Now this was the kind of thing Zana could really enjoy. Temples and the suchlike were all well and good, if you had to have them, but Commenor had some style to it. Chasin City was the first place to remind her of Coruscant in, oh, countless years. A little bit of refinement and class wouldn't hurt anyone. It certainly wouldn't hurt her... provided she could avoid the temptation of too much to drink.

Unfortunately, it was everywhere. Lots of nice, polite people handing out flutes of expensive looking liquor. Before she knew it, one had guided it's way into Zana's grasp. She took a quick taste, best to make sure it wasn't anything too strong for the younger ones. It certainly was rather gorgeous. She had to pause for a second to savour the taste, letting the golden liquid flow down her throat. Sharp, crisp and warming from the inside. Beautiful.

"Mm. Marvellous," she muttered to herself. It wasn't long before the glass was drained. Oh dear. How the devil did that happen? Oh well. She walked up to one of the servers and placed the empty flute on their tray, nodding to him.

"Another please, if you would. Keep them coming too, there's a good chap," she told him, patting him gently on the chest and giving him a small smile. Nothing like the attention of an older woman to scare a younger man. The server nodded nervously as he retreated to grab more drinks. Zana chuckled at his discomfort as she turned her attention to the food.

Goodness me, what an expansive spread. They'd gone all out for this. As she sampled some of the exquisite finger-food, Zana wondered if she'd gone into the wrong line of work. I should have been a politician. Getting to slink around in fancy balls, drinking and eating lovely things... maybe they're looking for a liaison to work with the new government? she wondered, though she could imagine that even if they were, they'd probably prefer someone a little...

Younger.

"Where is that blasted boy with my drink?" she grumbled, turning her focus on the assembled crowd of dignitaries, hangers-on and misbehaving Jedi.

As the President and figurehead of the Commenori Government, Caedyn had certainly expected his Uncle Darlyn to be present for the Inauguration Ceremony. In fact, he had assumed that the man would have some part to play alongside the diplomats and senators working alongside what was now considered to be the Silver Jedi Concord, using Commenor as it's Capital World.

Commenor had for so many years of Caedyn's life, been the heart of neutrality and peace. A World whose values praised ideals of pacifism and cooperation with other governments and nations far above those who would seek war without due diligence. It was the way of which Caedyn's parents had brought about the former CSA, while today the Jedi Knight couldn't be so certain of what these changes would mean or shape for the capital trade world.

"Can you please not call me that, Uncle" Caedyn groaned, turning to look to Darlyn Excron Darlyn Excron with a rather flat expression. He hadn't realized that his Uncle had company, and so he looked to the woman at his side, Auburn Sioda Auburn Sioda and bowed formerly to her in greeting. "Apologies, Ma'am" he glanced back to his Uncle wondering the relationship between the two. He didn't recognize Auburn, yet it had been a great many years since he had last seen the President.

"I did invite you to the House Arenais reunion..." he added, giving a half-smirk in response to the man's sarcasm.

However the appearance of Damian Starchaser Damian Starchaser quickly demanded Caedyn's attention and to his question regarding the Jedi Knight's Padawan, Caedyn turned to put a face to the voice. Caedyn had only met two Starchaser's before today, one was Coren himself and the other was the Jedi Master's Son whom had also shared a life of living under the shadow of his father's legacy.

"Sorry?" he asked, unfamiliar with the man's appearance; "I think you may have me mistaken...".

Rune had acquired a Corellian ale at some point during his wandering among the crowd. He was bored but decorum made him nurse the brew. He let out a long sigh. A lot of pompous rich beings in their peacock-like finery.

This was boring for him. To some extent, he even missed being shot at. But not the Krayt Dragon. No, never that particular beast.

He decided this wasn't real for all the fact that it was. It was all some elaborate costume ball. Nothing like the ordinary beings he tended to rub shoulders with in his travels. But there were a few highlights.

Certain children had gazed on him with awe. A real Jedi Knight right in front of their eyes. Who knew what adventures this stranger had had. Rune grinned at them with genuine amusement.

