Ord Radama

Vrak watched as the distant purple orb of Ord Radama began to fill the viewport of The Tyrant. A small smile touched his lips, his eyes focused on the searing lights in the southern hemisphere of the city.

"Prepare our forces." He spoke curtly, quickly.

Time was of the essence, here especially.

The Resurgent Empire was one again on the move, though this time not towards the Silver Jedi Order. They had conquered Dromund Kaas, taken back their ancient capital, and now they struck out at a new foe; The Dominion. Long had it been within the works. They had surrounded the Empire, curtailed it's progress and sought to trap them. It was a move of brilliance, though one that had always been fated to end in conflict. The Empire would not be contained, it would not be held by a thin planetary line. They were Sith, expansion was within their blood.

The Council had voted overwhelmingly to stage an attack, and so without a moment of hesitation the fleets had been gathered. Unlike Kaas this would be no meager force, this would be a driving spear directly into the heart of everything.

Simultaneous assaults were taking place all across the Sector.

The sectors crown jewel of Serenno was being headed by the Sphere of war, taken upon the warriors of the Empire like no other goal. Kushiban would burn at the hands of the sphere of Knowledge, and Ord Radama? It would serve a more unique purpose.

The Tyrant crept forward towards the plant, his lips thinning as he turned away from the viewport and began to stalk back towards the bridge's exit. Those that had accompanied him would know why they were here. Centuries ago Vitiate had sent a fleet headed by Darth Malgus to this world, That fleet had suffered heavily, it's core nearly destroyed and it's flagship crashing on the surface of Ord Radama. It was said that at the time of it's fall the Flagship Devastator held an object of great power, and that was why they were here.

Vrak would claim whatever it was Malgus had left behind, and with it he would take Serenno.

The Blade of Fate hung idyllically in space, its mighty frame silhouetted by the light of a nearby star. Deep within its gullet in a secluded chamber sat the Sith Lord Darth Carnifex, his body bereft of clothing as he knelt before an altar adorned with various Sith ornamentation and trinkets. A Sith chalice flanked either side, and from their rounded bodies billowed forth dark and fouls smelling incense that filled the entire room with the pungent odor of death. It was the first time since his bodily swap that he had performed the ancient rite in preparation for combat, his new flesh was unmolested by scars or burns like the previous one was and only the faintest evidence of Dark Side corruption had manifest, primarily in his eyes which were a rich golden hue.

In a deep and gravelly voice he recited ancient incantations in the language of the Sith, the haunting words echoing through the smoke-wreathed chamber as a pair of robed servants emerged from the darkness carrying pots of oil and ragged strips of cloth. They knelt beside the Sith Lord, dipping their rags into the oil and began to smear the substance across his muscled body. Meticulously they worked to cover every inch of the Lord's body with the blessed oils, relentless scrubbing him down until his skin shone with wetness.

Afterwards they departed back into the shadows, taking their pots and cloth with them. But it would not be long until they returned with the individual pieces of his Sith armor hoisted upon pillows of the finest silk, the metals having been also rubbed down with the same oil that now adorned the Lord's skin. However; before he could be dressed there was one last rite to enact, that of self-inflicted agony. Carnifex crossed both arms in front of his chest, his fingers gripping the flesh of his pectorals as lightning erupted from them, arcs of energy dancing across his body before the oil itself caught alight and began to burn a dull blue that spread across his body.

The oil was unique in the fact that while it burned it did not cause physical damage to the Sith Lord's body, nor did it actually burn away hair. It was designed in a manner that it would cause excruciating pain via the nerve ends in the epidermis the longer it burned. Carnifex's mouth opened wide in a terrible cry as his body was wracked with unimaginable pain, but through it all he maintained the direct application of lightning to his flesh long enough for the oil to eventually burn away and leave behind skin that steamed with heat. It was only then, as the Sith Lord was doubled over in pain, that the servants moved in to dress him in his armor and robes.

