Whats a date like going to a Lava pit of doom?

(Sorry hun, I was on LOA)

She spoke to me saying that it wasn't me, but with how all of the stories that I had heard when I was once a bartender, That when I woman says it's nothing, or that you don't have to worry, they meant the opposite, but I would rather not push it. As Lexa then broke off and asked about what I had brought with me, I smiled. Standing up I offered my hand to help her up, Me being nice. "Some sandwiches, fruit, A juice, something stronger if you want, and maybe something else." I gave her a slight smug/smile to keep it hidden like it was a secret. But really, she would end up getting what was inside the basket.

Lexa's eyebrows perked up at the mention of "somthing else". She wasn't used to recieving gifts from anyone. As she and Morna made their wayto the little picnic area, Lexa grew more excited. What could it be? Her eyes sparked a little as her insides danced with flames of enthusiasm. She knew that he would get around to the gift, but it was just SO HARD to wait. To preoccupy herself, Lexa picked up a bottle. She opened it and sniffed its contents. She let out a kind of gasping cough and held the bottle a few feet away from her face. "Okay. That's DEFINITELY not juice...." She said, setting the bottle down.

I smiled as she took a wiff of the stronger drink of the two thermos'. Taking it from her hand I took a nice swig and smiled. "This is for me then." I sat myself down and handed her a sandwich. It may not be much, but I would rather hand her this than burnt food. I picked up the second one and took a bite of it. Tasting the sliced bantha meat and the few "greens" that were in there. It tasted rather good to me. and even as so. I decided to ask her a question, "So what do you want to do five years from now?"

Lexa took her sandwich as well. She shrugged. "Honestly, with all the trouble I get into, I always figured I'd be dead by then. But if I'm not six feet under, then........ I guess I don't know." She took a bite of the sandwich, and when she tasted it, she gave Morna a playful smirk. "Well, sir, my compliments to the chef," She joked.

I only smiled and shook my head as she complimented me. It was not really my sandwiches to be commented on because I ate these all the time. It was not expensive to make, and rather good to the tastebuds. Her comment about thinking that she would have been dead by now made me give her a confused look. "No, you are too strong to just die." I sat the half eaten sandwich down and looked at her again.

"With the way that you have fought for your life, I think you will live for a long time." I smiled at her and hoped that what I had said lifted her spirits some what.

Lexa smiled. "Either way, it doesn't bother me. The greatest warriors die young, you know? You never know how long you've got until it's all taken away from you. That's why I live the way I live. I do what I love, because tomorrow I may never get to do it again." She sat her sandwich down as well. She laughd. "Well, I certainly have a way of making every conversation turn morbid, don't I?" She stood up, pulling Morna up with her. "C'mon, Fire Boy. Let's go raise some Hell together!"

Letting my sandwich drop from my hands as Lexa pulled me off after saying that she liked to live in the moment, I smiled devilishly. Raising hell was my gig. "Well what do you want to do my little devil?" I thought it was king of funny as a pun being that the Devil lived and worked in hell, and raising it would be his job. And seeing her, I could already tell that she was someone not to be messed with. "Maybe a dip, or we can create new volcanoes or whatever."

I wondered what the woman was up to. She started walking over to the lava flow, and I didn't know if she could protect herself from it. Taking off my jacket just in case, I walked up to her and raised my right eyebrow, "Alright, what are you going to do now Lexa?"

Lexa gathered her Force protection around her hands. She sat down on her knees at the edge of the lava pool. Cautiously, she placed both her hands in the glowing orange liquid. It felt like a nice hot bath. Lexa smiled. "This is going to feel great. I can't believe I was even a little nervous. I can do this," She said, and she formed a ball of lava in her hands. She stood, bringing the lava ball over to Morna. She held it out to him like a gift, her smile widening.

I stood behind her ready to jump in after her if anything happened. I saw her hands dip down and then, come back up with a ball of lava in her hands. I slightly sighed as she walked towards me. I smiled as she presented it like a gift. I rested my hands under the glowing ball of molten metal then when she had removed her hands I smiled and lifted my eyebrows. "Watch this." I slowly expanded my hands and as they became further apart. the ball became larger and larger.