Finally he found a couple friendly faces. Caden Evesa Caden Evesa and his Master Okkeus Dainlei Okkeus Dainlei were there and he made for them.

"Well, I'm glad to see you both. Master and Apprentice, finally together for me."

He lowered his voice for them alone.

"This is all very nice, but...it's a bit stuffy. Maybe there's something else to be done?"

The only escort with Faith tonight would hover outside the perimeter of the building. A mother hen if ever there was one in the good Captain. She appreciated his devotion to duty but there was a limit to patience and tolerance. Commenor was not an enemy no one here would be an enemy and therefore by her own deductions there was no reason for concern.

But in all the time she had held this particular role she understood why everyone reacted in the ways they did.

She wore a gown fitted to her shape sleeveless top, with a tiered black skirt. It wasn't the type of gown she would have worn before. Before the gowns were more like second skin, but now she needed some decorum and a show of some refinement. She had finally grown comfortable in her own skin, as if anyone may have known how insecure she had been back then.

She smiled easily and let out a breath. She looked about for a familiar face, or someone to approach and speak with. She at one time had known a few of the Jedi of the Silvers. Perhaps someone here could tell her more about how her brother Garith and the battle on Coruscant. A battle that seemed long ago to some but was forever in her mind.

She saw Adhira Chandra Adhira Chandra and caught a glimpse of Julius Loghain Julius Loghain and another Gat Tambor Gat Tambor were there others ? Time to find out. Faith moved into the crowds.

The Silver Jedi were out in the galaxy again? Wasn’t that where the good-for-nothing outlaw clone of his was nowadays? He lost so much of his business to that Sithspawn, and even a really good assistant. He could make do without Brooke, but he wasn’t going to be able to do much without the savings of the company, just his own liquid assets. He shook his head, maybe it was time to play the Core a visit. Making his way onto the planet, in his Santhe Challenger, he was making his way to the gala. Well dressed, but looking a bit hungover and shallow.

His lightsaber was in his jacket. But the Dark Jedi, Marek, was making his way into the gala, no one at his side. Most of what he had was at a loss, but he knew he could sling some of his recipes towards Vril, that Nemodian was the one who could probably help him make some money, as long as he did it in the right fashion. He wasn’t about to start influencing the man, but… well, he did have a few out there helping. Some of the people who he knew he could trust were actually with him, awaiting a few signals, and keeping an eye on the place.

What he was hoping to not do was to run into Damian. It wasn’t going to be a good look for him, but if he could make the connections and find out what he could possibly win from this? Well, that was going to be the important part.

"Senator Chandra, please," she said, staring at the glass flute. She knew the volume wasn't actually that much -- the length of the flute was deceptive -- but she wasn't fond of drinking. "We have the rest of the evening to get through. And yeah, I could detoxify it so you don't get drunk because you are representing the Alliance today, but I won't."

Probably shouldn't have given the senator that idea. "Um... I'm not here to babysit you!" She tried her best to emulate the Senator's gravitas and voice, but she knew she had a lot more learning to do. That was one of the reasons she valued Chandra's company -- her political experience was rivaled by few in the Senate, and Auteme had seen that experience used skillfully during the meetings of the Senate. She wished she had that kind of confidence.

She needed to learn to stop worrying so much about so many things, like the alleged assassination of a Galactic Alliance Senator by the Silver Jedi, or that meeting anyone she knew here would be awkward because she was part of a delegation instead of just another padawan, or that her connections with the Silver Jedi might be viewed as a conflict of interest in the future, or the minuscule but still mathematically possible chance that the oxygen molecules in her lungs would simply decide to leave to the far corner of the room and stay there long enough for her to suffocate.

Anyways.

Auteme glanced around the room. No familiar faces -- she had never actually talked to either Gat Tambor or Julius Loghain so they didn't count, but both of them seemed... alright -- so she stuck with Senator Chandra and continued to feel underdressed next to the fantastic Balmorran.

In the far back of the hall, branching off of private rooms, a set of lavish doors opened.