It took awhile for the Dark Lord to finally catch his breath, but by the time he did he was already dressed. He merely had to rise and accept his weapons as they were presented to him, his lightsabers and his battle-staff. The Scepter of Iniquity had its head covered by a dampening cloth so that the terror-inducing effects of the skull could not continuously radiate out to drive his crewmen, and his allies, insane. He would wait until he was planet-side to unleash its terrible power, perhaps while he was in the thick of battle against the enemies of the Sith. For now he would rejoin his compatriots, his uncle Braxus and the Mand'alor Vilaz.

Among them was a new addition, Samka Derith, Master of the Knights of Ren. She had confided in him a desire to fight to her full potential, beyond the restrictions and honor codes of the First Order. So when the eve of the attack on Serenno drew nigh, he invited her to his flagship so that she may partake in the carnage and revelry that was to commence. He greeted them all with a firm pound of his right fist against his left breast, and bowed his head in recognition to all of them.

"The hour draws close, friends. Dominion blood will be spilled this day."

"There will only, and I mean only, be true peace when the Empire reinstates its iron fist over the galaxy."​

These words rang true throughout the though processes of the Imperial Grand Moff, he had said them long ago during the failed peace conference between several powers on the capital of the Sacred Lotus Order. One Grand Admiral defecting, one Imperial Fleet missing, and one Empire of the Hand later, and Tanomas was beginning to feel as if Mand'alor the Exile has been right in attempting to assassinate the man known as Lucien Irridius. While those who had chosen to stay at the conference sat idly and twiddled their thumbs, the Galactic Empire stood to the challenge of toppling the imitation of the Old Republic, the Dominion.

Daring to ally with chaotic forces, the Resurgent Sith Empire; Graf had exercised his right as Grand Admiral of the Imperial Navy and incumbent Grand Moff of the Imperial Government by fetching the now-completed INV Pellaeon, the first Admonitor-class Star Dreadnought produced by the prosperous Imperials. Having gathered a fleet of the Empire's finest starships and their respective commanders, Graf gathered his forces with those of the Sith and was now staring at the azure tunnel of hyperspace along a five kilometer expanse of durasteel, titanium, and quadanium.

"Admiral, the escort fleet will be coming out of hyperspace before us shortly to act as an advance guard, as you requested before we made the jump to lightspeed." Commander Sallaros reported, glancing at the aged man over her datapad. Tanomas nodded to her, opening his mouth to speak "Very good. Tell the commanders of the Lancer frigates to prepare to engage the Scorpion Maneuver once we revert, it'll be a nasty surprise for the Dominion's subpar navy."

Immediately after the commander acknowledged and left to relay the orders did the super star destroyer leave hyperspace, the blue tunnel evaporating into the darkness of space, stars peppering the canvas. The Imperial flagship formed up behind its escort fleet, knowing full well that the interlopers would be registered on whatever sensor web the Dominion had down on Serenno. They were challenging them to come out and fight them, but little did they know that they were not the only ships coming to fight...

Lucien stared out of the viewport at the planet below. Serenno. It was a beautiful jewel of green and blue and it had recently been announced as The Republic’s new capital. The sector fleet and the dread guard would see that nothing was able to take it away from them. Lucien stood with hands behind his back as the first of the reports came in. He had been reading them on his helmet’s HUD. A massive fleet had come crashing into Ord Radama’s space, and it was not friendly. He walked at a brisk pace through the metallic halls of The Hope’s Vestige a Mephirium class battle cruiser. Troopers raced to and fro as they prepped their stations, they saluted the General as he walked past and he dismissed them with a simple nod. As he entered the bridge he noticed men and women were busy typing away on terminals, their faces alit by the faint blue glow from the computers they worked at. The helmsman stood at his station quietly keeping the boat floating on it’s current trajectory. Lucien looked to the ship's communications officer