When it was the size of my chest I stopped. I then pushed my hands back together so the ball was back to its normal size. Smiling. I moved my hand back again, only this time. the separated into two glowing objects. Focusing I then created a whole line of molten balls. and then suddenly they turned black.

I let go and the string of now cooled magma fell to the ground and broke. I raised my hand with my index finger as if to say," one moment" Leaning down I picked up the string of rocks and started to pull of flakes of the rocks to reveal a necklass made of onyx pearls. "For you."

(OOC: It's okay. :) )

Lexa watched, amazed, as Morna performed a little fire magic show for her. When he made an onyx necklace for her, she smiled and put it on. "Thank you," She said. Then, she stood on her tip-toes and kissed him on the cheek.

I had to smile as she said thank you. In my mind I was kicking my butt really, REALLY hard. Why would I give her jewelry on the first official date? I tried to push it out of my mind. And that's when Lexa kissed me on the cheek. I looked down to her. I shook my head. kind of doing a tisk tisk.

I leaned down and said in a soft voice, "Next time you do that....... Linger." I hoped that she would get what I was meaning.

Lexa smiled calmly. "Only if you do, too," She replied. She moved closer to Morna. On her toes, she got very close to his face. When her forehead touched his, she stopped. She locked her light brown eyes to his, almost daring him to make the next move.

Oh was she being so tempting. Saying that if she does, then I should. Wouldn't me telling her be a clue that I wanted it as well? But she got closer. Getting onto her toes to touch my forehead with her own. Looking into her deep brown eyes. I had to move.

My hands seemed to move of its own mind. One onto the small of Lexa's back and the other on her neckline with my thumb just at her jaw. "Oh I will." Leaning in I kissed her. Not one simple peck on the lips, no this was a long passionate kiss. The kind that made sappy love stories come true.

Lexa could feel the blood rise to her lips as Morna kissed her. She reached up and weaved her fingers into his hair, leaning into him and kissing back. Even though they were standing on solid rock, she felt like she could just fall over with happy dizziness. She didn't know how she could possibly pull away from him now.

I felt like I was flying for once in my life. Her so close to me that I could almost drink in her scent. Even over the smell of burning metal and rock. Her hands moved to my head pulling me closer to her as she played with my hair. It felt good. In a way that was indescribable. I could feel her wanting more, yet I could only wonder how long we had been here locking our lips together.

I pulled her closer to me to where our bodies touched. I had to let go of the kiss to speak only once. "Lets do something fun." I leaned lead her to the edge of the pit. Looking into her eyes. I nodded my head. Leaning in once more I kissed her as I tilted backwards letting us fall into the river of molten rock. We wouldn't burn, nor be harmed. Well about the worse that we could hurt would be our lips from kissing so much.

Lexa screamed with surprise as she and Morna fell over the side of the ridge. She squeezed her eyes shut and concentrated. When they hit the lava, She was surprised to feel the molten rock around her was even less warm than before. Now, she felt like she was in a really warm pool. When they came up to the surface for air, Lexa let out a whoop as she clung to Morna's neck. "I was not expecting that," She said, excitement and adrenaline running through her.

She screamed as we fell into the lava. Thinking that we would be hurt. I shook my head as she said that she didn't expect it. "Kind of the point." After a few seconds we bobbed up to the surface only a few feet from where we had fallen. She clung to me as we floated in the lava. My face changed to a smile. Realizing where I had done this before. I looked down to see that my shirt now had holes in it, and my pants as well. Though I could get more clothes later, I focused most of my energy on Lexa to try and keep her clothes safe. because well, I don't carry around female clothes.

Lexa looked down at Morna's body for a moment. His shirt had holes burning into it, exposing his bare, muscular chest. "Uh, Morna? You do realize that your shirt is burning off, right? I mean, not that I mind or anything, but...." She grinned.
