  • Sharp: The blades are honed down to a molecular edge, leaving them sharp enough to cleave through most armours before the blade is alchemized hardening the edge to prevent chipping or damage and allowing it to retain it's edge.
  • Wild Force: The powerful Wild Force Shard acts to boost Scherezade's natural abilities, making it easier for her to manipulate the blades, levitating them and moving them around in the air.
  • Attuned: The attuned nature of the blades means that others apart from Scherezade can't manipulate the blades through the force.
  • Teleporting: The blades are alchemized to include the ability to teleport short distances, allowing them to attack a target from unexpected angles.
  • Alchemized: Like all alchemized artefacts the daggers are heavier than you'd expect, although made out of crystal they are still quite light. Like all alchemized weapons they are able to block lightsabers, reflect blaster bolts and absorb force lightning.

  • Light: The blades just don't have very much weight behind them, and commensurately has a low power behind them, their cutting power comes simply from the force, and so heavier armours will be harder to cut through, requiring more focus and concentration leaving the user more vulnerable.
  • No force: In the presence of any force nullification field the daggers are little more than crystal ornaments, no doubt pretty, but a single blow is more likely to shatter them than anything.
  • The Beacons are lit: Achemized as they are there is no hiding the daggers in the force, any force wielder can sense the daggers coming and react accordingly.
  • Teleport: While the blades can jump, their range is limited to 4 meters, and they can't teleport inside another living thing, the natural concentration of the force would prevent this.

This commission was a tricky one, Scherezade deWinter wanted a set of daggers, and John wanted to provide them, but the intricacies of the commission were enough to make him think again to see if he could. Deciding that he relished the challenge John set to work planning out the daggers. He started with large pieces of crystal, cutting and shaping them down to daggers with the help of a master jewelsmith, honing them into the daggers they'd become. once shaped they went into the lab, lasers dancing across the surface as the edge was hone down and down, sharper and sharper till they were honed down to a mono-molecular edge. It was only then that the ornaments were taken to the alchemist for him to work his magic. and such magic it was.

In addition to the general achemy used to make the crystal daggers almost indestructible, letting them hold their edge for ever he also had the blades imbued with Force Teleport, giving the blades an versatility they would not have otherwise had. Although limited in it's range the ability does allow the blades to jump, letting them attack from angles you would never expect them to.
