible cybernetic augmentation program for the Sith Imperium.
