In these days, he'd seen enough people who'd been desperate enough to use one who didn't deserve to die for it.
Little did he know that these fighters belonged to True Death Watch. Aloy's brief alliance with them may have been out of necessity long ago, But the men and women of Viper-Team were the real deal. Crusaders. Not just children of the watch. Brave Vode who had fought on mandalorian soil beside Aloy's family when no one else would, and slayed the Graug infestation on their homeworld when no one else could.

Men and Women she was thankful to be flying beside today. Men and Women whom her daughter, Tae'l Vizsla Tae'l Vizsla , had joined even before the watch came to Mandalore.

"Haven't enough Mando'ade died? There are easier ways to get beskar. Turn around, last chance."
Men and Women who she would rather have beside her today than any of the absent Mereels or petty Mercenaries that were addressing her now.

Did she hold it against them? No. But giving away their sacred metal like a cheap trinket, for that, she did.

This wasn't about just possessing Beskar. If it were that simple, The Mando'ad would either be making their armor from new materials or buying it back from the Wretched Sith who stole so much of it in the first place.

This was about the honor of their people. This was about their heritage and their very culture. If their ways meant little more than a commodity to trade away with Aruetiise ? Than their people were already losing their very identity. And as an Armorer herself, it made the old Vizsla sick.

<<Viper, spacing!>> She called out over her squadron's frequency, sending her entire escort into a sudden but calculated scatter. Three above in loose formation, three below.

<<Viper-1, Take the phone, dear. I know you're dying to give him a piece of your mind>>

Then with the flick of a switch, she hailed The Recluse...

<<Sabre-1 to Recluse; You are clear to engage. Target the Star-destroyer and then micro-jump on my command, break, Coordinates to follow!>>

e9sWWId.png

She would wait until Tayl Vizsla had finished hailing the hostile pilots to give the final order...
(OOC: Would appreciate being able to post as Tae'l Vizsla Tae'l Vizsla rq before reactions are given to the corvette<3)
MJSj9cS.png
<<Recluse reads you, five by five! Commencing fire!>>
With the order given, The Recluse immediately Decloaks, and a brief moment later, fires it's first pair of Cruise Missiles at the Bellum Canis captained by Ira Sarrin Ira Sarrin , officially revealing itself to both the defenders and Mairéad Solus Mairéad Solus 's Cruiser.

They are also quick to send a holo-message to the bridge. Assuming they allowed the message to pass through, The holographic image of a Death Watch Rallymaster would appear on the bridge, standing at attention.
"Greetings, Battlecruiser of the honored House Solus. I am Eqhu Rook, acting captain of the Black Hand Stealth-Corvette, 'The Recluse'. We are now prepared to offer long range assistance as needed..."

It wouldn't be long after that Aloy officially gave the order, with Tae'l Vizsla Tae'l Vizsla having sent a brief message to the enemy
<<"NOW.">>

This sent the crew of The Recluse into quick action, even visibly within the holographic message, As they immediately activated their Micro-jump drives.

Locking onto one of the homing beacons aboard Aloy Vizsla's personal ship, The Recluse would quickly adjust as not to teleport into friendly fighters, But rather, teleport into an empty space just large enough to fit the Corvette within weapons range to act in support.

In a quick flash of blue light, The Corvette arrives, A few asteroids bouncing uselessly off the Impervium armored plating.

The Recluse couldn't see the hostile stealth fighters just yet, but they were more than ready to deter them once revealed...
Only a moment in, The Recluse hails the entire squadron; <<The Cavalry has arrived.>>

  • Viper Team's Starfighters immediately break into a staggered formation, above & below Aloy Vizsla Aloy Vizsla . Spacing is badass lol
  • Aloy Vizsla Aloy Vizsla asks Tae'l Vizsla Tae'l Vizsla to send a brief response to Aenarr Kyrr Aenarr Kyrr
  • The Recluse de-cloaks and open fires on Ira Sarrin Ira Sarrin with (x2) cruise missiles(link in the recluse sub)
    • The Recluse Micro-jumps into the asteroid field to deter hostile starfighters, hoping to direction their attention elsewhere
Also so that Grand Shepherd Burtch Grand Shepherd Burtch can do that bombing run we talked about in DMs!

