+ Turtle + The myriad of shield micropoles and advanced cap drains aid in covering the weak spots along the hull as well as shifting the bulk of the shielding in any direction. Paired with a reinforced hull, the vessel can take a good deal of punishment and direct shield power as needed in any direction.
+ The Sharp End + The ship is full to the brim with offensive weaponry, select ones focused on wearing down shields and hulls in quick order to force cooperation.
+ Queen AI + A unique version resides aboard The Decline. Named Molder, the AI fits the owner of the vessel quite well and grants the vessel superior communication, data, and combat processing capabilities.
+ Microjump + While a risky maneuver in such a large vessel, it allows the ship to readjust quickly should it find itself in a disadvantageous situation.
+ Smoke and Mirrors + The Enigma Pseudointerdictor system grants the vessel the ability to project spatial anomaly readings that would trigger the fail safes in standard hyperdrive systems, forcing the hand of those attempting to escape.
+ Tractor System + The vessel is equipped with simple energy torpedoes that do not have a guidance system by themselves. The tractor guidance system however adds some control in that measure by allowing for the adjustment of the trajectories after the energy torpedoes are deployed.

- Trade Off - The ship is capable of defending itself from missile attacks in some capacity, though lacks considerably in anti-starfighter capacity and relies on surrounding vessels for such protections.
- ION/EMP - With the addition of the Priddy Turret Bases, the weapons attached to them can be knocked out with sufficient energy from either source.
- Belly Up - The most dangerous weapon aboard the ship in its entirety is mounted on the belly of the ship, partly why the vessel lacks in Hangar space. As such, wielding the weapon requires some care given to positioning and keeping said weapon safe.
- Limited Hangar - Another knock to its anti-starfighter capabilities, the vessel is severely lacking in hangar space in lieu of focusing on hull integrity and destructive capabilities.
- Smoke and Mirrors - The largest downfall of the Pseudointerdiction system is that it simply triggers the fail safes of the vessels it is attempting to trick, and by simply ignoring the warnings a vessel is still fully capable of activating it's hyperdrive function to micro-jump or escape.
- Micro-no - If a proper interdiction field or gravity well is functioning nearby, the micro-jump system does not allow the vessel to escape these functions.
- Queen AI - The AI has the potential to go rogue or offline in heavy Ion/EMP attacks. In rogue status, the core will need to be shut down manually, and both cases have potential loss to a large number of systems without proper crew in place to cover the formerly automated systems.

A request from the depths of space, the vessel was to be loosely based upon an Imperial II Frigate until free rein was given to Niki due to a lack of communication for several years. Adding length to the original design, as well as sacrificing hangar space to make the vessel a proper threat in its own right. In the final hours of the design, the AI that had been incorporated into the design finally emerged, apparently sensing the proper form with which to take and better suit the owner Niki had yet to meet.

Ultimately culminating into a heavy cruiser meant to punch above its weight, the vessel lost a significant ability to defend itself from smaller starfighters to combat much larger threats. The Queen AI, Molder made sure to oversee the last additions and specifications before a drop point for the vessel was made known and the vessel set its own course for the pickup. Much to the chagrin of Niki herself.