The arrival of the new triumvirate was announced by a small wave of clapping by those that could see the three. Compared to the hoopla of the morning election, or the afternoon speeches, the three entered with little fuss. There was an initial wave of hand shaking between officials. For Penelope, faces blurred into a series of blobs.

It had been a long, exciting day. But a girl needed to eat.

She extracted herself from a series of small talk, something of which she knew the night would be full of, and made her way towards the bar. All of this talking, not enough liquid. She straightened she silky silver fabric of a floor length gown and plucked a pastry off a moving tray.

"I'll have one of those," she told the bar tender, her accent crisp and clearly native to the planet as she gestured to the tall flute in Adhira Chandra Adhira Chandra 's hand. She leaned into the counter, letting out a long breath as the bite of food hit her stomach.

It was in that awkward moment of waiting that she felt the weight of the two besides her. Penelope's gaze fell back to the two woman standing casually together. She gave the younger one, coiled tight with thoughts, an easy smile.

"Hey kid. Nice dress."

The glass was placed gently down in front of of her. Maintained, but unpolished fingers reached for it, bringing the lip to her mouth.

Galactic Alliance Delegation

Adhira continued to scan the room with a careful gaze as she sipped away half of the flute of cool bubbly liquid in her glass. She noted the presence of... two of the three newly elected triumvirs of Concordia as they made their rounds throughout the crowd of dignitaries. Of the three new heads of state, only one - Vril - had not been her preferred selection. She resolved that she could live with the Neimoidian so long as he kept whatever shady dealing he had with Tambor far from the Alliance's doorstep.
The senator had just about finished the alcoholic beverage when her train of thought was disrupted by the melodic voice of the New Jedi Order Representative, Auteme Auteme . The much younger girl was merely an inch taller than Adhira, but in heels, the Balmorran practically towered over her. The heavy cubic crystals dangling from Adhira's earlobes wobbled erratically as she turned to glare at the source of her discontent.
Her dark, heavily lidded eyes appraised Auteme making Adhira look rather like a bird of prey sizing up a meal. "Careful, girl," she advised, harshly before tossing back the last bit of liquid in her glass, "I've been brokering peace accords since before you were born... and started drinking at least a decade prior."
Finally, the senator's harsh gaze broke as a smile crept across her burgundy-colored lips. Adhira remembered vividly the first time she met Auteme back on Coruscant - when she was still just the Senate Scribe. She knew the young girl she met that day would have great potential and in many ways she was right. In the years since Adhira had taken to mentoring her whenever she could and now that they were practically equals in the Senate they often worked closely together on matters pertaining to the Jedi Order.
Adhira carefully set the empty glass back down on a passing tray, deftly replacing it with another full one as a server swept by them again. She noted the presence of Faith Organa Faith Organa and managed to catch her eye long enough to lift her glass in greeting. "What do you suppose they're up to?" Adhira had not glanced in Gat and Julius' direction for several minutes, still, the senator managed to keep tabs on their exact location as she jerked her head in their direction while addressing Auteme once more.
However, before they could discuss the subject any further, the sudden appearance of Penelope Coldwell in Adhira's periphery drew her attention. The elder diplomat cocked a brow curiously in Penelope's direction and smirked at her request for a similar drink from the nearby bartender. "Impeccable taste," Adhira mused, closing the distance between them.
"You must be Penelope Coldwell," she added knowingly, "I have watched your meteoric rise with great interest. My name is Adhira Chandra, Senator of Balmorra and delegate of the Galactic Alliance... and this-" Adhira nodded respectfully in Auteme's direction, "Is Auteme Denko-Durren, representative of the New Jedi Order."

"Didn't file it in triplicate though, how you think I'm going to notice it between naps 47 and 48 if it's not there in the mail excessively?" Of course Darlyn could and would so casually joke about his.. condition. The one keeping him from enjoying even the smallest, simplest things. Not that Caedyn Arenais would really be aware of as much, it wasn't like Darlyn had broadcast it to the galaxy. Far as Commenor was concerned he did his job, and just stayed at home. Who really would care as long as everything was finished in a timely fashion? Something he'd been managing well enough.