[SIZE=11pt]“Relay these orders to the Dread Guard. Rally at the ship's launch bays. Prepare for immediate action,” The comm’s man offered him a crisp salute and Lucien walked towards the center command console. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=11pt]It was a holographic display of a collection of buttons and ports designed specifically for his AI. He took a seat in the captain’s chair behind the terminal and once more stared out into the void of space. It was only a matter of time before they came. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=11pt]“Hail Serenno. I want those [/SIZE][SIZE=11pt]orbital guns[/SIZE][SIZE=11pt] fully operational as soon as possible and the planetary shields up and running yesterday,” A distant voice began to hum in his head as he spoke. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=11pt]By my calculations they’ll be arriving very soon. [/SIZE][SIZE=11pt]The female voice softly squeaked and Lucien merely grunted. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=11pt]“We’ll see about that,” He growled to the AI and then placed his hand on the holographic display before him. The AI’s form materialized in it’s usual avatar. A blue woman dressed in a white dress tapping her index fingers together bashfully. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=11pt]“Detecting multiple warp signatures,” She said lightly and a tinge of blush marred her complexion “Told you so,” She said playfully. [/SIZE]

The world below their viewport gave all of them recognition, they all knew this planet well enough now, and they knew that they'd be away a while. Reports started coming in, he glanced up at the room his helmet already on, as if it never was on. The Dreadguard were ready but that didn't take away from the serious nature of what they were going to embark upon. The enemies of the Republic had come to take away their newly announced capital, their home, their symbol of everything they had created. They were there to do as much as they could, and stop as much as they could to make sure that they beat back the enemy forces and kept their people free from the likes of the invaders. The Hope's Vestige sat in the space above the planet holding the troopers as they just started at all the information waiting for the command. Knowing it not to be long he stood waiting for the comm to ring and to make his way to get ready for this. He felt Sheryl taking all this information as well and he just waited for her response to the madness going on.

"He better call quick, I'm getting impatient." The form appeared on his HUD and crossed her arms as he looked up at him. No answer was given just a soft smile as he looked at her for a little bit.

The orders came chirping in his ears and he was moving with all his gear within the second making his way down to the launch bay's at a brisk pace. In the corridors people cleared the way for him as he made his way towards the bay.

"Kick some butt for me will you? And stop being so down it's totally ruining my shine." The voice came again as he kept walking his feet landing on the floor with a thud with every step.

Rounding a corner he almost ran into a midshipman who was making his way toward his station, the man gave a quick salute and trotted away before anything else could happen and the man continued towards the launch bay's again.

Making it to the launch bay's he took a seat and started to check over his blaster rifle quickly doing a quick scrub down of it making sure it was flawless having Sheryl scan it over for him as he cleaned it as people made their way in and out of the door. He waited for the team to assemble so they could make their way to the fight.

Outside the viewport he could see the ship jumping into hyperspace.

It had truly begun, it was time to fight.

The skies above Kushibah were clear. The peaceful people of the paradise planet had no inkling of the storm that was coming – the masses of dark clouds gathering just beyond the horizon.

At the first peal of thunder, hyperspace spewed forth a vanguard fleet. Star Destroyers, and Corvettes, all but a light drizzle compared to the deluge that came after.

The Udraitor.

Like releasing a single drop of ink into a pitcher of water, space choked black with its seething power. Tendrils of the Dark side spilled forth, heralds to the impending conquest of the defenseless world below. As the fleet arrayed itself around the lush rock, the Death ship closed in, its shadow creeping over the planet in every possible sense.

In the bowels of the colossal vessel, Sith stood in a half-circle. Their heated debate had died down with arrival, lust for blood overtaking the excitement of verbal sparring. Claws already inched towards lightsabers, tendrils twitching at the electricity in the air. Amber eyes, sunken with the Dark side, darted across screens and readouts – counting, assessing, deciding.

“Lord Arainai, Lady Varesti – you shall lead the ground assault, as discussed. Drzad will brief you on the bridge while the Zûtadasi prepare your craft for descent.” Yidhra Dottash cut through the restive murmur with sharp lilt.

“As for you, Knight, I’ve a special task. We shall talk in private.” The sorceress led him to the center of the Meditation chamber as the others left, doors hissing closed with ominous thuds. Her lips were a thin, crooked line when she turned to face the other Pureblood.

“Mrak’rerit of House Zal,” she spoke, fixing him with a solemn stare, “you have expressed a wish to serve our cause in more involved ways. To be more… included.”
“So I have, Lady Dottash. I am far stronger than what my superiors give me credit for – offer me the chance, and I shall prov—”

Getting them to talk was the crucial part. Once they were tied up in their delusions, the warning always came too late.

