"Are you good at learning visually?" the Knight inquired curiously as he led Gherron to the training hall.

"It would be easier that way"

"I've learned to etch and listen, rather than running my mouth." Gherron gave a light chuckle. "So yea, I can do that."

"You stopped running your mouth?" he joked, chuckling. "Good. This will be a movement mimicking exercise, and then we'll try a sparring session"

"Alright." Gherron walked into the courtyard, making sure they had space. "Ready when you are."

He chuckled. "Alright, watch carefully" he said.

And he drew his lightsaber, the dark blue blade humming as it ignited. He took a breath, making a few slashes and motions in the style.

Gherron drew his own weapon, a pale blue blade springing forth. After watching his master slowly, he mimicked the moves in quick succession.

He smirked a bit, before quickening his strikes in the style.

Still watching with the steadiness he had learned to appreciate, Gherron sped up his actions as well. He was intent on proving himself to his master.

Josh smirked before he went to a few more complicated moves, using the force a bit as he flipped gracefully in the air, striking in patterns as he did so.

Gherron did his best to duplicate the new moves, and did pretty well. Unfortunately, he timed his leap wrong and wound up Fallon on his left arm. "Ouch." Grimacing painfully, he got back up and continued the motions.

Josh stopped as Gherron fell, chuckling a bit.

"Practice makes perfect" he said.

And with that, he did the flip and slash in mid-air again, letting Gherron attempt it again.

The second time Gherron tried it, he executed the move perfectly, smiling as he did so. "Agreed."

He laughed. "There you go!" he said, stopping to clap a bit.

"Thanks." Gherron smirked and repeated the maneuver. "What's next?"

He smirks as he pointed his lightsaber at his new Padawan.

"Now we duel"

"Awesome." Gherron smiled and took his ready stance, keeping his lightsaber in front of him as a guard.

Josh smirked as he pointed at Gherron, motioning for his fingers for the Padawan to come at him.

Gherron shook his head. "Isn't the premise of Soresu to defend, not attack?"
