GEOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
SOCIAL INFORMATION
  • Hierarchy:
    • The Monarchy - The Monarchy is the undisputed Head of State for the Illyrian government & the Supreme Commander of the Illyrian Royal Military. Any member of the

Monarchy is capable of taking command of the government & armed forces, however the King and Queen reign supreme over the Monarchy, The Princes and Princesses may only officially hold power and office once they have reached the age of adulthood in Illyria, which is sixteen years of age, however this can be amended based on the state of the nation.
    • The Chancellorship - Below the Monarchy, the Chancellorship is the highest position a member of the High Court can aspire to. The Chancellors serve as the

Chamberlains of the government, essentially managing the day to day duties of the Government. Their duties include hosting the High Court while it is in session, monitoring the High Court, & keeping the Monarchy informed on shifting developments on the planet. The chancellors are selected from the High Court through a vote of majority. The Chancellorship can be held for life, however a vote is called every six years or when one of the chancellors are removed from office. A Chancellor can be removed from office by the Monarchy at any point in time, however unless the Monarchy takes special exception to a Chancellor's actions it requires a three-fourths vote to bring a Chancellor's actions to the Monarchy for removal, the three-fourths vote must also consist of a vote from an opposing Chancellor. At any point in time there can only be two Chancellors of State. The power of the Chancellors can be extended by the Monarchy if necessary.
      • Chancellor of the Aegis
      • Chancellor of the Glaive
    • The High Court - The progressively influential body of Illyria is the Nobility. Lords granted titles and permissions by the Monarchy in the interests of progressing the planet's wealth, status, and economy. The High Court was designed to give the Noble Houses a permission to recognized in the eyes of the Government. The High Court is comprised of a number of seats. A "seat" is the right to be heard by the Monarchy and a right to speak in the halls of the government. If a Noble House has no seats in the Illyrian government then they are not allowed a say on State policies such as taxes, levies, economic changes, military matters. & more. The number of seats in the Illyrian Court is based on the planet's population. Seats are not necessarily a right to decide, however. That power lies only with the Chancellorship and ultimately the Monarchy. A seat is not a physical place or position, instead it is more like a currency that a Noble House can possess. The more seats a Noble House possesses, the more influence they hold at Court. When a Noble House is given a seat or number of seats in Court then it is their duty to elect an Official to represent their interests. There are strict requirements to hold be in Official at Court, the highest one being that you must be a member of the Nobility. You must also be a specialist of some field inclusive to the Illyrian Government. I.E. Lawyer, Doctor, Military Service, Construction, Diplomat, Economist, etc. The Illyrian Court currently has 7,032 seats with 682 Officials of the High Court occupying a little over six thousand of those seats. There are over one thousand seats
      councilaggressive.png
still open to be claimed. Seats are granted to Noble Houses by the Monarchy for faithful service to the planet. This can be interpreted in a number of ways, but often the Chancellor's will bring certain achievements or events to the eyes of the Monarchy and this can result in the performing House to be granted a seat.
      • Officials of the High Court
  • Membership: To become a member of the Monarchy you must be born or married into the ruling House of the planet, House Malvern. To become a Chancellor of the State you must be voted into office. Becoming an Official of the Court requires you be a Professional in some specialization relevant to the government and be a member of a Noble House.
  • Climate: The High Court is a very cutthroat place to those who are not familiar with political setting. Although the overall goal of the Court is the betterment of the planet, there are more than a few people who use it's power to better their own station or the station of their noble house.
  • Reputation: The Illyrian High Court was formed to be a civilized and prosperous government that represents Illyria and her people. They employ numerous diplomats and advisors to ensure their standing with the galaxy is in good taste.
  • Curios: Officials of the Court are given special badges to show their position & number of seats they hold at Court.
  • Rules: On Illyria there is a strict adherence to the Rule of Law & being a State Patriot, sperating yourself from either of these expectations can have you removed from the Court.
  • Goals: The progression of Illyria.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION

Before Illyria was subjugated by Adron Malvern & Alessandra Creed, it was a planet that existed in a state of lawlessness. Noble families skirmished for a chance of claiming control of the world's dwindling economy. Following the Confederacy's intervention and the Malvern line being integrated as the new Monarchy a government plan was put into works. To assure the loyalty and continued efforts of the Noble families who once damaged Illyria so, the Monarchy instilled a system which put some power into the Houses, however it was designed as a way to ensure total power always rested with the Monarchy. Originally the plan did not call for a Chancellorship, however it soon became obvious that running a planet was too difficult to do without someone to see to the administrative sights. Two Chancellors were created, to balance out each other and serve as leaders of the High Court. In recent years the Chancellorship has become a beacon of power for the Noble Houses to aspire to.

Need a proper source link for this image. All this does is show the image itself, with no indication about where it is from or who the artist is. An example would be a link to a Deviantart or Artstation page where the image can be found.

Here's an article that might help you with sourcing the pics.

  • Image Credit: [ Provide credit to the original artist of the images in your submission. Link to the web page where it can be found and state the name of the original artist if possible. Each image used must be credited. Use TinyEye, Google Image Search, or the Image Credit FAQ to help.]

  • Organization Symbol: Link
The symbol must also receive a proper source link in Image Credit.

  • Affiliation: The Illyrian Monarchy, CIS

This is very brief, please expand on it a bit and provide some elaboration. A few lines suffice.

And this is a better source link for the fellow on the left in the same pic: https://vandal.elespanol.com/notici...evo-trailer-de-castlevania-lords-of-shadow-2/

The third pic is apparently from Star Dynasties. Source is here: https://stardynasties.com/all/devlog/game-vision-concepts/
