Private New Dawn

Kreslin sat on a small stack of crates, recently offloaded by the transport just now departing from the hangar of the Cabur, the first completed vessel of the new Cabur Class Frigates designed by the Mandalorian Union. The vessel was small, especially compared to some of the other warships built by the factions of the galaxy. However, as he looked around the hangar, at the various Mando'ade as they went about their tasks, he could feel nothing but pride. Their people had only just begun rebuilding from the catastrophe the Sith Empire had dealt them, and yet they had been able to pull together and create this ship.

Glancing up, he spotted the approaching vessel of the man Kreslin had been expecting, and he pushed himself off the crate he was sitting on. While the Cabur was a good vessel, it was currently the only dedicated warship within the Union's fleet, and if it came to open conflict before they were ready, they would be impossibly outgunned. To that end, while a few other vessels were under construction in the Union's limited shipyard space, Kreslin had requested to meet with one of their newest members.

Turning his eyes to Torrack Torrackstur Torrack Torrackstur near by, he flicked his head towards the approaching vessel. Though he wore his full armor and helmet, his body language gave off an air of controlled excitement. Depending on how this meeting went, his people could very well secure for themselves the means to fight their enemies on multiple fronts, and begin carving out a new corner of the galaxy for all those who followed the Resol'nare. "Rally Master, would you see to the honor guard for our guests arrival?"

This was a new dawn for the young and independent nation, clans were joining the Union left and right. One of the bigger clans was Awaud, a clan that specifically was specialized for fleet combat. Joining the nation at the feast, the nation would likely have their best combat pilots form from this clan. A new era of mandalorian unity was rising, if the Mandalorian Union were to function they would need a space force. Such a force would include a fleet, but also a marine core. The gamorean had by this point already trained several regiments of the minute men, and more elite units like the 57th mortar platoon, and the Midr Karilyar crew. With the marine core likely pulling from both Clan Awaud and Clan Australis, tho with Awaud recovering it would take awhile before a significant amount would join this core. The most important thing was that the Union would have elite combat pilots who valued the resol'nare.

The mandalorian had run into Jaster briefly from time to time, such as the campaign againest the sith on Onderon. Where they had to work together to fight zombies and protect his A'lor. Who called for the operation on that bloody planet in the first place. Perhaps the A'lor also remembered the veteran drunk at the feast celebrating the great hunt on Myrkr, which represented the founding of the Union. Many things had changed since then, from leading the most elite tank crew of the union to being known as a harsh Rally Master training the majority of newly formed units. The greenskinned being had made a name for himself, and earned his place as leader of the Mandalorian Union Honor guard a force in charge of guarding important individuals in the union. Tho they had other functions regarding things of more sensitive nature should they be tasked with such missions.

It would be disrespectful to not show the honorguard at full force, since this would be their great debut at such a historic meeting as this. Jaster Awaud was an older grizzled veteran compared to the boar and had proven his fighting capacity. Being an who he was he also held major power being in charge of one of the major house's and clan's. Likely on some crazy mission, the crude warrior would likely work as a protection detail for this figure. Snorting and squeaking he would nod at the warmaster who had prepared this meeting. Suddenly the well armed and well trained guard was in formation. Ready to escort them to where they would discuss things privately.

- In the space near the United Clans warship and their transportation of goods, a small battle group exited Hyperspace near them. There were a total of four ships that were there. The leading ship was a Fleet Carrier that Jaster himself was on, the Jaraden-Class Fleet Carrier. A ship named after his younger brother, a brilliant man who was lost during the siege of Mandalore along with his other brother, Jake. Many of the other ships that the UTC designed were around the Fleet Carrier, as support or escort ships to for proper fleet action. Another ship was the Solace-Class Heavy Cruiser, an escort missile cruiser that was meant to assist with the protection of the Fleet Carrier. An indirect support cruiser that was not meant to fight in the front lines, but capable of taking on larger capital ships from a distance. A smaller craft there was the Jansserie-Class Shield Corvette, one of Jasters most igneous inventions that allowed him to win most of his engagements. The shield corvette used state of the art RDS Shield Generator, capable of projecting a massive single directional shield that can deflect all forms of weapons. The only counter to this ships is against starfighters and bombers, of which it is defenseless against. The final ship was an experimental ship that the Company was working on. It was a massive Supply and Repair ship that could be brought to the front line to assist with invasions and repairs of capital ships in the field.

