Liberty Finds a Way | Stygian Campaign Commendations

[Spirit of Prosperity]

The Galactic Alliance’s Stygian Campaign against the Sith Empire was hard-fought. Early victories at Korriban and Felucia lulled the Alliance into believing the campaign would be short and decisive. Successfully defending Byss further emboldened the Starbird.

Their folly was revealed at Ziost and Tiss’sharl, where the Alliance underestimated the resolve of their enemies. Insult was added to injury when the Alliance suffered heavily during their evacuation from Ziost.

The Alliance retreated to the Core for a period of introspection. Looking to their past for inspiration, they drew on the spirit of the Rebel Alliance and led an uprising of Krayiss II. The victory, coinciding with invasions by the New Imperial Order, Ashlan Crusade, and in a surprising twist the Brotherhood of the Maw, finally brought the Stygian Campaign to a close.


Awards:

The Stygian Campaign Citation is presented to all Galactic Alliance and allied personnel who participated in one or more of the following invasions: Korriban & Felucia; Byss; Ziost & Tiss’Sharl; Ziost II; Krayiss.

The Order of Chandra is presented to the following individuals for outstanding and sustained service to the Alliance throughout the Stygian Campaign. Only through their tireless service, unwavering loyalty and resolute determination was the scourge of the Sith Empire finally defeated.

The Skywalker Order of Merit is awarded to those who have shown extraordinary acts of valor in the field of battle. Named for Luke Skywalker, who helped save the galaxy from the more dire moments of despair, and Leia Organa Skywalker who distinguished herself as a heroic leader of the fight against the Empire.

For her steadfast vision and leadership throughout the entire Stygian Campaign, the Skywalker Order of Merit is awarded to Chancellor Adhira Chandra

The Star of Coruscant is a special distinction and one of the highest honors of the Alliance, given to a member of the faction who paid the ultimate sacrifice in defense of our people.

The Alliance Cross is presented to members of the Galactic Alliance and allies who are wounded in service while engaging in military or covert operations.

The Signet of Fidelity is awarded to those allied forces of the Triumvirate who have served valiantly in defense of the members of the treaty. These individuals prove that even the greatest of differences can be overcome by a common commitment.
