- Incredible protection: The Warden Carapace provides incredible protection from directed energy and kinetic weapons as well as lightsabers. Layered plastoid and quadranium over plates of beskar giving an insect like appearance and the ability to shrug off all but the heaviest blows.
- Punch everything: The Elite classed carapace armor comes standard with a mix of technologies that give the user an edge in melee combat, especially unarmed combat. Powered armor strength combined with as many fist weapons as possible lets you punch just about anybody into a goop.
- Corrosives: Like other Carapace suits created by Arms Dynamics, the Warden suit’s body glove is vulnerable to corrosive weapons. As well the polymer layers of the suit can be easily weakened by acidic compounds, weakening it and opening up vulnerabilities in the plates.
- EMP: A strong EMP pulse or ion weapon shot can disable the powered armour system of the Carapace, causing movement to be restricted as micro-servos temporarily seize and complete reset cycles.
The Warden Elite Carapace is designed for individual officers and elite close combat specialists operating in a front line role. When the Judicator 2 Command Carapace is considered lacking in protection, specially fitted and issued suits of Warden armor are created. The suits are inspired by the ancient patterns of beskar’gam worn by the most honored members of Nothmir’s founding clans. While the suit took on the insect like appearance and visorless design of the Peacekeeper Corps, wearers of more traditional versions of Mandalorian armor will find its points of flex and weight have a familiar feeling.
The melee combat package is designed to let the wearer best any opponent by strength alone, and when combined with their armed or unarmed melee combat expertise the armor becomes a lethal second skin with the power to tear even the strongest opponents appart. The addition of cortosis and beskar means even lightsaber wielding duelists may find themselves pummeled into pulp as their blows glance off or short out.