- Jaster took over a Kom'rk over to the Frigate as well as being escorted by two Awaud Superior Wing and a TCW-09 Proton Torpedo Bomber. The Torpedo Bomber specialized in dropping Sondari Dumb Torpedo that were stealth torps that were unable to be seen on scanners. They only flew in a strait line, but if they hit, they were known for busting a hole in any capital ship.

- The Alor of House Awaud brought these weapons of destruction to the mandalorians to show case the ships he could bring to the table. He liked what he has seen in the meeting with the other of the Union. It was a time where many Clans were taking their own claim to reclaim Mandalore, but to see many wish to join forces to get back at the sith was nice. House Awaud had never taken sides during conflicts involving the Mandalorian people, but after being restricted he was forced to see what the galaxy would look like if he did not act. He was given a new power, and new tools to take on the Sith and Jedi, and he could not let them dictate the future of the galaxy. He would loose no more family members by staying neutral.

- Jaster landed in the Hanger Bay with his transport along with a small escort of his Supercommandos. He was wearing his Alor Armor and even wore his helmet. However, once he saw the other Alor and a member of Clan Austrailis he took his helmet off. His cybernetic face and glowing red eye zoomed over to the pair and he smiled a little. "Greetings Alor Kreslin, wonderful to see you again." He gestured over to the ships landing behind him. "I have brought the ships as you wanted, a fleet of ships to arm the Union of Clans."

Kreslin watched as the small fleet of warships exited hyperspace, his helmets enhanced vision tracking and marking each new contact, though at the distance it was little more than simply noting something was there now. Not for the first time, Kreslin thought about the sheer vastness of space. Even though the Cabur and the Awaud fleet were relatively close together, there would still hundreds of kilometers distance between the ships, and that was a absurdly short distance in terms of space travel. The overwhelming thoughts of space discomforted Kreslin, and he longed to be back on the surface of a planet somewhere.

He desires would have to wait though as the transport carrying Jaster Awaud Jaster Awaud approached, escorted by the the small formation of starfighters. He tilted his head slightly in confusion at the sight of them, though he did not dwell on it. As the Honor Guard formed up at the waiting transport, forming two lines to either side of the lowering ramp, Kreslin stepped forward. He came to stand in between the last 2 members of the Honor Guard in formation, one of whom was a member of his own Clan, the distinctive armorweave cloak that all warriors of Clan Westwind wore easily evident.

As Jaster approached him and spoke, Kreslin inclined his head briefly in a bow of welcome, acceptance, and thanks. House Awaud and its associated Clan's and allies were a major military force in the galaxy, one of the few not firmly aligned with one of the factions constantly jostling for control of space. The Union was growing in size and strength, slowly at first, but with a steadily growing trajectory as of recent weeks. The meeting, to see if House Awaud could be brought fully into the fold, would put the Union far closer to the objective that had brought them all together. The goal that drove Kreslin every day, and would be completed at all costs.

The liberation of Mandalore, and the creation of a new Mandalorian Nation for his people.

"I thank you, A'lor Jaster. The tales of House Awaud's might do not do the real thing justice, now that I have a chance to see it. I extend guests to you and your warriors while you are here, and would like to offer refreshment and sustenance in my quarters, where we can discuss matters in comfort. Your men shall be taken care of as well, I assure you."

