STRENGTHS

• You're Not Done Yet - In addition to the full BioMedical Support System—complete with life support systems, healing agents, combat stimulants, and more—chest piece contains a built-in defibrillation system calibrated specifically to Zabrak anatomy. The defibrillation will activate automatically when the armor's advanced sensors detects that the wearer's hearts have stopped beating, so that the wearer may be revived without the assistance of another person.
• Energy Absorption - The Cortosis-weave reinforcement in the armor plating in combination with specialized Force skills (such as Tutaminis) allows the wearer to more easily disrupt energy, dissipating it across the network to protect against blaster bolts and Force lightning, though prolonged exposure can overload it.
• Fall Damage Absorption -The Lyra Gravity System cushions the wearer's fall damage.
• Enhanced Warrior - The energized and reactive polymer materials incorporated into the base layer of the armor gives the wearer a fourfold strength enhancement. In addition, the Ghost Link allows the wearer to control virtually all of the armor's functions and attached subsystems via mental command.
• Kinetic Warfare - Achieved through a gammaplast-beskar armor construction and an array of miniaturized intrinsic energy shield projectors, the armor has excellent resistance against slugthrowers, vibroblades, and other kinetic threats. The armor also protects against raw kinetic force (or blunt impact) via an integrated shear thickening fluid and an ablative inertial dampener.

WEAKNESSES

• Systems Overload - It is possible to overload the advanced systems within the armor. This can compromise the Ghost Link mental command over the armor's functions and subsystems, the armor becomes slightly more clunky and can limit the wearer's mobility, and the shield projector array might suffer malfunction resulting in significantly reduced resistances.
• Freeze Up - While the armor is rated to protect the wearer from harsh environments (including arctic planets the likes of Hoth and Ilum), it does not do well against cold-based weaponry such as cryogenic weapon systems.
• Tensor - Although the armor is optimized to mitigate damage from most forms of energy-based assaults, tensor weapons are the exception. In firing compressed tractor beam waves, they can bypass most of the defenses and affect the wearer's body at a cellular level, with the potential to cause severe injury or outright death.

DESCRIPTION
Haro Aven built this chest piece as a gift for Naamino Zuukamano during their time together at Kor'ethyr Academy on Korriban. The main purpose behind the armor was to design something that would keep his Zabrak friend as safe as possible during his increasingly dangerous campaigns for the Sith Order. Far more lightweight, comfortable, and concealable than the full Taral-type Sith Trooper Armor Mk. II it was inspired by, the chest piece would allow Naamino more protection in a wider variety of situations. In addition, the BioMedical Support System was specially calibrated to be compatible with Naami's Zabrak anatomy and included additional built-in failsafe emergency functions to aid in worst case scenarios.