The arrival of the man, who's tunnel vision provoked a soft muttering from Darlyn to the tune of, "and I thought I could be blind" interrupted the flow of the conversation. Not that Darlyn really had an idea where he was going to go from here anyways, but now he was even more lost. Darlyn turned to the man ( Damian Starchaser Damian Starchaser ) and straightened his purple suit a bit, using one hand to give Auburn's arm a reassuring touch, hoping she would loosen the grip on his arm a bit. "Unless you're talking to me, in which case I extra don't know you. Or maybe you did mean my nephew, in which case... hi yes hello I'm here too, someone mind giving me a quick recap so I can be properly invested in the conversation?"

The more time Darlyn spent in the presence of his beloved Auburn Sioda Auburn Sioda , the more his jovial, quirk filled self was able to return. And like returning home after a long, tiring business trip, the homecoming left him feeling more at peace than he likely deserved to feel.

Okkeus somewhat chuckled at Caden's comment. Was he being to uptight? Maybe so. But it was just in his nature. His Padawan spilt off to go and mingle. Grabbing a small dessert from the food court he walked out into the crowd.

There he spotted Rune. Good, someone he knew. After he initiated some small talk he decided to go along with it.

"Yeah, it is a little bit stuffy. I was never one for suits myself."

Laughing a little he looked around the room. Shoot, he was doing it again. Was he being to paranoid? Oh well, maybe he should rela...

"Come home"

No, that can't be. He went pale. Breathing heavily he frantically searched around the room. She can't be here. She isn't here. He started to feel weak at the knees. That voice, she can't be here.

"Very well, Tambor. I look forward to a deal from which we can all benefit. Protection is a costly business, as you are well aware. Yet, should it come to a no deal scenario, the Kuati fleet is ready to enact a perfectly legal blockade." Julius casually stated with a slight stern tone towards the end.

As the two patricians shuffled through the crowd and the sea of people continued to part from their divine path, it was Lucien Dooku and a lady for the night that dared stand tall in front of the patrician tide.

"Good to see you alive, Prince Dooku. I was told the Battle of Dubrillion was heavy on both sides. I do congratulate you and the New Imperial Order on suffocating the threat of the Sith and continuing to do so. You have Kuat's support in this war...and perhaps elsewhere." The hint arrived with a slight smirk beneath the Lord Regent's bushy beard - the throne of Serenno.

To the lady, "Thank you for your support, young Miss..." he let her fill in the blanks. "I aim to make politics transparent for the people."

"We MUST DRAIN the SWAMP."

If only she knew he was her employer. Or was he?

A finger curled into his collar and tugged, Eldin feeling a little restricted by the thing, not used to wearing such a get up. He looked around the room taking in what Kimiko was admiring, he had to admit he had not seen the likes of such grandeur before so it was eye opening to him to see such wealth in the galaxy and this was not nearly the tip of the ice berg. Everyone looked amazing, some with fine jewels he had to wonder the cost of them. A cunning mind playing at how he might rid some of them of their finery.

The drinks arrived, Eldin presented Kimiko with hers and raised his glass to toast. “To beauty beyond compare”, his eyes not on the room nor the people, but on his company. Kimiko looked stunning tonight. He downed the whiskey in one go before catching the eye of the waiter for another.

“Not sure I am excited like yaself, but it will be interestin’ indeed. I wish ‘em luck and good fortune”, sounded like a good reason for another toast.

His eyes glanced over the thickening crowd, he could have sworn he saw a familiar face in Lucien Dooku Lucien Dooku , but the glimpse vanished as quickly as he came. The sea of people closing in on everyone, the wave of people shifting constantly.

"Shall we find a seat, or is there someone here ya know?", Ah! another face he recognised, Caedyn Arenais, Eldin wondered what he had been up to since departing for the Silvers. Eldin offered Kimiko his arm, if she wished to move away from the drinks table and join in the festivities.