There was much to discuss, especially with Torrack's ideas of a marine core. Assortment of ships brought to show what the clan had to offer also helped bring confidence. The space force of the union was in great and capable hands, Kreslin wanted to move the discussion to his quarters. It would be up to the honor guard detail to provide security while the three would talk alone. Snorting and sniffing about with his piggy nose, the t-visor would scan over the visiting A'lor. He was a cyborg, and it was obvious he was a veteran of many conflicts from his knee injury that was visible. An A'lor that had the balls to fight with his men was one to be respected, one that knew how to get other mandalorians to follow him. Part of being a leader is reading a room, and knowing how to gain love and respect of your warriors. In the eyes of the gamorean, that was how one could get mandalorians to follow their leader anywhere. Despite this injury, it was not noticeable unless one was looking for weaknesses. Such as injuries and the like, to an untrained eye, Jaster walked normally and without problem. But the rally master was now the leader of the honor guard, and needed to not let any detail pass by. It was his job to analyze those he would need to protect, as a security detail it was his damned job.

"Welcome to the party, squeak squeak we have met briefly on Onderon. hoink hoink Perhaps you will remember all the mortar barrages I ordered to clear your path? squeak squeak I am Torrack, hoink hoink Australis , leader of the honorguard. We will be working together more often. squeaky squeak" . The accent was clear, this was a gamorean, known for being one of the strongest physically, and also known for having the worst manners. Despite this however, no rudness was in sight. Then when his hand was raised to shake the A'lor, a large and wet fart escaped the bowls of the armored berserker. Rather then excusing one's self the piggy laughed in forms of pig snorting and squeaking. Some stereotypes tend to be more true then others, and it was obvious this one described the mannerisms of the crusader well. Despite it obviously being rude, how could one not laugh?

- Jaster nodded to the three there to greet him, it was rather interesting to see where this was to go. House Awaud was one of the few Mandalorian Great Houses that did not suffer too much at the hands of the Sith Invasion of Mandalore. Except for the loss of his younger brothers and a few key individuals, House Awaud was able to escape the planet. However, for the last few months they were leaderless. Many just disappeared back into the shadows of deep space and lived on the City Ship that was House Awaud Homestead. Members of his family were not warriors for the most part, they were spacers and traders. They only ever took up the Beskar when they were called upon. United Trade Conglomerate was their lively hood, it was how they lived between the wars. Engineers, Techs, and Pilots, that was who House Awaud was made up of. Refugees, Run Away's, and those displaced, all were adopted into House Awaud through the long years of his long and unending life.

- Yet here he was, standing with the leader of a group of Mandalorian Liberators that were looking to take back their home. True, it was his dream for his House to command an Orbital Station above the planet, make it their new Homestead. But was he really willing to sacrifice those who followed him and looked to his leadership. Was it really time to grow roots with this chaotic time with so many enemies breathing down their necks.

- He snapped out of it and nodded to the Alor as well as the captain of his Honor Guard. "It is a pleasure to meet the both of you," He smiled to them both and nodded when Torack Australis Torack Australis let loose before him. He was the Alor of a Space Nomad Clan, such things happened all the time, even in the enclosed space of a ship with 1,000 sleeping within a ship meant for half that. "I assure the stories are probably exaggerated, our travels of the Unknown Region are little more then exploration and mapping out the region," He waved his hand and the Supercommandos walked back to the ship, "Please pay no mind to my men, they will just be getting weapons that we may also have to offer, please lead the way Alor Kreslin."

- As the Alor lead the way he turned to Vod Torack, "Ahh yes, I do remember you Rally Master Torack, without your help my Orbital Drop would have not lasted long, my Ori'ramikad wished me to thank the commander that got our asses out of that mess." Jaster nodded and put his hand behind his back as they continued to walk.

- He looked back to Alor Kreslin Westwind Kreslin Westwind , "So, just to keep you informed, the ships my company produce are mostly starfighter focused, I do not really create Star Destroyers or large ships of war, I follow a doctrine of Air and Space Supremacy through close air support, will that be enough to fill the gap within the Unions Military?"