Yidhra yanked her sacrificial dagger out of his gurgling throat, closing her eyes against the hot spray of blood that gushed forth. One step aside, and the sorceress let his life force bathe the Nairidira in redness. Lips pursed, the Sith placed the tip of her blade to her wrist, digging in with a sneer.

To the bloodbath now gracing the cold surface of the sphere, Yidhra added a few droplets of her own – just a taste.

With no regard to the twitching body behind her, the sorceress assumed her meditative position on top of the Nairdira. Legs crossed, arms and back at rest. Chin up, breath even.

It never failed, did it? That slivers of peace and times of prosperity were often taken by the very people who had never had the chance for such serenity. As was the way the galaxy worked.

Making his way down the hall, his hands clasped firmly at the small of his back, Adron offered a quiet hum. It was not until a soft beep in his ear, erupting from the comm device he kept handy, brought him back to reality. "Your excellency. Our long-range scanners are picking up something you should see." A voice called through the comm device, a degree of urgency in the voice.

"Very well. I'll make my way to the deck." He replied, before taking his hand off of the comm device's receiver.

The young Archlord found himself on the bridge of his ship, his staff officer's in a particularly energetic uproar. He watched as they ran from one side of the bridge to another in a mad frenzy. "What has happened?" His voice called over the deck, bringing stillness and silence into some semblance of order. No one spoke, which only caused Adron to raise his voice again. "I will not be repeating myself." He called out.

Many people turned their attention to the Captain of the ship as he moved forward, a bow of his head as he engaged the Archlord. "My lord. Not ten minutes ago our long-range sensors detected hyperspace travel not far from Ord Radama, and only a minute ago we detected a similar signature outside of the Kushiban Sec-"

"Sir's , look!" The controls officer called out to the group, moving aside so they could see the screen before him. Several signatures were falling out of hyperspace and were taking position against Serenno's own fleet. Adron stared out of the view port before clenching his hands into a tight fist. "Where is General Lucien?!" Adron demanded.

"Preparing planetary defenses sir." One of the navigator's answered.

"Very well." Adron said before glancing to the deck officers. "Get the shield gates secure, and pull the fleet back over the gate!"

The Captain arched a brow before looking back to the man. "My lord, don't you want us to engage the enemy?"

"No. We have the advantage over our gates, their guns are a huge asset, I will not be baited like some child. Now get it done! I want all Republic Sector's on alert and notify the Silver Jedi Order, they should still have some assets in this area."

A unified, "Yes, sir." came over the deck as Adron once again clasped his hands behind his back, watching as his fleet moved to take position over the shield gates.

"Power up all shields, prepare starfighter crews for combat, and get Lady Anya up here." He commanded. "And order our Lancer Cruiser's to take positions in the rear of the fleet and initiate charging."

The force was something she used...it was a tool, a guide, a weapon. But she felt in the distant part of the force...ripples...they slowly and slowly got closer before her eyes shot open as she panted and heard the knocking

She gave a nod and turned, she quickly got her armor on and put her light saber on her side as she walked out and briskly made her way to the bridge...the force rippled yet again bigger this time, she stopped at a window looking our as she saw dots in the distance and increased her pace gettimg on the bridge as she stood by adron

[Norin Terrek]

The world of Serenno was a beacon of hope for The Dominion, not only was it the new capital of the Republic, but it stood watch over the Resurgent Empire, confining them to their small region of space. Now that was all about to change. The battle for Serenno could determine the fate of the fledgling Republic, or it could be an enormous failure on the Resurgent's part, but that was yet to be determined.

The horrors the Resurgent Empire could inflict on the people of Serenno would be epic, and this single fact motivated the people of the Republic to fight for their freedom and their well being overall. But, going into the "philosophical" meaning of this battle was not the reason Norin or anyone else was here. One was here to expand their claim on the galaxy, the other to defend their capital.

Norin awaited the call from Lucien eagerly, this was his chance to actually prove himself on an actual battlefield. He was a former mercenary who had done a few dangerous jobs here and there, but he never found himself on the actual front lines. Norin knew how to adapt in most situations, he was not worried at the slightest, even if he was going to go up against all powerful space wizards.

