DESCRIPTION
Corvo’s personal starfighter, he purchased the Star Viper after leaving Eshan’s Naval Defense Force, preferring the ship for its firepower and agility. In the years since, he’s so heavily modified the Ipheion, that it bears little resemblance to the stock variation. Armor, shield, weapons, thrusters, were all improved, but he continued tweaking the ship, adding additional maneuvering foils, each with their own shield emitters and thrusters, allowing for even more fine tune adjustments mid-flight and turning the Ipheion almost into an extension of his will. He can fly and maneuver her as though the ship were his body, reacting and acting on an instinctual level.

Since he often flies solo or in a supporting role for the Amarrnth, Corvo also added stealth elements to the Ipheion, easiest were engine baffles for the main drives and a stealth polymer coating which served him well in hiding from sensors. But to hide from the eye when in visual range, the Echani eventually added photo-reactive cells to his fighter which warp the surrounding light to render the ship nearly invisible in nearly any environment. Combined with sound baffles to muffle flight noises, Corvo can be practically atop someone while they’re still looking for a ship kilometers distant.
