The Lilaste Order is a Semi Militarized Faction. Founded by Laphisto Gix and his Apprentice, Jacen Law. The order is focused on both Light and Dark side users working and living together in a co-existence. Their focus is on restoring true Balance to the galaxy, starting with a headquarters in the Kalinda system. They found and reclaimed an old republic Repair yard and a fleet of mothballed ships.
The members of the Lilaste Order are free to practice any and all forms of the force, even mixing them on some occasions. Knowledge is Considered a free right under the Lilaste order. Force-sensitive members are given all the tools needed to learn and hone their skills in both Light and Dark side powers/ abilities. Younger members are taught and trained on how to control their emotions. They are not taught to shy away from emotion or to stamp it out entirely, instead being given the training to help keep a balance within themselves. This training is broadened towards younger members who seek to learn Darkside-orientated skills.
Much like the Mandalorians of the old days, The Lilaste order puts faith and honor into Family Names. Combining the Solidarity of the Mandalorians of old with the will to Protect and defend not just each other but branching it out to the Wider Galaxy, following a Modified Version of the Resol'nare, the Members of the Lilaste order take on a Warrior like Culture with a Value to life.
All individuals are required and expected to contribute to the Lilaste Order in one way or another. If Someone cannot find anything to do, they will be given a job that needs extra manpower. Most commonly, an Individual is born into their role. Depending on the role of their parents. For example, a farmer is born a farmer, and a soldier is born a soldier. And each child is raised and trained to do the role of their parents up until they reach adolescence. They are then given trials to help them decide what they want to do/ where they truly belong. They may then choose another profession if they wish, and they can remain where they were born. Each Individual is born into a family, Which is presented with a family crest on their Armor or, in some cases, Branded upon their Right shoulder. A family's status is usually represented by their task/ job, though there is no prejudice against any task, as every type of job is seen as important as the next. The gears all turn together in harmony.