The Senator of Sanjin loosely followed the group of other senators who had followed Adhira Chandra Adhira Chandra , accompanied by his usual entourage, his bodyguard Cpl. Tisic and aide Lt. Aru. As they entered the main hall he turned to his aide. "Lieutenant, send the details of the Concord's victory over the Brynadul over Yurb. They are a threat which have remained out of purview for too long." he said to which she nodded, activating her datapad and beginning to send file after file of the battle. The growing threat of the Byrnadul had caught the attention of the senator of Sanjin and the thought of a growing alien threat constantly expanding did not please the Senator.

As the files were sending his attention turned back to the celebration, the election of new officials. "Elections" he said with a smirk as the thought crossed his mind. Nonetheless there was one candidate which had caught the eye of the Senator, Castien of Thustral. The Sephi would have made an excellent federalist senator and a great addition to the now organised Federalist Bloc. A shame he was born a Jedi. Jasol turned to Vonar Ardinn, another of the representatives present. "Lord Imperator" he said with a small bow. "I'm Governor Admiral Dorsian of Sanjin. I saw you speak strongly against the Jedi at Coruscant after the assassination attempt on Senator Kiyoshi's life. What do you think on this whole ordeal." he asked

It was the first time the Lord Imperator had been outside the Core. Here on Commenor , the Silver Jedi were celebrating the establishment of their new government , the Sliver Jedi Concord as well as their Victory against the Bryn'adul at Yurb and Klantoniee , the first time ever a Galactic Power bad successfully stood in the face of those genocidal brutes since the disastrous Battle of Kesh.

However despite the victory troubling news had reached the Core , with the assasination of the Senator of Duro in which was allegedly committed by members of operatives of the Silver Jedi Order. The Second time , the Jedi would cross the line and make attempts to kill Alliance Senators. To Vonar Ardinn , this not only threatened THE Grand Plan but it also made him even more distrustful of the Jedi.

As he walked along with the other Senators remaining silent during their conversations Jasol Dorsian , the Governor-Admiral of Sanjin approached the Lord Imperator and introduced himself .

Lord Imperator. I'm Governor Admiral Dorsian of Sanjin. I saw you speak strongly against the Jedi at Coruscant after the assassination attempt on Senator Kiyoshi's life. What do you think on this whole ordeal.

The Lord Imperator thought for a while and then responded. "Governor-Admiral pleasure to met you in person. As for the whole ordeal about the assasination of Far Zhas I'm quite dissapointed. When the New Jedi Order were welcomed into the Alliance I thought their main goals were to aid the Alliance against enemies like the Sith and that's all. Though as history has shown , the Jedi seem to always think that they are Self-Policing that even as part of Galactic Government they still maintain the right to operate wherever they want and that's what I fear. The fact that even despite their good intentions , the Jedi are unpredictable as shown with the death of Far Zhas." The Lord Imperator then paused.

"In my opinion I believe it is best for the SIA to oversee the New Jedi Order rather then the current senate sub-committe who so far haven't done anything against the Jedi for their actions. At this point some drastic changes has to be done and the Jedi atleast have to be kept in check. But that's my opinion. What about you Governor-Admiral what is your view on this whole ordeal?"

Faith plucked a glass from a tray as it passed by. Another skill that politicians had the ability to move, walk, talk, chew, and conspire all within moments of each other. She smiled as she caught the quick glance from Adhira Chandra Adhira Chandra raising her own glass for a moment she thought she would gravitate that way and speak with her but quickly Adhira's attention was taken by another.

Well she thought take take a bantha by the horns she had only commented on things this particular person had said..so now...let's go find out what he really thinks.....it was a party right...so. she put on her party smile and walked towards Julius Loghain Julius Loghain of Kuat, Gat Tambor Gat Tambor of the Trade Federation and anyone else standing with them.

She wanted to know more about the other Senators and their opinions....

Auteme swore she saw her life flash in front of her eyes when Senator Chandra stood over her like that. She'd never entirely understood why people decided to wear heels -- Auteme found them uncomfortable -- and only then did she realize their true purpose. She was shorter than most people in her life but never had she felt so intimidated by a little bit of height.

Thankfully it was over after only a few seconds. The padawan resolved to not attempt to take the Senator's drink from her unless absolutely necessary. She only had a moment of reprieve before the terror started again, this time in the form of Penelope Coldwell; representative of the Silver Jedi Concord, native of Commenor, and Coruscanti 10. Just as everyone she knew was taller than her, everyone was also very, very attractive.

