SETTING INFORMATION
  • Space Station Name: Naval Station Lequabis
  • Station Model: Validusia-Type Naval Station
  • Classification: Naval Base & Refueling and Refitting Facility
  • Location: Upper Atmosphere of a Gas Giant within the Lequabis System
  • Affiliation: The Final Dawn
  • Population: Heavy
  • Demographics: The Personnel of the Seeratter Listening Post are largely comprised of Humans and Near-Humans
  • Accessibility: Naval Station Lequabis can be easily located due to it's position within the Upper Atmosphere of a Gas Giant in the Lequabis System. It is heavily guarded by a massive fleet and access is restricted to those with the proper clearance codes which are constantly updated to prevent "unwanted" visitors from infiltrating the Naval Station.
  • Traffic: High
  • Description: Naval Station Lequabis is a massive Neo-Imperial Fueling Platform built by the Final Dawn with the sole purpose of providing it's vast armada with a major staging ground/shipyard for the execution of future campaigns against the Galactic Alliance and the construction of new warships to sustain such military operations. With a similar design to the Imperial Era Naval Station Validusia, which itself held a similar purpose, common features across Naval Station Lequabis include spars and channels that primarily hold fuel tanks along with large docking arm clamps capable of holding the mighty Battlecruisers of the Final Dawn Starfleet. These docks are primarily utilized to build new warships for the Final Dawn as well as provide already-built warships within the Final Dawn Navy with repairs and refitting.
POINTS OF INTEREST
  • Fuel Tanks | Located underneath the many arms of the Naval Station Lequabis, are various Fuel Tanks of different shapes, from from large spherical containers to pillshaped containers which collectively contain enough Fuel to keep the entire defending fleet supplied for half a decade.
  • Drydock Facilities | Located along the many arms of Naval Station Lequabis are various drydock facilities including various angled areas and flat beds utilized for docking procedures along with at least 17 docking bays, six square shaped and 11 rectangular shaped, for smaller craft and warships.
  • Command Center | The Main Bridge of Naval Station Lequabis, dictating flight traffic in and around the station and was the main hub of communication from the station to other Final Dawn-affiliated outposts, stations, and fleets.
  • Hangars | Located along various portions of Naval Station Lequabis are various Hangar Bays utilized for storing both Support Ships and Starfighters to keep the Station supplied and protect it from enemy assaults respectively.
  • Storage Facilities | Located deep within the Naval Station Lequabis are large storage facilities containing the legions of Glory-II Dark Troopers in the protection of the Station.

SECURITY
Maximum | Because of it's importance to the plans of the Final Dawn as a potential staging area for future offensives against the Galactic Alliance, Naval Station Lequabis is guarded by a large fleet consisting of 8 Tyrant-Class Star Destroyers (Each carrying 3 TIE/fd Fighter, 3 TIE/fdT Terminator and 2 TIE/fdA Annihilator Squadrons) , 3 Supremacy Mark-I Star Destroyers (Each carrying 9 TIE/fd Fighter Squadrons) , 2 Praetorian-Class Star Destroyers (Each carrying 4 TIE/fd Fighter, 3 TIE/fd Interceptor and 3 TIE/fdA Annihilator Squadrons) and 2 Princeps Mark-II Heavy Battlecruisers (25 TIE/fd Fighter and 14 TIE/fd Interceptor Squadrons) with an additional HAUL-H Superfreighter which serves as a support vessel, that often transports fuel to the Naval Station to keep it in a position to provide constant supplies to the fleet gathered there. In addition to it's large fleet, the interior of Naval Station Lequabis is protected by a large force consisting of over 10,000 soldiers both organic and non-organic including Sith Troopers, Purge Troopers and Elite Raptor Commandos along with Glory-II Dark Troopers with additional internal defenses including various internal security systems such as Intruder Detectors, Security Cameras, Security Turrets, Long-Range Scanners and finally Advanced Internal Ray Shields along with a few internal protection systems such as an advanced Fire Control Grid, Breach Repair Modules and Network Intrusion Countermeasures which serve as countermeasures against any boarding parties allowing for a minimization of causalities during enemy attacks.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
After the destruction of Panatha, word reached the Final Dawn that the Eternal Empress, Ingrid L'lerim had mysteriously disappeared during the chaotic battle and was presumed either dead or imprisoned by the Maw. At the time, this did not concern the Central Committee and the High Regent who expected either a Regent to be installed and for efforts to find the missing Empress to be undertaken without any possibility of internal unrest wreaking havoc across the Eternal Empire. However, their beliefs were soon debunked shortly afterwards especially after two key events.

The First of these two events was High Regent Marlon Sularen's meeting with a Mawite Warlord by the name of Onrai who shared her thoughts on how the Eternal Empire was on it's knees and that it was on the verge of collapse which was in stark contrast to what had been expected from both the High Regent and the Central Committee. Although eyebrows were raised and the Final Dawn started to keep a closer eye on the Eternal Empire, action was finally taken after a second event during a summit of many Mawite Warlords called upon by Kyrel Ren, a rival of Sularen. During this summit, the topic of the possible partition of the Eternal Empire came up with both Onrai and another Mawite Warlord, Zachariel Steelblood arguing over the fate of the Eternal Empire and more strangely it's missing Eternal Empire.

Now certain that the Eternal Empire's collapse was inevitable, Marlon Sularen devised Project Aftermath, an ambitious operation designed to ensure that in the event of the Eternal Empire's collapse, the Final Dawn along with it's allies within the Maw such as the Krath, Death's Hand and the Cult of Onrai would end up receiving a considerable part of former Eternal Imperial territory. The only issue was the Galactic Alliance, which was expected to launch some sort of intervention should the Maw try to take advantage of the chaos triggered by the Eternal Empire's collapse. As such the High Regent required a means to both keep an eye on the Alliance's Fleet movement and create a proper staging area for any pre-emptive strike against Alliance forces planning to attack the Maw.

With the creation of the Seeratter Listening Post, the Final Dawn moved forth to create a larger facility which could serve as a staging area for future offensives against either the Eternal Empire or the Alliance or potentially both...
