Prophet of Bogan
In the wake of an assault on Seswenna by a Mandalorian force now identified as the Iron Covenant, reconstruction and restoration efforts had begun almost immediately after the attack had been fully repelled. But not by its civic authorities or even its governor, as the governor themselves and many of the civilian officials have been reported as deceased at present. The handful of such figures which made it offworld during the fighting have attempted to return only to face imprisonment under charges of desertion and cowardice, leaving the remaining officials stranded and now petitioning the Sith Order's Assembly to intervene.
The “authorities” carrying out these arrests and directing planetary efforts at present are the Order of Wonosa, with Darth Strosius Himself having declared their occupation of Seswenna as a necessity to ensure the security of Sith space and monitor the Wild Space border of the Blackwall by citing the attack itself as the prime evidence of such an apparent need. The battered local forces have by and large either been coerced into working with the Wonosans or are too disorganized and weakened from the Mandalorians to refute their occupiers to any meaningful degree.
Already scattered reports of the destruction and defacement of Sepulchral sites and monuments to the Sith Order have filtered from the planet, officially listed as being damaged during the attack in spite of them often being far away from any actual scenes of combat. Most pressingly however has been a leak by one of the planetary defense forces to the Assembly of the construction site of a Rainmaker Cannon and several confirmed sightings of new defensive stations in orbit around the planetary shipyards in spite of them still being in the midst of repair.
Darth Strosius and His forces are digging in and fortifying their occupation of Seswenna, their intent on securing its shipyards and industrial base for themselves all too apparent. Will they persevere or will the calls for aid from the planet’s real officials be heeded?