When Norin's orders were finally transmitted to him he practically raced down the steel corridors, nearly even bumping into a few of the naval men making their way to their stations. When he made it to the launch bay he took a seat with the others, awaiting his debriefing.

Prepare for immediate action. The initial orders had fallen on deaf ears, the Falleen's attention being solely focused on her work until the artificial cough that perpetually had her ear snapped her out of her focus. With a groan, she set aside the piece of machinery she'd been poking at, hoping there'd be something to come back to. The way things went around here, she wouldn't be too terribly surprised this would be the last she'd see of the ship itself. Stretching augmented limbs, she took joy in the last few moments she'd have armor-free for a while, from the sound of it.

Hurry up. Garth's voice was spilling over with impatience. And wear the heavy armor.

"Why?"

Just do it. Artificial or not, the male left no room for arguing and proceeded to further harass his host into moving at a timely fashion. Annoyed huffs kept the Falleen from spacing out, one-word reminders kept her from conveniently forgetting hated items like her helmet as well as more cherished tools that had just been forgotten in the scramble to get ready.

With both parties satisfied, Garth tolerating Xandari opting to carry her helmet under her arm for now rather than wearing it, on to the launch bay they went. Upon arriving, they were quick to join the group of fellow Dreadguard, ready for the briefing and the carnage that'd probably follow it.

Ra was tasked with keeping secure the peaceful and farming planet of Kushibah. Its terrain fields silkweed, mountains and forests. The sentient life here was very unique and so was their language. Having an ear for inflections and a quick mind, she was soon able to communicate with them without the need of a translator.

Kushibah was a low tech planet, not unlike what she had actually grown up on. They were aware of her presence and why she was there. The little rabbit like natives went about their lives. It was Ra's business to guard and keep the planet safe. The job she had been given. Its location in the Outter Rim didn't mean it wouldn't a good addition to somebody, so here was her temporary home.

She had along with her a few companions and new batch of Dark Troopers, Ra had everything under control.

Tyris quickly made his way down towards the hangar bay as soon as he was called. He had checked his gear rather hastily as he rushed out of his bunk room to make it on time. By the activation fo red alert he assumed their opposition had arrived, this would be a challenge, and he knew it. He had a lifetime of experience behind him, force deadedness, and his teammates. That was all that stood between him and sweet oblivion.

"I have everything, right?" He asked his AI companion.

"Yeah, at least as far as I can tell." Said a rather confident female voice.

Lucien and Tyris' AIs could not be any more different. It was rather strange, it was as if the powers that be decided to do their research and assign AIs accordingly. He was stuck with her now, so he better like them. The hallways of the Mephirium were clean and sterile, as most Dominion, erm... RoGS Vessels were. They were designed to work, not be pretty. Though that had an appeal of its own.

"Run me the numbers"

"Chance of success is roughly 50/50 right now, chance of death is much higher... erm... 60%" the AI replied, a small female figure popping up on screen.

"Just how I like it." Tyris said with a bit of a smirk.

"You have a death wish, don't you." she said with a sigh.

"If I didn't have a death wish I wouldn't be a very good soldier would I?"

He and the AI had only a few days to aquiant with each other before the suprise attack, they had only had a small warning for this invasion, it would be enough for the Dread Guard. It always was. They could do anything as long as they worked together and remained level. Their lives were now the property of the government, so they better not fear death. Eventually Tyris did reach the hangar bay. Making his way to the group, he stood at attention and saluted his commanding officer.

"Tyris Hayes reporting for duty! Sir!" he said in stern, military voice.

The Council called for another attack. Furthering their control in the galaxy. A trend it seemed. Though, Rakosh was called upon to aid in the attack. He sat aboard his newly purchased Destroyer Carrier, which would not only serve as a temporary vessel until he could get something more... personal. He sat in his obsidian-stained chair reading from an untitled book, watching out into the stars every now and again as he followed behind [member="Vrak Nashar"]. He tapped his foot impatiently, as the planet slowly grew in size.

They were here to collect something that was once, lost here. Who knows what? Though, he was determined to find it, knowing he wouldn't be able to keep it. It would still grant him respect, uncovering it.

