with the Lilaste fleet growing more and more prominent, holes in the composition began to form, one of those holes was the need for a newer up-to-date Star destroyer while the Centurion was reliable its outdated design left much to be desired. So, the R&D team aboard Aurora Station set out to work on a new, modern design. Taking inspiration from the success of the Air'mar heavy cruiser, based on its design for its weapon placement and firing arches. The Edaar class star destroyer is built to take as much damage as physically possible with three layers of SeiguriumHull and an additional layer of armor plating. The hull was designed to bend and warp before outright breaking, leaving many of the test frame's outer hull warped/ dented and bent yet still capable of flight if not a return journey home. Just another prime example of Lilaste order Quality over Quantity
