- Description: Throughout the years, Darth Malphas has taken to gathering a number of individuals who are specially talented in the ways of the Force. Whether it was fate or his own machinations most of these individuals have been women and all are practitioners of the Dark Side of the Force. Specially trained by the Dark Lord they serve as extensions of his will to ensure that his interests are well protected and enforced.
- Headquarters: Illyria, The Confederacy
- Domain: The Sisters of death operate primarily within the bounds of The Confederacy. Most of them find their home on Illyria, however some choose to live and frequent more remote locations.
- Notable Assets: None
- Hierarchy: The sisters of death take their orders from their master, however when placed in situations of hierarchy, seniority is mostly utilized to determine who should lead or craft the decisions for a certain operation. Those who have claimed the mantle of Sith Knight are naturally placed above those yet in the realm of apprentice.
- Membership: The group is kept purposely small. Darth Malphas selects his apprentices with careful discretion, taking only those with true potential in the Dark Side of the Force. Once selected for apprenticeship, whether they know it or not, they will begin a number of trials and tasks to test their will, resolve, and potential.
- Climate: The group is kept out of the public light of the galaxy, so the agents within may maneuver unmolested.
- Reputation: As with all Sith Cults it is surrounded by mystery. The Sith are often given a wide birth in the modern galaxy, unless being contested by their mortal enemies in the light side of the Force.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Sisters of Death was never officially founded. Darth Malphas originally trained two apprentices, two women whose skills in destruction were unparalleled.
Shakti Sweet
and
Xobos Yakieer
were coined as "sisters" in their apprenticeship under Malphas. The Sith Lord took multiple initiatives to find a competent apprentice, even delving into Sith Alchemy to create his own Sith Spawn in the form of Acantha Malvern . As he expanded his avenues to gain followers, he came to realize a particular fire in a number of individuals, most of them being women. He decided to combine their talents into a single elite Force that could serve as his executioner squad. He named these women the Sisters of Death.
