PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS

Aselia is unapologetically outspoken and direct, her blunt honesty often catching others off guard. With fiery red hair and vibrant blue eyes, she captivates those she meets, but it's her charisma and fearless self-assurance that leave a lasting impression. Courageous and fiercely loyal, she faces danger head-on to protect her friends, driven by an unyielding resolve. Aselia values her independence, relying on her own skills and resourcefulness. Her brash nature leads to impulsive actions, but everything she does is fueled by passion. Always seeking new experiences and challenges, she thrives in unpredictable environments and relishes the opportunity to explore the unknown.

STRENGTHS

  • Combat Strategist
Aselia has a sharp tactical mind, forged in the chaos of survival and further honed under Isley Verd's guidance. She is quick to read a battlefield, anticipate enemy movements, and exploit weaknesses with brutal efficiency.
  • Expert Marksman
Whether with a rifle, pistol, or long-range precision weapon, Aselia rarely misses. Years of training and natural reflexes make her deadly at a distance, especially when paired with her Force-enhanced awareness.
  • Close-Quarters Brawler
Aselia is no stranger to dirty, close-range fights. Her combat style combines Mandalorian martial techniques with raw aggression, making her a vicious opponent in melee—even when outnumbered.
  • Force Intuition
Though not traditionally trained, Aselia's natural affinity with the Force grants her an instinctive sense of danger, subtle precognition, and the occasional flare of raw power when survival demands it.
WEAKNESSES

  • Abrasive and Flippant
Aselia often masks discomfort—or emotional vulnerability—with sarcasm, flippancy, or outright indifference. Even in tense or high-stakes situations, she can come across as dismissive or irreverent, which can grate on allies and inflame conflicts unnecessarily.
  • Disdain for Authority
Having been betrayed by her own clan and disillusioned by Mandalorian politics, Aselia has little patience for institutions, hierarchies, or governments. She rarely follows orders without question, and she tends to push back against authority figures she doesn't personally respect.
  • Emotional Detachment
Years of loss and survival have left Aselia guarded. She keeps others at arm's length, often unwilling or unable to form deep emotional bonds. While this protects her, it can also leave her isolated—even among allies.

HISTORY

Aselia was born into Clan Vizsla in the years leading up to one of the darkest chapters in Mandalorian history the Force Purges. At the time of her birth, her life followed the traditional rhythms of Mandalorian culture: discipline, honor, and survival. Her parents, though cautious, were devoted and did their best to instill in her the Resol'nare. But from an early age, it was clear that Aselia was different. The Force clung to her like a second skin subtle at first, then undeniable. Within Clan Vizsla, such a gift quickly turned from curiosity to suspicion.

When the Mandalorian clans turned inward in fear and fury, declaring that the Force was a threat to Mandalorian sovereignty and purity, the purges began. Mandalore became a battlefield not against outsiders, but against its own people. Entire clans splintered, and the shadow of civil war fell over the homeworld. Force-sensitives were hunted with ruthless efficiency, their identities betrayed by kin, their legacies burned from records.

For Aselia, the purge was no distant echo. It came to her doorstep.

Her parents, once cautious, became desperate. Though they were not Force-sensitive themselves, their loyalty to their daughter eclipsed everything else. When the inquisition came for Aselia, they stood their ground defiant, outnumbered, and ultimately doomed. Their last act of defiance was to buy her time. Time to run. Time to live.

Alone and on the run, Aselia evaded death by the narrowest margins. She was still a child, chased across a world that no longer wanted her, branded an abomination by the culture that raised her. She might have been killed or captured like so many others if not for one man.

Isley Verd.

Amidst the smoldering aftermath of a skirmish, Aselia encountered the former Mand'alor a man who bore the burden of the Force himself, and who had once ruled Mandalore before being cast down in part for that very reason. Isley understood what it meant to be betrayed by your own people. When the hunters came for her again, it was Isley who intervened. He ended the pursuit, decisively and without hesitation. In doing so, he made a choice that would define both of their lives.

He took Aselia from the ruins of her past and gave her something new: a future.

Adopted into Clan Verd, Aselia was no longer a fugitive. She was family. Isley raised her as one of his own, alongside his children, teaching her not only the Mandalorian way, but also how to survive with the Force not as a curse, but as a gift. Under his guidance, Aselia learned to balance the weight of two legacies: that of a Mandalorian warrior, and that of a Force-wielder shaped by fire, exile.
