- Fyrirdögun is a naturally occurring ore in Netherworld located in the Valkyrja's and in the Ashlanic afterlife's domains. It is a greyish, silverish or blackish and crumbly ore. This is its original form.
- The ore melts at a high temperature, and after melting it can be shaped and formed as desired. It also gains its properties in this form as an actual metal.
- It protects very well against many materials and effects, so it is made into perfect armour and melee weapons. But it is also perfect for making droids or ships, it is worth noting that the metal is heavily lightsaber resistant.
- Ore and metal are also lighter in weight than metals with similar properties.
- Last but not least, the metal also has a very good natural ability, thanks to which the metal is able to regenerate itself.
- Resilient: The Fyrirdögun provides protection against a lot of things like energy based attacks, lightsaber attacks, kinetic attacks and EMP/ion attacks and environmental effects like heat, cold, vacuum, pressure etc. Due to its high resistance, it can be perfect for melee weapons (lightsaber resistant weapons), armours, droids, safes and even for ships.
- Light Weight: Another very advantageous feature of Fyrirdögun is that it has very light weight among metals. Thus, weapons, objects and armour made of it will be lighter than if they were made of other metals with similar nature.
- Regeneration: The metal has a pleasant ability that allows it to regenerate naturally. This property is retained even when alloyed with other materials.
- Metal: Since it is metal, metal detectors, weapon search detectors can easily find the things that are made of it. It is therefore advisable to take appropriate precautions against this.

The Fyrirdögun, naturally occurring metal in the Netherworld, is found in the mountains of the Valkyrja's and the Children of Ashla's domains. The metal is easy to recognize because it is porous, grey, or black in colour. It does not have the ability to regenerate in its natural state, as it is usually heavily contaminated with other substances. The blacksmiths and craftsmen of the two races, when they wanted to use the metal, realised that during the metallurgical processes, when they were cleaned, regeneration abilities appeared.
The metal itself is quite lightweight; it melts at a high temperature and in the molten state is the easiest to clean and create the actual metal from it. Later, once in a solid state, it is easy to remelt, so they can be shaped at any time later. The metal is extremely resistant in solid form; however, it is easy to work with while it is still heated.
As it is light in weight and extremely resistant and able to regenerate, it is also excellent for weapons and armour. But it can also be a raw material for droids, spaceships, and other equipment. The ore itself is not very difficult to mine and there is a lot of it, the metallurgical processes are not particularly difficult either, but even HPI helps the two species in this. Ore and metal are silver, greyish, or black in colour, but can be easily repainted or combined with other materials to achieve the effect (recolouring).
Because they produce and mine much more of this than the two species need, metal can also be purchased at Realspace through HPI, and HPI also uses it in large quantities.