Auteme's brain short circuited long enough for Adhira to walk them both over (she had no idea how she'd gotten near Coldwell but she assumed she'd walked) and introduce the both of them. Coldwell complimented her dress. How did talking work again? Right, air passing through the larynx caused the vocal chords to vibrate. Information. Knowledge. Right, that was something she could do. She could talk. And she could talk smart. Er, intelligently.

"Thank you," she replied, her throat a little dry.

Why was she surprised to find important people at such an important party? It should've been expected. Brain. Think. If she could talk to Chancellor Tagge she could talk to one of the future leaders of the Silver Jedi Concord. Then again, Ryv had talked to Emmen about her beforehand so she'd had a bit of space for herself. Then again, Senator Chandra had just introduced her. Might as well put that knowledge and smart-talk to good use. She cleared her throat.

"That's very kind of you, given that I'm feeling a little underdressed at the moment. It's an honour to meet you, Representative Coldwell," she said with a bow of her head. She wasn't entirely sure of Penelope's actual title, but representative should be fine. "I'm afraid I am no expert like Senator Chandra, but I did read some of your proposals for inter-planetary assistance to infrastructure within Concord space, and I found them to be quite thorough and well-researched. You have a scientific background, correct?"

The guest list was a veritable who's who of political powers friendly to the Silver Jedi Order. Whoops...the Silver Jedi Concord. Rattle off a name though and ask the Sephi why they were considered important or influential and he wouldn't have a clue. He didn't really care either; the only reason he knew was that one of the event security leaders had said so. And the fact that this was an inauguration gala of course. He was not personally one of the galaxy's rich and powerful and never would be; that was perfectly alright with him.

The Silver Jedi had a long history, certainly longer than his tenure. He'd seen it go from the Silver Jedi to Silver Sanctum Coalition back to the Silver Jedi Order and now to the Silver Jedi Concord. Maybe a few shifts in there that he hadn't really noticed as well. This most recent change was the Order effectively taking a step back, allowing elected officials to take the reign of government instead of having a Jedi-led one. The Order still existed of course, it just had some oversight and additional support. More than a few benefits were available for everyone: consistent funding, public faces, diplomats that could be treated like diplomats rather than mentalists, and more.

Tonight was the inauguration of the elected triumvirate. The celebration was being held in Chasin City on Commenor, the new capital of the Concord, and members of the Silver Jedi had been encouraged to attend as "honored guests". Perhaps it was a legitimate offer or maybe it was a political move. Maybe both. Politicians were politicians after all, and until he saw proof otherwise he'd continue to think so. Nonetheless, Audren had been convinced to attend by his cousin; she had designs of some sort, for the good of the company she helped manage. The company he owned. While he'd been clear that no deals or business discussions were to occur tonight she insisted that even just meeting others would be beneficial. He didn't even have to be the one to socialize.

So he'd dug his old ceremonial robes out of the storage pods and headed in to the party. A lightsaber hilt hung from the belt, visible without being prominently displayed. The buffet tables were his chosen haunts once the speeches were over, and since there were multiple in various corners of the venue he could shift between them; nobody questioned it when the portions were so small.

Dorsian nodded as the Lord Imperator spoke, some points the Senator found himself wholeheartedly agreeing with. "Yes the death of Far Zhas is indeed a point of concern. This makes him the second senator to have had an attempt on his life although this time, they succeeded. That is why my chief of security urged me to bring Cpl. Tisic along. It seems one can never be too carful these days." he said, taking a look around to see if anyone was in earshot of their conversation. "As for the rumours of his assassins it may be best not to point our fingers at the Jedi as of yet. All we know now is that one of the members of the assassination team had some connection to the Alliance Commandos."

Jasol's remained confident as he spoke, even if he was apprehensive of what action should take place. "As for the Jedi order, that is a more precarious situation. Some form of restraint must be placed so such an attack does not occur again, the Jedi are after all formidable fighters in single combat. The level of it is what I wonder about, how much restraint can we put before they are rendered useless?" he asked. Jasol himself had not previously had any thoughts on the Jedi, to him they were like any other force cult existing within the galaxy. But the attempted assassination changed that, were the Jedi actually a threat?