He placed his book down before, rising out of his seat. He would call out, for one of his crew members. "How long? And bring my damned gear, right now." Then, taking several long steps towards the hardened glass that faced outwards onto the target.

[SIZE=11pt]Enzo stood atop a great stone pillar. He had brought with him several of his own thralls. Beings who had pledged life and limb to him. They were drabbed in ancient red robes that draped lowly from their head and seemed to cover every inch of their bodies. They chanted horrible untold magics, spells the likes of which had not been seen since the ancient Sith empire. They danced about the stone structure in broken, sporadic, steps which seemed to defy logic and break their very bones. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=11pt]“Bin kali zim hak tu nak,” One of the thralls called out as he gripped tightly a stone bowl. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=11pt]He approached a man who sat blindfolded and gagged in the center of the circle. Another of the thralls stepped forward and withdrew an ornate dagger from his cloak.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=11pt]“Mak lu tune, kesh na mah,” He chanted. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=11pt]Curves ran all along the blade and the hilt was pale as bone. The man’s whimpers could be heard as the thrall’s continued to chant. The hooded figure gripped the man by the hair tightly and jerked his head back exposing his soft throbbing throat. Enzo watched it all through blood red eyes with a smile upon his face. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=11pt]The blade wielding priest shouted and then plunged it deep into the victim's neck. Fountains of blood sprayed forward in streaming burst. Enzo could hear the man gurgle as he choked on his own life. The thrall with the bowl held it gently to the wound and caught as much of the blood as possible. As the thrall withdrew the soup of solids and gore the other released the grip it had on the man’s head and the body fell to the ground with a soft thump. The priest took the bowl of blood and poured it into a small charcoaled pit. Steam gushed out of the pit and all the priest got down on all fours as they entered a frenzy to get to there first. They inhaled deeply from the fumes and a faint green aura seemed to settle over each of them. Enzo watched them all, his wicked grin growing even wider. He placed a hand to his ear and clicked his comms [/SIZE]

Formormta check over her various weapons as news of the enemy fleet started being directed to the ground troops. This battle would be her first major engagement in her mercenary carrier, she wondered how the battle would go above the planet would the TER even be able to break through the planetary shielding. She shock her head of those though, chances where even if the enemy fleet didn't picture a hole in the defenses somehow an elite team or strike group would get through, they always did.

Right now she was just sitting idly by as proper troops of the dominion where setting up defenses for the possible ground attack, she didn't have a proper understanding of the ranking system and who to report to so she stayed seated until someone of higher rank told her want to do or for the battle to pick up. either way shed be here for a while until anything exciting happened. Though she did have a star fighter of her own she didn't express any intrest in the space battle due to lack of experience, though if one of the fleet commanders or higher ups decided that she was needed in the battle or on a different planet once the assault started shed accept the orders not question asked.

Finalizing all the equipment she looked up at the shielding gate "This is gonna be a long day"

Upon the bridge of the Crimson Dawn, a modern day Harrower Dreadnought, were many of the Red Sith like Lord Drakash. Drakash, the Sith Lord, and recently elevated Councillor remained seated in the command chair upon the bridge of the ship. Off somewhere to the side encased within his suit of armour and garbed in a cloak that was befit of a Sith, long, flowing, and most certainly dragging across the floor... Was Vraukt, his Apprentice.

"Vraukt." He croaked. "This is what I've trained you for. You proved yourself on Dromund Kaas - You will do the same here."

The helmeted Pureblood didn't move when he was spoken to. He could sense... Sense what his Master wanted. Should the Empire fail here, it would be pinned on his head likely - in true Sith fashion. Blamed on the followers and subordinates.

"My Lord, you had made sure we were prepared for this instance. There will be no siege of Serenno. It'll be sacked, in the name of the Resurgent Empire." Vraukt spoke as he stepped out of the shadow of the command chair. "Their planetary shield is meaningless." Vraukt's large, seven foot form clasped his arms before him, his previously sealed cloak parting to reveal the broad bracers that covered his arms and the front section of the armour he bore. "Contact the Galactic Empire." The Resurgent Empire's Sphere of War had grown exponentially from the initial resurgence of the Pureblood species. From what had more or less been a time of peace for the Sith of Athiss, the Sphere of War on the Council had been little, one of the smaller Spheres.

