I have currently disabled the e-mail notification system. I'm testing server resources and I'm not sure we're going to be able to support e-mail notifications. It's a bit too intensive due to the high volume of traffic. I'll let you know if things change.
For example, we crossed 4,000 e-mails sent since I turned the service back on 48 hours ago. I didn't expect such a large volume and I can't continue to provide for that large volume with my limited resources. It's not a server fault issue, it's a "how much will it cost to provide it" issue.
