DESCRIPTION

The Milvayne Commercial Association is a conglomerate of various planetary businesses across multiple systems who joined forces in order to stay competitive within the market. The Main Goal of the Association is to become a powerful player in the corporate world through their smart investment strategies and advertising ability.

The Association is focused on the Human Capital Management side of business; finding people from various planets and providing them experience. Those workers are then placed on a recommendation list to other companies. This allows other businesses to find competent employees without having to shift through interview after interview.

Although recently they have signed an exclusive contract with the InterGalactic Technology Union to become a subsidiary in order to gain more resources.

RATIONALE

The Milvayne Commercial Association was formed by former members of the Milvayne Authority who were displaced after the fall of the Galactic Empire. These members convinced local merchants to provide the necessary funding to form a coalition that would help them, all thrive not only on their planet but throughout multiple sectors. While the Milvayne Coalition was profitable for a time, infighting amongst its founding members caused it to almost declare bankruptcy until being bailed out by the InterGalactic Technology Union which then asked them to sign the contract to become a subsidiary corporation.
