- Yovanna Irs'Valachie Moldova is approximately 5'9" in height and weighing around 135 pounds. Her brown eyes are hidden beneath a pair of large sunglasses and she is never seen without the latest designer handbag or earrings that are circulating around the galaxy. Wrinkles have started to form on her face due to her advancing age although she spends a considerable amount of credits on makeup to hide this supposed disfigurement. Her clothes are always of black or blue long coat and pant suits. Finding that dresses and fancy noble clothings are yesterday's fashion trend. Arm bands cover the length of her arm; decorated with fancy patterns to symbolize her wealth. Her fingers are always decorated in either black or blue polish.

- Yovanna Irs'Valachie Moldova can be described as a ruthless and intelligent businesswoman. Willing to absorb smaller businesses into the Merchant Alliance without regard of the consequences because the company has been granted such a monopoly by the Central Government of the Planet. She is always willing to do whatever is necessary in order to make a profit even using slave labor to fulfill the quotas. Yovanna is the top dog of Spindle VI's Business World and those that do not bow down before her and pay tribute are quickly swept away before they can even blink. She believes herself superior to everyone else and likes to showcase her wealth whenever she gets the chance.

Orginally born on the Industrial World of Spindle VI as Yovanna Maria Kopec. She would enter into the University of Scientific Progress & Astromancy with a major in Entrepreneurship. Becoming a small time fashion shop owner within the Floating City of Halbarrow. Yovanna would be requested by the House of Moldova to design a new set of regal robes for its Patriarch Monkrove Irs'Valachie Moldova. Heading towards their estate within the city. Yovanna and Monkrove would get along very well and quickly fall in love with each other. Eventually marrying and having two children being Yogur Irs'Valachie Moldova and Ophelia Irs'Valachie Moldova. Orginally a kind and caring mother towards her kids; the noble court and the prospect of more power went straight through her head some would say. Growing bitter and angry at her children as she aquired toy after toy from Monkrove as he spoiled her.
Knowing that her kids would never live up to her ever expanding expectations; Yovanna left the Household of Moldova without directly divorcing Monkrove and became a socialite within the Spindle VI Industrial Elite. Quickly rising up the corporate ladder with her shares within the Merchant Alliance of Spindle VI. The Monopoly granted her the right to attend many parties and meet many different men at the same time. Although her happiness within the corporate sphere would be shattered when Monkrove gain ownership of the Planet to the Elysium Empire.
Enraged at the prospect of having to clean up her act by this new authority; Yovanna went back the estate and murdered both Monkrove and Ophelia in cold blood. Using a forged will from Monkrove and seeking the consent of the House of Moldova. She became the Chief Executive Officer of the Merchant Alliance of Spindle VI. Although briefly imprisoned once her DNA was found at the scene of the crime and risked losing everything. The Chairman of the Milvayne Commercial Association Kaspar Biermann paid for the best lawyers around the galaxy to come to her defense.
Winning her case and being declared innocent through a loophole within the government; Yovanna would be indebted to the chairman and in repayment. The Merchant Alliance of Spindle VI would become a subsidiary of the Association and she a member of the Business Council.
