STANDARD FEATURES
ADVANCED SYSTEMS
STRENGTHS
  • Speedy Boi: Equipped with a 0.52 hyperdrive rating, the Comet is quite fast.
  • You Feelin' Lucky, Punk?: The Comet is heavily armed with turbolasers and other weaponry. Pew pew!
WEAKNESSES
  • Spiky Boi: The design of the Comet significantly impedes its maneuverability, making it difficult to pass through tight spaces and avoid space debris.
  • Made of Isinglass: The entire ship is made of isinglass for aesthetic purposes. Alas, this means the ship has all the structural weaknesses of the material, particularly its low tolerance for magic, and it overall is not ideal for defense against enemy fire.
  • Fuel Guzzler: The hyperdrive is fast, but also requires a great deal of energy to function. Keep your fuel tank full, unless you want to wind up losing artificial gravity as power is diverted to the engine.
DESCRIPTION
The new owners of For All Season are continuing the production of new starships, motivated by a shared disgust with the modern spacefaring landscape. Everything looks the same or is still basing designs on stuff manufactured eight centuries ago. Boooring. This project aims to make vessels that are more visually distinct than the usual fare, while not sacrificing functionality.

The Comet-class corvette, so named because it looks like a shooting star, is quite a striking vessel. The ship is constructed entirely out of the material known as isinglass, an alchemized substance designed for starships. While its design impedes maneuverability and its defenses are a little lacking, the Comet boasts heavy weaponry and a fast hyperdrive.
