  • Sitting Duck: Lacking a hyperdrive the Córdova is reliant on her armament and starfighters.
  • Maneuverability and Speed: Very low maneuverability and speed lends to the Córdova being unable to move fast enough to evade opponents.
DESCRIPTION

Development of the Córdova-class began as the successor to the Kleve and Stargazer-classes respectively. The Córdova was given a rather modest, but average armament and hangar space to fit thirty combat squadrons. The station much like the Seacole-class station lacks a hyperdriver or anything above a low, or in this case very low speed or maneuverability rating.

In the spirit of both Kleve and the Stargazer, the Córdova is meant to be a state-of-the-art science station. For which the First Order Division of Science is able to conduct research out in the field more effectively than they had in the past. The Córdova would also serve to house Stormtroopers being shuffled around the ever-growing First Order territories.

The First Order’s production of the Córdova began in 862 ABY with the first set to complete assembly and begin operation in early 864 ABY.