EQUIPMENT: (In bio)
Mk IV Fang-class Starfighter

Tayl immediately banked upward to fly above Aloy Vizsla Aloy Vizsla 's personal ship, followed by two of her fellow Viper Team Starfighters. What they lacked in defenses and arms, they made up for in their Speed and their Maneuverability. It got her heart pumping, and in all honesty, it filled that Need For Speed that could only be helped by dogfighting or a fresh shot Empire Coffee's caffeine in the veins!

Sadly her fun had to be cut short when she realized just what their mysterious message entailed. There must be various stealth-fighters out there which The Recluse hadn't picked up when they first dropped in.

<<Viper-1, Take the phone, dear. I know you're dying to give him a piece of your mind>>

<<Viper copies...>>

Well if they wanted to play grab-ass when they should be shooting? Fine, Tayl would let them know just who they're fighting, seeing as they were courteous enough to hint at their own identities by speaking Mando'a.
"Haven't enough Mando'ade died? There are easier ways to get beskar. Turn around, last chance."

Unlike him however, Tayl was more than willing to speak face to face. At least, as far as holo-images were concerned. Even if they didn't let her patch through the holo-feed to see the interior of her fang-fighter, or the clear Death Watch Emblem emblazoned on her pauldron, They would still receive an auditory transmission.

Everyone would.

Despite the dark undertones, her voice was unnaturally, eerily calm. It was as if a wraith or
Starwierd was speaking to them. All thanks to the chemically induced state of Zen the implants kept the girl in. Even when she didn't want it.

<<Viper-actual to all hostile Mandalorians and Aruetiise craft; Beskar is the sacred property of the Mando'ad. It doesn't matter where it came from. It Belongs. To Us. This is about the honor of our people. Our religion.>>

<<The beskar's journey from home ends here. The Startides belong to Death Watch. Nowhere to run. Nowhere to hide>>

She abruptly cuts the transmission as The Recluse suddenly appears off to the side, It's crew already reloading the missile silos and activating their weaponry to fight whoever wanted to stop them from reclaiming the rightful and holy possessions of the Mandalorian people.

They had suffered too much at the hands of aruetiise to watch their very Identity be traded away like some common trinket.

Spotting the cruiser, Ira made to intercept paying little to no heed of anything going on around Bellum Canis. Seeing the cruiser powering up their shields the Bellum Canis raised it's own shields and powered up its guns deciding to give a salute of sorts Ira fired the two L91 long-range quadruple barbette at the cruiser, in all honestly Ira was not expecting to hit the ship as Bellum Canis was build to be a close range fighter
The shots fired from the Bellum Canis draw Corbin's attention. "I don't like that look man."
<Goose... Actual?.. to Allies. There's something odd with that big ship that just fired. It seems to have a human soul. I think someone was uploaded to the ship like an AI. I'd heard rumors about it, but I honestly had never believed them. Apparently, it's real.>

Corbin noticed an enemy ship coming through the asteroid, but it looked... strange. Not to his regular vision, but to his Force Sight. <Also, there is an adversary coming through the field. I think there might be multiple, I can't really tell. Something is suppressing my Force Sight, but that in itself suggests something is there. I'm fairly certain that ship has others with it in stealth. Damn good stealth too, if they even carry counters to the Force. Dragon, you'll definitely want to keep an eye out there.>
<<Viper-actual to all hostile Mandalorians and Aruetiise craft; Beskar is the sacred property of the Mando'ad. It doesn't matter where it came from. It Belongs. To Us. This is about the honor of our people. Our religion.>>

<<The beskar's journey from home ends here. The Startides belong to Death Watch. Nowhere to run. Nowhere to hide>>
Corbin had heard stories from his father about the Death Watch. He was surprised to learn they still existed, much less some of his comrades were among them. Interesting. He certainly agreed wholeheartedly with Tayl's message. ""Everyone here is the best there is."
Things were going to get very exciting!