Dromund Kaas had had a larger force than expected.

With their victory over the ancient Sith planet, the Sphere had only increased in size - Even with the sizable casualties.

"INV Pellaeon. This is the Crimson Dawn." A pause. Exiting their own hyperspace tunnels was an assortment of ancient Sith ships from a multitude of eras, all of them coming into position to fill the space behind the Imperial Grand Moff's Navy. "Your fleet is tasked with the duty of the Vanguard. Get us to the Shield Gate." And Vraukt signaled to the comm ensign to have the transmission closed soon after he had spoken. The longer the transmissions were open, the higher the possibility of them being sliced into. The Sith Pureblood meant to sacrifice as many lives as possible to get down to the planet, but he wouldn't allow their plans to be thwarted before they hit ground.

"Intrafleet Wide: Deploy fighter screens throughout the Galactic Empire's Navy. Nothing is allowed to get past."

Throughout the Sith Navy, cruisers, assumed their positions. Within the heart of the Sith Navy was the Crimson Dawn, the Resurgent Empire's symbol painted onto its hull for all to see.

He had forseen it.

With every day the visions became clearer, more possible paths that the future could take erased by the relentless flow of time. The darkness called for him, it commanded him to join the bloodshed that was about to come. The Dominion meant nothing to him, and neither did the Resurgent Empire. Their war on Malachor was nothing more than a little nuisance, to him the empire's warriors were nothing more than petty, worthless insects that would surrender to the decay of the ages while to him it would be merely a moment of the eternity.

The hollow husk stood inside the command center of the Eldritch, his empty metal body illuminated by the dim blue of the various screens around the sith lord. Hidden below its cloak the Eldritch traversed through the endless emptiness, a shadow born of the darkness much alike its captain. His visions had emphasised a strange ship, one that like his own made the impression of being more than technology and steel. Another vessel tainted by the power of the dark side, a curse that echoed not only through space but through the ages. After today only one ship would remain, the one that truly was blessed by the ancient, twisted powers they embraced.

Hidden from curious eyes the Eldritch began its slow path towards the other cursed ship, making sure to leave no trace of its existence open to be seen besides the dark aura of danger and unease that lingered inside the ancient sith vessel. He and his crew wouldn't beat the gigantic ship with superior weapons or armor, but with trickery, deception and the call of madness. The eldritch husk reached for the pocket watch hidden in his left sleeve, making sure that he would be where he had to at the exact moment. His A.I. Glory already awaited his command to take the bridge, the tribal looking avatar of the digital entity looking at the strange being at the room's center.

"Glory, you have the bridge."

With that the sith lord left the brain of the ship, making his way to its heart. The ritual chamber was the most powerful weapon installed on the Eldritch, a place where dark magic could be summoned to bring down his enemies. Inside the half faded room he was greeted by the Warlocks of Malachor, sith, witches and dark jedi that had shown a talent for the arcane arts. The book that was attached to his belt with a small metal chain suddnely jumped into the air, levitating besides his left, claw like hand. Then the otherworldly, almost ethereal echo that was the Mindeater's voice resounded in the ruins of the long derelict library, his warlocks joining into the chant in perfect unity.

"Dukra iv Vieta, Udai nuyak Xuontai." ("Daughters of Space, Obey my command.")

From far away the Prophet could feel them. Starweird, the corrupted daughters of space, following his dark calling while his ship was still obscured below the black of the emptiness. Eight of those creatures had heard his words. They couldn't destroy the whole ship, but due to their state of being these incorporeal creatures could escape death through most common means.

"No. We have the advantage over our gates, their guns are a huge asset, I will not be baited like some child. Now get it done! I want all Republic Sector's on alert and notify the Silver Jedi Order, they should still have some assets in this area."

Even before calls were made to the Silver Jedi, massive movements by TRE had already been detected by SJO monitoring stations arrayed along the Daragon Trail and previously hidden smuggler routes leading out of the Stygian Caldera. Already operating in a heightened state, interdictor groups were primed to intercept all Sith battlegroups into Silver Space.

