- Accessibility: Mostly buried underneath Inyusu Tor, Sullust Base is strictly off limits to non-OPA. There is a spaceport in nearby Pinyumb with rail or speeder transport to the facility's outer gates.
- Description: Sullust Base is the planet's main military bastion and strategic command center. Once this installation was the beating heart of a Gallactic Alliance than spanned much of the known galaxy but when Sullust was conquered by the First Order it was mostly destroyed and left an abandoned ruin. After collapse of Imperial rule the nearby city of Pinyumb was reoccupied by Home Guard forces and over time the site of the original base has been rebuilt into a new OPA facility.
- Command Bunker: At Sullust Base's deepest point there is a shielded bunker with a dedicated uplink to the Home Guard's planetary network. This is one of several secure locations where elements of Alliance Command meet to discuss long term strategy for the OPA.
- Barracks: Living quarters and recreational facilities for garrisoned troops and base personnel. The base is equipped with a state of the art medbay facility that has plenty of space for casualties.

no respectable OPA facility would be complete without its own bar. Starchaser serves the best sullustan gin in the galaxy. - Fortified Tunnels: Complex tunnel networks run like veins through the mountain connecting Sullust Base's various component facilities. These are no dug trenches but engineered corridors reinforced to withstand orbital bombardment.
- Mountainside Facilities: Nestled above ground level there are OPA hangars, vehicles bays, and machine workshops. Self-contained environments keep out Sullust's toxic surface atmosphere.
- Inyusu Tor: A large volcanic mountain on Sullust's surface. The city of Pinyumb is located under the mountain's south side while Sullust Base is dug in along and below Inyusu Tor's northern face.
- Pinyumb: Sullust's second largest urban center and headquarters of the Sullustan Home Guard. The base exists largely to safeguard this key strategic city.
- Rating: Maximum. Sullust Base is a high security OPA facility dug into a volcanic mountain and enjoys natural protection from orbital bombardment. It is a fully sealed environment to protect from the surface's toxic atmosphere. Two large ion emplacements are dug into the mountainside and the base's expansive hangars are filled with starfighters, transports, and gunships. There are also vehicle bays for atmospheric speeders and repulsortanks.

An old GA military installation repurposed for native use, Sullust Base is one of the Outer Planets Alliance's main strongholds. Once upon a time it was a seat of galactic government but now the mountain facility is a sanctuary for the Home Guard and OPA rebels. Destroyed by First Order stormtroopers during the system's Imperial annexation, the foundation remains the same but new infrastructure has replaced much that was too thoroughly damaged.
Sullust Base is located under the north side of volcanic Inyusu Tor just a short speeder ride away from Pinyumb's civilian spaceports to the south. It is guarded by trained Home Guard troops as well as their Partisan allies. Freelancers are strictly monitored for the duration of their stay and the local cantina serves a mean sullustan gin.