Almost as soon as Bellum Canis had fired both its L121 Heavy Composite-Beam Laser Battery the cruiser had responded with its own salvo along with a hidden enemy launching 2 missiles. As the missiles got close enough Bellum Canis's Point Defense opened up on the missiles and just manged to shoot them down. However the cruisers weapons that had been fired slammed into the shields causing them to flair briefly as the took most of the damage anything that got through was not enough to breech the 8 meter thick Quadanium steel hull although Ira believed that maybe one or two shots from the cruisers main gun would overload the shields.

"All squadrons launch now, I want that ship out of the fight now" Ira ordered

Almost immediately two squadrons of Danger Zone Class Archangels flew from the hanger and when straight for the cruiser they would hopefully pave the way for three squadrons of Gospel-Class Dropships to board and drop off their full complement of Holy Knights, all the while Bellum Canis would try and lend support from afar.

She laughed <She is not aboard, but thiaar sounds good once we have the beskar secured.>

Unfortunately, her sister were doing something else in another part of the galaxy. Tan'yill missed her sometimes, but at least they finally knew of each other and were never more than a holoprojector call away. They had not seen each other in a while though, so Tan figured it was about time. They just had to steal back the beskar'gam lawfully belonging with Mandalore and its brothers and sisters, and make the foolish traitors who might protect this illegal posession of beskar'gam see it the same way. The problem with Mandalorians though, was that there was too many wills and interpretations of the Resol'nare. Loyalties were easily abandoned, Tan had come to learn after becoming one herself. One loyalty that persisted though, was the one between the three Vizsla's that now cruised through the asteroid field.

<<Viper, spacing!>> She called out over her squadron's frequency, sending her entire escort into a sudden but calculated scatter. Three above in loose formation, three below.

Right on cue, Tan'yill brought the nimble Fang fighter to a scattered formation from the Sabre-1, staying as Viper-1's wingman. Tayl have had nothing to say in the matter, Aloy were the squadron leader and someone had to watch the reborn tyrians back. Besides, it didn't look like she had any problems flying with one of her mothers, or at least didn't see it that way. They were mothers and daughter yes, but they were also vode. Sisters in arms.

The short and eerily calm speech made Tan'yill crack a smirk, proud of her daughters unyielding determination. It was something she shared with her mothers in general, and Tan'yill in particular.

<''Stick together now. I don't think whoever received that will invite us to dinner very soon. I'd suggest no one flies alone when the chit hits the fan.''> Tan stated over the intercom while reading the scanners which suddenly fed her with signatures leaving the enemy vessel Bellum Canis. <''Multiple bogeys inbound and heading for the cruisers!''>

Kalic listened in, hearing the transmission come it.

"Oh frakking kark. Hey! Am I the only who thinking it's a bad idea facing a Mando dead set on even getting their own shot down for some fancy metal." Jee then whistled over the comms, with Kalic sighing. "I know, I know. Culturally important like my eye wrap, but I'll just say I hope they mind world with Beskar that already have people on'em. Heck, I may've had a Beskar piece or two in ships at some point just cause someone had metal and needed a part."

"Kalic, with all do respect, I think the term is 'cut the chatter.'" Kalic chuckled a bit as Jee whistled in agreeance with the ship.

"Ok. I'll wait till we're in a hanger bay. Get ready for some rock dodging you two, I don't wanna approach all that straight on." And with that, Kalic, with Starcrest helping, would quickly dart around various astroids before peeking out, and pulling the trigger as he came from the debris to try and get a lucky hit on any of them, but his main cannons and turret firing, before turning off the get back into the asteroids.