But the Sith warships would not travel east, but west toward Dominion space. TRE appeared to finally be bucking against their containment strategy.

Ranger expeditionary groups (along with auxiliaries) would already be patrolling Dominion space as part of the deepening ties between Ession and Voss against mutual threats, though Silver forces had been originally deployed as a bulwark against the Ascendency.

Following confirmation of sightings by the Dominion, Arisa, personally leading said expeditionary groups, would spring into action. As the first of TRE warships began to revert into realspace across multiple sectors, they would be followed in by a small squadron of Sowa Recon Drones (3/4), some of the stealthiest ISR platforms currently in operation. Quietly they would transit through hyperspace, signatures hidden from usual means of detection by purpose built stealth hyperdrive system. Upon reversion at their destination planets at the outer edges of their respective orbits, the particular emissions created by such an event were practically reduced to nil by a host of advanced suppression systems.

Each drone would quickly dart away from their reversion points, beginning to size up the growing opposition in each system through passive sensors, the information being relayed back to Arisa and the rest of her expeditionary groups in real time over biocomm. So long as they stuck to passive sensors in their surveillance and monitoring of comms, then chances of detection would be slim, as they even possessed countermeasures against detection by magnetic sensors and the Force.

As the Sowa began their missions, Arisa would initiate a conference holo-call with her colleagues and Dominion allies across space to begin coordinating over heavily encrypted comms. Both the Silver Jedi and the Dominion benefited from the use of their respective security software to defeat increasingly sophisticated intrusion schemes - in the SJO's case, Mithril.

"Lord Malvern, the Silver Jedi are prepared to assist the Dominion. I've already deployed probes across the affected systems, but I need to get a better idea about the Dominion's force strength across the region before I know where to deploy additional assets."

The GSR Astral Knight had reverted to real space with the goal of delivering Lord Marshal Rogal Aegrus with his reinforcements of men and machine to the surface, approximately ten minutes behind him was a small fleet of transport ships followed, and ahead of him was a single large vessel and a support fleet, their presence an unexpected knife in the gut.

Rogal rose out of his command chair and made his way over to the large tactical screen and examined it's signature, the IFFs pinged as Resurgents, Rogal had no doubts why they were here, and now here he stood, unprepared, like his brothers had been on Mandalore. He pulled up a visual of the largest ship, every aspect of it just looked wrong, he had the same feeling of wrongness in pit of his stomach about it, but with a ship of that size, especially with it's fleet, was out of the Astral Knight's league and there was very little that he could do.

Looking at the chrono Rogal saw he only had slightly over eight minutes to make the skies safe for the transports, some quick mental math and he had his question answered, calmly walking over to helms-woman he gave a simple order, ​"Plot a collision course with the large vessel there and bring us up to flank speed."

It was a risky manoeuvre but it would be the only one that would give them, and the transports, a fighting chance. As he made his way back to his command chair, and the intercomm located there, he could hear power being diverted, the shields and engines were slammed into overdrive as power held in the weapons systems were dumped into them.

Rogal's voice rang across the ship via the intercomm, "ALL CREW PREPARE FOR IMPACT AND BOARDING ACTION!"

“Fething meteors.”

Aria veered sharply to the right, away from the rock spinning in her direction. The ship rocked for a moment and then its flight settled, and her pilot looked faintly relieved. It would've been a great shame if a starship crash so close to Serenno was what kept her off the field today.

She was no great ally of the Resurgent Empire - but allegiance was so rarely her reason to fight. They owned worlds that she'd rather have easy access to. They were after planets belonging to the Dominion, who were her enemies as long as they were the Primeval’s.

And much more importantly, she felt like a field mission.

“Five minutes,” she announced a few moments later, considerably pleased with herself.

The vessel landed with all the grace her pilot was capable of (some) and Aria hit various buttons before straightening, standing as the landing ramp started to lower. Evidently cheerful, she scooped up a blaster and clipped it to her belt, next to her saberstaff. Her skill was with the latter, but one never knew.

“Right, then.” She looked to her companion. “You know the drill. Let's go.”

The edge of the landing ramp reached the surface, and go she did.
