“My crew and I don’t need much convincing to prey upon Imperials. Many of us coming from backgrounds looked down on by many of them.” Empires like the one in the Core had a nasty habit of human-centrism. Diodoro’s own crew was made up mostly by a diverse variety of species from outside The Core. “I myself have had a concerning lack of Imperial war trophies since they’ve sprung up from the Alliance.” Diodoros himself inherited an old grudge against such Imperials for rendering his people neigh-extinct centuries prior.
Of course Diodoros was here, despite being a Sith privateer he still maintained many connections and friends within Hutt Space from his years as a regional celebrity athlete. The golden man’s eyes shifted as the tall one led his attention to the Emperor's throne room. His blue eyes narrowed and fists clenched with envy over such a trophy.
Diodoros had been informed by the more intelligent members of his crew about the value of remaining in The Empire’s periphery. For the countless riches that still remained in what was once Alliance space. The firrerreo would be eager to partake in a great plundering of The Core worlds, however…
“I will not underestimate the Empire. I know the Jedi are powerful warriors. Any fighting force that could overcome their prowess is worth consideration.” Diodoro’s logic was simple, painfully so. A very ‘might makes right’ way of looking at the galaxy and its politics.
