The spitting image of her mother, with fair skin and a wild mane of wavy brown hair. However, she has the blue eyes of her father. She is nimble and slight of frame, smaller than average for a Valkyri child her age.

Like her mother, she is not related by blood to the Heavenshields but has been given their name nonetheless. Born at home, Alva was welcomed into the world by her mother and father – and a host of animal companions. Though she was quite small for a Valkyri baby, she was healthy.
As a young girl, she enjoys spending as much time outside as possible. She delighted in baked good, yarn crafts, and riding her pony.