"The situation has left me thinking on how they should be handled but make no mistake, I am not in favour vigilantes running around and dishing out their own form of mob justice. Perhaps they should be integrated into a military or intelligence establishment like you suggested, held accountable and kept restrained by not only members of the Order but the government itself. Still, we must wait and see on the developments of Far Zhas, then we may act." Jasol concluded. Jasol was a military man and he ran everything like the military and it only made sense the Jedi would be run in a similar way. The only thing that stopped him from pushing for such actions was information expanded upon by his aide. The Jedi were weak in the sense they were suceptible to falling to the Dark Side, becoming Sith which was indeed a risk too high to be taken if a Jedi were to be ordered to do something which may 'lead them to the darkside' as Aru put it.

"Didn't file it in triplicate though,
how you think I'm going to notice it between naps 47 and 48 if it's not there in the mail excessively?"

Darlyn Excron Darlyn Excron had a way with words still to this day that, in times such as this, Caedyn still struggled to make heads or tails of what the man was getting at; And with a hint of apprehension, the Jedi Knight offered something of a wary smile as he glanced between his Uncle, Auburn Sioda Auburn Sioda and Damian Starchaser Damian Starchaser .

Speaking of which, the latter of the trio had mentioned a Neice, and unless he was referring to Loreena Arenais and was some newly acquired Uncle through their ties to the Mandalorians somehow (Honestly wasn't so farfetched, knowing their family connections)...-Caedyn had to assume that the girl that this man was seeking answers over was none other than his Padawan Kyra Perl Kyra Perl .

In following that train of thought, Caedyn couldn't help but notice a slight resemblance to Coren Starchaser Coren Starchaser . It wasn't so much as a physical resemblance however, as it was a sense of the man's presence tied with the Jedi Master Caedyn had come to know.

"Uncle, I believe this man's talking to me..." Caedyn threw Darlyn a quick glance, a chuckle escaping him anxiously before turning back to Damian out of consideration and apologizing for the state of their discussion. If it was to be called such a thing. "My apologies, I don't mean to be rude but I'm afraid I don't quite recall if we've met before or not...-I'm Caedyn Arenais" He reached out in offer of a proper greeting and a hand shake.

"And I'm guessing your Niece is Kyra Perl...-My Padawan?".

It was odd that there were so many unfamiliar faces. There was no Jyoti Nooran, no Allyson Locke, no Celeste Rigel or Valkren Calderon. They were all big members of the SJO, or at least as far as Yuroic could remember, they were all still members of SJO. Wait, no it was SJC now. That was what the gala invite said and he had studied it closely so he remembered that for now. Who were these new people, it was weird and Yuroic wasn't happy with this situation. They should be here for a big event, the Jedi taking a step back in terms of control. It was new territory of the SJC, he wasn't sure if it would be a success, the SJC had always been Jedi centric, but then perhaps it was time that the Jedi focused on being Jedi, not rulers. He had another drink, it was starting to affect him a little faster than usual but he wasn't drunk, just feeling the minor buzz at the back of his mind.

He noticed one of the new rulers of the SJC wander around, shrugging, they seemed standard politician through and through so he was sure they were happy with their role in the SJC. Yuroic hate politics, caused too many problems, he rather just enjoy peace as a Jedi. He wondered if Asaraa Vaashe Asaraa Vaashe would come, he did try to message her about attending but didn't hear back. He told his Padawan that it would be good for her to attend and interact as a Padawan with the new leadership. He was a Knight, was he a Knight, no he had to be a Jedi Knight. No one would make him a Master, he was not Jedi Master material.

There was people he felt were familiar but couldn't place where he knew them, but he just had to guess that they had been around the temple on Kashyyyk. Yuroic leaned against the bar and sighed, it was so confusing and he suddenly felt very lost and very scared. He could feel the fear hitting him hard. Where was he? Who were these people?
